I have been a staff member on over 80 servers, perhaps 90- I've lost count. This experience, I believe, has made me into a very responsible staff member who can handle any task given to them and does not lose their temper in any situation. I can resolve them with some quick recommendations, answers, or words in general. I believe that I can be of aid in any situation like this to keep players from disobeying rules.

What can you bring to the server?: What can I bring to the server? I can bring a lot to the server including knowledge. Myself I have helped run numerous minecraft servers. I know a lot about how all the commands work and how players should be treated. I have tons of experience in configuring plugins for them to work to their maximum potential. I have helped run about 3 servers with friends there I had been co-owner so I am familiar with moderating experience those servers have shut down due to payment issues. I have been Admin on a server that I started out as Jr.Helper I spent about a year on there and finally was accepted as staff. I have been Mod on a server called ChaosOP. I resigned from that server since the owner of the server was never there to fix issues and it just got old. Along with being mod on there I have been mod on numerous small servers that have shut down. I have been Helper on some larger servers and I resigned due to the fact that I got bored of that server and left. I have also been Helper on a server called DeliriousPrision. It is still up and running today but they merged into another server and I was demoted since they were picking new staff. I decided not to reapply since the new owners of the server weren’t very kind. I feel that I have been experienced enough with staff that I could help out. I am always open to learning something new about how to be a better staff member than I already am.
How can you handle stressful situations?: I handle stressful situations by just staying calm and figuring out what is going on and what needs to be done to fix the problem that is currently the issue between 2 or more players. I normally will ask for both players sides of the story before I make any decisions about what needs to be done.
How do you keep yourself from getting frustrated and lashing out on players?: To keep my self from getting frustrated and lashing out on players I normally will try to stay calm in a situation no matter what happens. If it is pertaining to something I did I will talk to the player with it privately and not in public chat so other players can enjoy the game instead of having to hear a player and I discuss something that I may or may not have done wrong. In my opinion I think that the player's are always right unless it is for a fact that I have done something correct I will normally side with a player if I truly have screwed up in a situation. If that is the case I would contact an Admin and have them undo what I have done wrong.

What can you bring to the server?: I can bring a friendly community, make sure everyone is having fun, and in general remove all hackers/glitchers to make sure the server is playable. How I may do this? I will be on for at least 3 hours a day making sure the server is kept in shape and that everyone is having a good time.
How can you handle stressful situations?: If I am ever in a stressful situation there is nothing to worry about. I have been a staff member on too many servers to count. I have also been a owner of a prison server. Back to the main point, I have dealt with lots of the problems I could encounter. For example I will list what I should do in case of certain situations (In green)
Disrespectful Members: I will ask them kindly to act more respectful. However if they do not I will give them a temporary mute for 10 minutes. If the behavior keeps going on after those 10 minutes I will add on 10 more minutes. If it reaches 30 minutes I will give a permanent mute.
Advertisers: This one is quite easy, permanent mute.
Hackers: First I will confirm they are indeed a hacker. Once that is done I will ban them from the server.

If there is anyone attempting to make me furious then I will show no angry in game but I will just think to myself about it. You may think this is a bit strange but it helps me out whenever I am angry.
Rate your maturity on a scale of 1-10 (10 being a lawyer and 1 being a 3 year old): In all honesty I would give myself a 7. I give myself a 7 due to I like having fun. I will make jokes with others as long as they are not hurtful to them or others.
