Biography: Adam was born in 2283 in a town called Fort Flax in ross county Ohio which was a gated/fortified prison but he liked it there because of how safe it was. When he turned 6 he went to his first education class room, his first day there went so well the next day he got to skip class and go play outside in the scrap-yard, but as always he knew what to do: he went back into the class room to work with the other students that were there to help them get smarter and stronger.
Then 6 years later Adam did a prank on one of the guards that were patrolling the area of Fort Flax and he was sent to a jail cell for 2 years because of how severe the damage it would of caused to the walls of the place. Before the 2 year sentence ended he used a piece of concrete to break the bars of the jail cell to break lose and he ran but the guards were on his tail then he picked up a gun that was on the floor and shot both of the guards and ran, but soon he turned himself in to the authority's and was sentenced for 3 more years.
When he turned 17 he was let out of the jail and was on parole for a few months and was not allowed to go to school with the other kids but they still gave him the school work he needed and he did it, and was really happy about it. Then when he was 19 he found out about a brilliant scientist named: Albert Einstein, and he was so happy that he started to do some of the work that Einstein used to do and became the most intelligent person in Fort Flax and got a job as a physicist at the school.
During the rest of his life he stayed in the classroom grading papers and learning more about friction and magnetism, but he always had a fetish for gears because as a kid he was so fascinated about the mechanical energy it had in it and how the gears moved so he always kept a few in his pocket to mess around with but then when he turned 42 he made a invention called: The Magnatis Kenecticis. It was a huge gear with magnetized sides and what it did was show people how to make magnetism a use but it backfired and one of the gears flew right past the walls into a hill and Adam was kicked out of Fort Flax and to be left to die in the wastes. He wandered around the wastes and was curious if there were other people so he asked other wastelanders if there were any big citys around with people living in them and one person named Aberham told him about the Enclave and how they were a contributor to the war when Adam heard enough he headed towards the front "gates" of the Enclave and was taken for questioning he was soon tested if he was capable of helping them make the water in Lake Erie clean to drink so Adam went to work there and gave one of the experimenters a glass of "clean water" and he said it was fine with no radiation. Soon Adam became a top scientist in the Enclave then he retired and went on to see what the world has become of it self.... "In the ends always justify the means...."

Why should we let you have a leadership position in this faction?:I have a large amount of Rp Experience, both on Fallout servers, and other Role-Play Servers. Besides this, my duty is to my Government, as should be all in the Wasteland.

Have you ever played on any Fallout role-play servers? Give specifics:Yes. Fallcraft, Last Days, Last Days Relaunch,and I built on three other Fallout servers, Echoes of War, the Manhattan Project, and bradys failed western server.
How much experience do you have in Fallout?: I am a seasoned walker of the wastes.
Write a good 2 paragraphs, one including a brief history of the faction, and the other connecting your character to the faction: The Enclave is a Pre-War Organization the Remnants of the American Government. In the days before Radiation scorched the land, the President and important members of the American Government where moved offshore, while other members (Mostly of the Armed forces and weapons research branch) where moved to bunkers throughout the United States, their duty to Re-Establish America after the War. Two days before the sudden beginning and end of the Great War, every person deemed essential to the war effort was transported away from Dangerous and heavily populated zones. When the bombs fell, the Majority of America's forces where far away from any radiation that so many other people fell victim to. In the aftermath of the bombings, The Ohio and all other armed forces divisions remained safely inside their bunkers, and continued to do so, planning the day that the Star Spangled Banner would again fly high above the wastes.
James Florence and the Ohio Division
By the time that James Florence had taken command, Ohio was a changed place. No longer was it an incredibly numerous amount of small and divided tribes that constantly warred and fought over petty issues, but a land that began to unite under three banners. To the south lay The Summit Trading company, a tough band of Caravan Drivers who had been underestimated by the Enclave's scouts as a small group that would, like all the other factions, have a relatively short lifespan. It now is the powerhouse of trade in the Region. However, more dangerous threats to the Ohio Division's security lay far south, in the Stonewall Republic and the Children of Enoch. From the Scots of the Ohio division came a report that the Children of Enoch where some sort of religious cult, and all who did not worship as they do where either savagely murdered or beaten until they renounced their beliefs in favor of Enoch, or until they were dead. The Stonewall Republic had originated somewhere south of Ironville, in the bombed and irradiated husk of South Virginia. Slavers after their long dead relatives, the Stonewall Republic has a large amount of cheap labor at its hands, and any captured are immediately brought into slavery. James Florence knew that the Ohio Division had waited far too long in obscurity, and once he was the Commander of the Ohio Division, he organized an assault mission to take back Akron for America, which he successfully completed. Once in power, Florence took note of the recent destruction of the Oil Platform on the West Coast, and organized a new policy that promoted Freedom and Equality, and winning the hearts and minds of the people.
The "Florence Laws" decreed that:
1. In all Enclave territory, you shall not kill, harm, or otherwise hinder another man, unless you reason beyond doubt that he is trying to harm you.
2. All people, whether they are American citizens or not, have freedom to trade and wander in American Territory, unless they mean malcontent or harm to The Citizens or Soldiers of America.
3. Anyone, unless they have serious tresspasses against America, may become a Citizen of America.
4. All Citizens have the right to Bear Arms, and in times of war can join the Enclave's armed force as a Militia, in order to maintain our way of life.
5. All Citizens can be given a small house and farm to equip and feed themselves, in order to become a more productive member of society.
6. Although Citizens of America may freely move in and out of Settlements, all non citizens must apply for a Day Pass before entering the City, or will be perceived as hostile, allowing the use of force. Day Passes only last for one day, and can be renewed the following morning. If any Non-Citizen is found at night, he will be forcefully escorted to the walls of the town.
7. if a person is accused of a crime deemed important enough to be heard in court, three Jurors will be assigned to a case. A case may take no longer than a day to resolve, or it may be thrown out, or appealed to the Commander of Enclave Forces. The Jurors or the Commander of Military forces may decide what the punishment may be, within reason.
8. Indentured Slavery is a legal way of reparations if the guilty does not posses sufficient fund to repay the wronged, although it is limited to one and a half years.
9. If deemed an enemy of America, you do not have the right to trial, and lose all above rights.
10. Sabotaging America's military will deem you as an "Enemy of America", meaning the loss of all basic rights.
11. Property Seizure from American citizens by the Government is only permitted when said Citizen is an "Enemy of America" or it has been Authorized by the Commander of America's Military.
12. Tax can be applied in moderation by the Government, but in war time can be raised 3% universally, but no higher.
13. The "Florence Laws" may be changed, altered, or removed, with a 5 Juror Majority Vote, or a Commander's Idict. However, said Idict, because it is not chosen by the people, only remains in effect for one year. If the Commander would like to renew it, it must be approved by the majority of 5 Jurors.

RP Scenario:
Time: 3:18 P.M.
Location: 27 miles South of Columbus.
As you're walking north along a desolate highway to a few hundred meters ahead you can see 2 large black birds circling in the sky, to the east a few miles off large thunderheads can be seen. Hopeful to avoid the storm you begin to walk a bit more briskly scanning your area to find shelter from the rain. You observe a small light grey smoke plume coming from the median of the highway only a couple hundred meters away. Before approaching the scene you take a quick look in your bag (below is a list of your items). As you approach the scene you can see that it is a Summit Trading Company Caravan that has been hit, the merchant lies dead near a slaughtered Brahman blood covers his clothing and a box of items is scattered near him. Of the two guards, one lies near a jersey barrier; empty shell casings from the cowboy repeater are scattered around the body. The other guard is struggling to pull himself upright using the one of the carts wheels, his leg has been blown off below the shin and is now nothing but a bloody mix of singed skin and asphalt.

What do you do?: Firstly I would get out my radio and try to get a signal on the Summit Trading Company and tell them what has happen to there caravan and I will look at the scattered items on the ground and see whats inside. Secondly I will run over to the guards and say that I'm a doctor and mend to the wounded guard and ask if they need any ammunition and I'll give them 4 ammo from my 10mm pistol.

Which one(s): Ive played Fallout 3, New Vegas, a litt bit of 1, 2, and Tactics, and have also read just about everything on 1, 2, Tactics, and Van Buren. We don't speak of.... that other one..... Why do you want to play on this server?: Because I'd love to actually be a player on some Fallout servers again, and this is the only server coming up right now that actually looks good, aside from Reclamation. IC Name: Desmond "Ecko" Hume. Goes by "Mr. Ecko". Age: 21 Gender: Male Character's signifying traits and attributes: He's fairly weak, but makes up for it with what counts in his field- being a thief. He's smart, agile, and able to talk his way out of most situations. He specializes in procuring and collecting objects, though his over confidence can get him way in over his head. He loves to outsmart people, and can talk a little to much about it. He strongly opposes violence and killing, though isn't afraid to indirectly have someone killed but only when it is absolutely life-or-death necessary. He can also incapacitate a target that doesn't have him outmatched in weaponry with his cane, also when the situation absolutely warrants it as necessary.
Appearance: He has a relatively small frame, skinny, and about 5'8. He always wears a pre-war suit along with his gentleman's cane that he doesn't need, but helps in his trade, and is proficient with at incapacitating enemies with.
RP example (At LEAST a paragraph): Desmond sneak past the automated security of his targets secure basement. He already pick pocketed his mark earlier to get the password to the bunker underneath the non-assuming wasteland house, now he just had to get past the turrets and ironically dumb robobrains. He finally made it into the "treasure room", where his victim kept the experimental XRE Rocket Launcher he had been hired to steal. He struggled carrying the heavy way, and while trying to carry it out, accidentally shot off a rocket into a side corridor. After the loud explosion, the automated defenses instantly leapt into action and turned towards him and began firing. "CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP" Desmond yells as he drops the launcher and tries to out run the one turret and two robobrains fire. He manages to run outside the bunkers door and slam it closed when he turns right into his mark, standing directly in front of him with a 9mm pointed at his chest. "Um, I can explain?" Desmond futilely tries. "I don't think so k-" Desmond stops him mid sentence ramming right in the guy, knocking past him, and hits him in the head with his cane as he's running back, stunning his mark. He quickly turns and throws one of the rocks he carries just for this situation at the button for the bunker door, and the robobrains make quick work of his victim, not being able to discern him as friend. Desmond stops and pants heavily, before finding and hacking the terminal he previously did not time to do and disabling his marks defenses. He walks back into the bunker once again struggles lifting the heavy rocket launch, headed to take it to his fence to sell it to his employer.
Character biography (At LEAST 2 paragraphs): Desmond grew up as an almost privileged child. As much as one could be "privileged" in the wasteland. He was born in Dog City, the dog-infested post-war ruins of Denver. Due to the large population of crazed dogs that basically rule the streets of Denver, giving it the name "Dog City", survivors live in the top levels of the cities immense skyscrapers in various camps and almost "mini towns".
Desmond was born in one of these, and a rather large one, that consisted of 100-200 people. His town was made up of four buildings that were very close together, and consisted of the top of five stories each. They were connected by one of Denvers "skyways", incredibly high up highways. This made towers form a "block" of sorts, with two towers on each side of the skyway running between them, and maintenance doors allowing access to the skyway which served as the market and common place. Given the enormity of the city and natural isolation given by the dogs and radiation infused dust storms, there was basically a never-ending supply of certain resources. Except for Salisbury Steak, there diet consisted of mostly non-perishable canned goods and virtually no meat. They wore mostly pre-war clothes and adopted a lot of pre-war trends- whatever was left behind in department stores and apartments. Violence, while of course still there, was not usually a huge issue.
As such, Desmond did not have all the terrible conditions growing up most other children in the wastelands were used to, and did not have an especially rough childhood. He had a loving mother and father, who was also the mayor of his town, and an older brother that he looked up to more than anything. Desmond was obsessed with the pre-war culture and items he was surrounded by. When he turned 17, he took most dangerous, and important job someone in his town could take- Collector. He would journey out into other parts of Dog City and collect information on the state of the city, and primarily, gather materials, food, and other resources back to the town. In his spare time, he would watch these holotapes he found on his private terminal, of an old, pre-war show about a sauce, handsome master thief and expert con-man that always outsmarted the law enforcement chasing him and solving their hardest crimes for them using his particular skill set, and never any guns or violence, which he appalled. Desmond tried to emulate him as much as possible, almost always wearing pre-war suits and fedoras he finds scavenging through old department stores, always pretending he was stealing from some imaginary person.
As the mayor, his father bought him how to talk his way out of dangerous situations and trouble, should he ever find any. His brother, Ecko, taught him how to use his most valuable possession (A gentleman's cane, almost 200 years old but locked in a case, kept in mint condition, composed of sturdy, durable wood surrounding a solid metal core, an iron handle on top meant to look a serpent, with a secret button that activates the small retractable blade that ops out the bottom) as a weapon , and incapacitate an attacker without killing them. Though Desmond, like his pre-war hero, was against violence, he knew that in this world it might one day be necessary to save his life.
Then one day, when he was 20, everything changed for young Desmond. On his way back from collecting, Desmond stopped in a tower on the outskirts of his town, and saw a group of men of ten to twenty men onthe other edge of his town. He had never seen them before, but They were carrying flags with the image of a bull on them. His father was yelling angrily at a man that seemed to be in charge. the man was saying something about "demanding a tribute". Then grabbed his brother, Ecko, and gave him to two men who began to drag him away. A merchant Then there something at the men. They immediately shot him.their leader told the two men dragging his brother to go back to camp.
Desmond did not stay to find out what happened. He was very distraught, and caught to hold back tears, and not look or turn back, as he followed them back to their camp to try and save the person that mattered most to him. When he arrived at their camp, he saw his brother, stripped down to his underwear, hanging to a cross outside of it, his captors nowhere to be found. Desmond ran up to Ecko, almost crying, trying to save his barely conscious brother. But Ecko could just barely utter the words "Please..... Dezzy..... you can't save me... please... you have to kill me to end my suffering.... please Dezzy.... I love you". So Desmond had to do the one thing he had vowed never to do- take a life.Take his brothers life. But he couldn't let his brother continue to suffer like that. So he took his blade, and stabbed his brother in thechest. This destroyed Desmond, and he vowed to take down the men responsible. He found out They were just there t wait out the radiation dust storms, and two days after his brothers death, he followed them.
Not until They got all the way to Flagstaff, Arizona, did he start to come to sense. He immediately realized that he couldn't just take down the men that killed his brother. That it wouldn't be that easy. Because They were an army. They were the Legion. His grief and rage eventually wore off, and he realized he needed to move on. Revenge wouldn't solve any problems. So he had to find somewhere to go, because he new he couldn't go back to dog city, his home. After a brief stint in New Vegas, attempting to drink and gamble his problems away, which he found out wasn't for him, he just kinda drifted for a while. He finally took a job with a small trading company, that was not long after bought out by the Summit Trading Company, based out of the ruins of pre-war Columbus, Ohio. Once again, he realized that that life wasn't for him, so he quit when they got to Ohio. He decided it was finally time to pick a new home, so he settled down in Ironville, keeping his head down and keeping to himself. And when it came to choosing how he would make his living and occupy his time, he did the one thing that came naturally to him. He adopted the life of his fictional idol. He became a thief, and set out to be the best. On his 21st birthday, he adopted the alias "Mr. Ecko" so that he would never forget where he came from, and what he had lost. And he began his new life.

RP Scenario:
Time: 3:18 P.M. Location: 27 miles South of Columbus.
As you're walking north along a desolate highway to a few hundred meters ahead you can see 2 large black birds circling in the sky, to the east a few miles off large thunderheads can be seen. Hopeful to avoid the storm you begin to walk a bit more briskly scanning your area to find shelter from the rain. You observe a small light grey smoke plume coming from the median of the highway only a couple hundred meters away. Before approaching the scene you take a quick look in your bag (below is a list of your items). As you approach the scene you can see that it is a Summit Trading Company Caravan that has been hit, the merchant lies dead near a slaughtered Brahman blood covers his clothing and a box of items is scattered near him. Of the two guards, one lies near a jersey barrier; empty shell casings from the cowboy repeater are scattered around the body. The other guard is struggling to pull himself upright using the one of the carts wheels, his leg has been blown off below the shin and is now nothing but a bloody mix of singed skin and asphalt.

What do you do?: (Listen to the song while you read) John slowly walks toward the ruined caravan, withdrawing his 10mm pistol from a holster on his leg, and checking the rounds. "7 rounds. . Best make them count". As he walks toward the caravan, he checks the merchant to see if they are alive, which, to his dismay, they are not. He looks in the box of items, mainly finding junk, except for a few stimpacks and 5 or 6 caps. He takes the stimpacks, ready to use if any of the guards are alive. His nose twitches from the smell of burnt flesh, his ears hurt from a groan he hears nearby. He notices the guard on the barrier, seeing the casings around his body. He checks to see if the guard is dead, shaking him to find no response. He grimaces, looking through the guard's pockets for identification. Finding an ID card with the Summit Trading Company logo and name on it, as well as the guard's name. "Dan Wilkes. Never heard of him. Wonder if he's got a family." John moves on, putting the ID card in his pocket. He hears the groans again. The sound of a dying man, asking for water, and help. John goes toward the sound, coming from near the wagon. He sees the guard, his leg blown off below the shin, a mix of signed skin and asphalt. The dying man's groans continue, and they intensify when they see John. "Please, you, help me. We were attacked by raiders. They took everything. Please, help me." he groans, coughing randomly through the sentence. John grimaces, and looks around, making sure there are no hidden boobytraps, no trip wires or snipers in the distance. He runs toward the man, obviously in pain. "Do you need water?" he asks, taking a bottle of dirty water out of his sack, along with the rest of the medkit and the few stimpacks he found near the merchant. "Yes... Please... Water.." the guard coughs, reaching for the water bottle. "Not so fast. Let me." John replies, dripping water into the guard's mouth. The guard sputters, obviously not having water for some time. After the water bottle is half-finished, he sets it down, and crouches beside the man. "How long have you been here?" John asks, opening the medkit. "A few hours, I think. I don't know. They attacked so fast." the man sputters out. He is still in obvious pain. John checks the contents of the medkits. A few bandages, a med-x, some rad-x, and a bottle of rad-away. He leaves the rad-away and rad-x in the case, and takes out the med-x and bandages, along with the few stimpacks he found earlier. "Who attacked you?" John asks as he unrolls the bandages. "I don't know. Just some raiders. Damn raiders...". John nods, and raps the bandages around the guard's new-found stump. "What's your name?" John asks, trying to keep the guard's mind off the loss of a limb. "Matthew. Matthew Gage." John nods again. taking the med-x and prepping it for injection. "This might hurt a bit." John warns, before injecting it near the wound. The guard grimaces. "What's your name, then?" the guard asks, coughing near the end. "John Walker." he replies, taking a pack of mentats out of his pack and popping one into his mouth, feeling smarter. He looks up, noticing the ever-near rain clouds. "Almost done," he says, "Just need to use a stimpack or two.". The guard nods, smiling at John, who takes two of the stimpacks he found near the merchant and injects them, one at a time, into the guard's leg. He hears his stomach growl. "Are you hungry?" he asks, taking out a salisbury steak out his pack, his last one. The guard nods, looking at the salisbury steak box. John opens it, and splits it into two portions, making one portion into small bits for the guard to eat easier. He helps the guard eat, and then eats his own portion. He stands up. "Hold on, let me see if I can scrounge up some more stuff from around here." he says, and starts walking toward the cart. He looks in, smelling the flesh of brahmin and human, scorched. He looks in a box, finding some dandy apples, a bottle of nuka, and a bottle of sarsaparilla, which he puts in his pack. Looking at the covering of the cart, he rips some off and makes a make-shift sling to help carry the guard. He exits, and goes back to the guard, who is staring at the approaching storm clouds. "Thank god you're back. I thought you might have left me." the guard says, smiling at John, who nods back. He picks up the rest of the stimpacks, putting them in the medkit, holsters his 10mm, and puts them both in his pack, but also takes a small radio out, trying to radio Columbus. He gets no response, and puts it back in. He takes the make-shift sling and picks up the guard, who is surprised that John is taking him with him. He puts the make-shift sling on the guard to help support John as he carries him, and starts walking toward Columbus. "You're taking me? Not leaving me to die?" he asks, surprised at John's kindness. "Of course not. There's a bad storm coming, and it's a long way to the nearest town. I wouldn't leave anyone to die like that," John replies. "There are a few good people in the wastes, and you're lucky I'm one of them." John finishes with a grin. "Now come on, like I said, it's a long way to Columbus." The guard, realizing he may just live, though with the loss of part of a leg, smiles, and hops along, his arm around John's neck, who is part-carrying him.

My names is Anthony West. No. Not anymore. My name is John Walker. I was born in Yeti, Kentucky. No. I can't let them know who I really am or where I came from. They come go there. They might find what family I have left. I can't let that happen. Let's just say I was born in Kentucky. That won't show them anything. I was born to Jonathan and Martha, my mom and dad. I'm in Ohio where they can't find me. Yeah. I think it's safe here. I started a new career in medicine, in helping people just like I always wanted. I can finally help people. A man came in yesterday with bullets in his left should. I took them out. I helped him. Like I couldn't help them. The ones that screamed. That bled in that... Accursed shack they put me in when I was younger. (Agony is hearable in his voice) I couldn't help them. I mean... Sigh. Let me start from the beginning. I was born in Kentucky. Like I said. I was born to my mom and dad. My dad worked in a local shop in Yeti, where I was born. My mom farmed for us. That's right. I was born on a farm outside Yeti We had brahmin, and crops. My dad sold them in a shop, the one he worked in. One day when I was younger, and my mother was teaching my to read, my dad had brought a Big Book of Medicine, one of the expensive kind. Every night my mother would read to me out of it. They wanted me to grow up smart, like I am now. Later in life I would be able to read parts of it for myself, part by memory, part by education in reading. One day when I was about 11, a nasty group of raiders, I think they were called the Gangbangers, attacked my farm and others. My father was in Yeti at the time. So was my mom. They left me at the farm with just a varmint rifle, not expecting any raiders or anything really bad to attack. They weren't expecting raiders to come. They killed our Brahmin, destroyed our crops, they burned and pillaged. They took my book with them, along with me. They put me in a shack with women and children that they had taken with them. The women were shackled, their clothes ripped off in places revealing parts of their bodies, including sexual organs. I was scared. They took some of the kids and trained them like they were animals. They took me, and trained me too. I was scared. But I still trained. I knew how to fight. I didn't like it. I kept saying experts from the medicine book to keep me focused. When I was 15, the raiders sent me on my first assignment. Attack where I grew up. Instead of attacking I fled. They chased me. Before that I made sure to steal the book away from them. It was my book. In the pack I had some food, a stimpack, and my book. I ran as fast as I could, they trained me to be fast. I ran as fast as I could. By the time I stopped it was night. I saw a town in the distance, so I went for it. (In the background here, a ring hears and some yelling for John.). Dammit. New patient. (John yells back he'll be right there.) I'll talk again.

I'm back. Poor guy had to get his foot amputated. Bad infection. Anyways, I stopped in a town. I got a job at the local clinic, after selling some of the food I had with me to get better clothes, making sure to sell my old leather armor the raiders had given me. I worked in that clinic for years. The local doctor, Dr. Walker, adopted me after I told him my story, and had my wounds treated from being pushed and worked like a dog. He took me as a mentor as well as a son, teaching me the ins and outs of medical knowledge. I asked where I was. He said I was still in Kentucky. I asked him if he knew where Yeti was. He said he didn't. I doubted I would ever see my parents again. I knew they'd be worried about me. But I couldn't go back. I was worried the raiders might follow me, or they'd attack the farm. I didn't want to find out what would happen to my parents. So I started a new life. At 20, Dr. Walker died and I took up his position. At 23, business started dying down and I heard people were flocking to Ohio. That meant more opportunities to help people. I packed my bags, including my book. I hitched a ride on a caravan to Ohio using some of the caps I earned. On the way to Ohio, the caravan was attacked. I helped fend off the raiders, but they overtook us. I escaped again, losing most of my caps and my possessions. Eventually I got to Ohio, and I've stayed there for 3 years, leading up to now. Here I am. Working in a clinic. But I think it's time to move on. I'm heading out today. Because the end always justify the means. END LOG

Biography: Adam was born in 2283 in a town called Fort Flax in ross county Ohio which was a gated/fortified prison but he liked it there because of how safe it was. When he turned 6 he went to his first education class room, his first day there went so well the next day he got to skip class and go play outside in the scrap-yard, but as always he knew what to do: he went back into the class room to work with the other students that were there to help them get smarter and stronger.
Then 6 years later Adam did a prank on one of the guards that were patrolling the area of Fort Flax and he was sent to a jail cell for 2 years because of how severe the damage it would of caused to the walls of the place. Before the 2 year sentence ended he used a piece of concrete to break the bars of the jail cell to break lose and he ran but the guards were on his tail then he picked up a gun that was on the floor and shot both of the guards and ran, but soon he turned himself in to the authority's and was sentenced for 3 more years.
When he turned 17 he was let out of the jail and was on parole for a few months and was not allowed to go to school with the other kids but they still gave him the school work he needed and he did it, and was really happy about it. Then when he was 19 he found out about a brilliant scientist named: Albert Einstein, and he was so happy that he started to do some of the work that Einstein used to do and became the most intelligent person in Fort Flax and got a job as a physicist at the school.
During the rest of his life he stayed in the classroom grading papers and learning more about friction and magnetism, but he always had a fetish for gears because as a kid he was so fascinated about the mechanical energy it had in it and how the gears moved so he always kept a few in his pocket to mess around with but then when he turned 42 he made a invention called: The Magnatis Kenecticis. It was a huge gear with magnetized sides and what it did was show people how to make magnetism a use but it backfired and one of the gears flew right past the walls into a hill and Adam was kicked out of Fort Flax and to be left to die in the wastes. He wandered around the wastes and was curious if there were other people so he asked other wastelanders if there were any big citys around with people living in them and one person named Aberham told him about the Enclave and how they were a contributor to the war when Adam heard enough he headed towards the front "gates" of the Enclave and was taken for questioning he was soon tested if he was capable of helping them make the water in Lake Erie clean to drink so Adam went to work there and gave one of the experimenters a glass of "clean water" and he said it was fine with no radiation. Soon Adam became a top scientist in the Enclave then he retired and went on to see what the world has become of it self.... "In the ends always justify the means...."

Write a good 2 paragraphs, one including a brief history of the faction, and the other connecting your character to the faction: The Enclave is a Pre-War Organization the Remnants of the American Government. In the days before Radiation scorched the land, the President and important members of the American Government where moved offshore, while other members (Mostly of the Armed forces and weapons research branch) where moved to bunkers throughout the United States, their duty to Re-Establish America after the War. Two days before the sudden beginning and end of the Great War, every person deemed essential to the war effort was transported away from Dangerous and heavily populated zones. When the bombs fell, the Majority of America's forces where far away from any radiation that so many other people fell victim to. In the aftermath of the bombings, The Ohio and all other armed forces divisions remained safely inside their bunkers, and continued to do so, planning the day that the Star Spangled Banner would again fly high above the wastes.

Why do you want to play on this server?: Because I have seen many different kinds of RP apocalyptic servers but their description of their lore was not that fascinating also I like how the lore is placed out very well written.

RP Scenario:
Time: 3:18 P.M.
Location: 27 miles South of Columbus.
As you're walking north along a desolate highway to a few hundred meters ahead you can see 2 large black birds circling in the sky, to the east a few miles off large thunderheads can be seen. Hopeful to avoid the storm you begin to walk a bit more briskly scanning your area to find shelter from the rain. You observe a small light grey smoke plume coming from the median of the highway only a couple hundred meters away. Before approaching the scene you take a quick look in your bag (below is a list of your items). As you approach the scene you can see that it is a Summit Trading Company Caravan that has been hit, the merchant lies dead near a slaughtered Brahman blood covers his clothing and a box of items is scattered near him. Of the two guards, one lies near a jersey barrier; empty shell casings from the cowboy repeater are scattered around the body. The other guard is struggling to pull himself upright using the one of the carts wheels, his leg has been blown off below the shin and is now nothing but a bloody mix of singed skin and asphalt.

What do you do?: Firstly I would get out my radio and try to get a signal on the Summit Trading Company and tell them what has happen to there caravan and I will look at the scattered items on the ground and see whats inside. Secondly I will run over to the guards and say that I'm a doctor and mend to the wounded guard and ask if they need any ammunition and I'll give them 4 ammo from my 10mm pistol.
Biography: Adam was born in 2283 in a town called Fort Flax in ross county Ohio which was a gated/fortified prison but he liked it there because of how safe it was. When he turned 6 he went to his first education class room, his first day there went so well the next day he got to skip class and go play outside in the scrap-yard, but as always he knew what to do: he went back into the class room to work with the other students that were there to help them get smarter and stronger.
Then 6 years later Adam did a prank on one of the guards that were patrolling the area of Fort Flax and he was sent to a jail cell for 2 years because of how severe the damage it would of caused to the walls of the place. Before the 2 year sentence ended he used a piece of concrete to break the bars of the jail cell to break lose and he ran but the guards were on his tail then he picked up a gun that was on the floor and shot both of the guards and ran, but soon he turned himself in to the authority's and was sentenced for 3 more years.
When he turned 17 he was let out of the jail and was on parole for a few months and was not allowed to go to school with the other kids but they still gave him the school work he needed and he did it, and was really happy about it. Then when he was 19 he found out about a brilliant scientist named: Albert Einstein, and he was so happy that he started to do some of the work that Einstein used to do and became the most intelligent person in Fort Flax and got a job as a physicist at the school.
During the rest of his life he stayed in the classroom grading papers and learning more about friction and magnetism, but he always had a fetish for gears because as a kid he was so fascinated about the mechanical energy it had in it and how the gears moved so he always kept a few in his pocket to mess around with but then when he turned 42 he made a invention called: The Magnatis Kenecticis. It was a huge gear with magnetized sides and what it did was show people how to make magnetism a use but it backfired and one of the gears flew right past the walls into a hill and Adam was kicked out of Fort Flax and to be left to die in the wastes. He wandered around the wastes and was curious if there were other people so he asked other wastelanders if there were any big citys around with people living in them and one person named Aberham told him about the Enclave and how they were a contributor to the war when Adam heard enough he headed towards the front "gates" of the Enclave and was taken for questioning he was soon tested if he was capable of helping them make the water in Lake Erie clean to drink so Adam went to work there and gave one of the experimenters a glass of "clean water" and he said it was fine with no radiation. Soon Adam became a top scientist in the Enclave then he retired and went on to see what the world has become of it self.... "In the ends always justify the means...."

Why do you want to play on this server?: Because I'd love to actually be a player on some Fallout servers again, and this is the only server coming up right now that actually looks good, aside from Reclamation. Plus I have full faith that a server run by Brady will be amazing And of course I love Fallout.

Character's signifying traits and attributes: He's fairly weak, but makes up for it with what counts in his field- being a thief. He's smart, agile, and able to talk his way out of most situations. He specializes in procuring and collecting objects, though his over confidence can get him way in over his head. He loves to outsmart people, and can talk a little to much about it. He strongly opposes violence and killing, though isn't afraid to indirectly have someone killed but only when it is absolutely life-or-death necessary. He can also incapacitate a target that doesn't have him outmatched in weaponry with his cane, also when the situation absolutely warrants it as necessary.
Appearance: He has a relatively small frame, skinny, and about 5'8. He always wears a pre-war suit along with his gentleman's cane that he doesn't need, but helps in his trade, and is proficient with at incapacitating enemies with.

Desmond sneak past the automated security of his targets secure basement. He already pick pocketed his mark earlier to get the password to the bunker underneath the non-assuming wasteland house, now he just had to get past the turrets and ironically dumb robobrains. He finally made it into the "treasure room", where his victim kept the experimental XRE Rocket Launcher he had been hired to steal. He struggled carrying the heavy way, and while trying to carry it out, accidentally shot off a rocket into a side corridor. After the loud explosion, the automated defenses instantly leapt into action and turned towards him and began firing.
"CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP" Desmond yells as he drops the launcher and tries to out run the one turret and two robobrains fire. He manages to run outside the bunkers door and slam it closed when he turns right into his mark, standing directly in front of him with a 9mm pointed at his chest.
"Um, I can explain?" Desmond futilely tries.
"I don't think so k-" Desmond stops him mid sentence ramming right in the guy, knocking past him, and hits him in the head with his cane as he's running back, stunning his mark. He quickly turns and throws one of the rocks he carries just for this situation at the button for the bunker door, and the robobrains make quick work of his victim, not being able to discern him as friend. Desmond stops and pants heavily, before finding and hacking the terminal he previously did not time to do and disabling his marks defenses. He walks back into the bunker once again struggles lifting the heavy rocket launch, headed to take it to his fence to sell it to his employer.
Character biography (At LEAST 2 paragraphs):
Desmond grew up as an almost privileged child. As much as one could be "privileged" in the wasteland. He was born in Dog City, the dog-infested post-war ruins of Denver. Due to the large population of crazed dogs that basically rule the streets of Denver, giving it the name "Dog City", survivors live in the top levels of the cities immense skyscrapers in various camps and almost "mini towns".
Desmond was born in one of these, and a rather large one, that consisted of 100-200 people. His town was made up of four buildings that were very close together, and consisted of the top of five stories each. They were connected by one of Denvers "skyways", incredibly high up highways. This made towers form a "block" of sorts, with two towers on each side of the skyway running between them, and maintenance doors allowing access to the skyway which served as the market and common place. Given the enormity of the city and natural isolation given by the dogs and radiation infused dust storms, there was basically a never-ending supply of certain resources. Except for Salisbury Steak, there diet consisted of mostly non-perishable canned goods and virtually no meat. They wore mostly pre-war clothes and adopted a lot of pre-war trends- whatever was left behind in department stores and apartments. Violence, while of course still there, was not usually a huge issue.
As such, Desmond did not have all the terrible conditions growing up most other children in the wastelands were used to, and did not have an especially rough childhood. He had a loving mother and father, who was also the mayor of his town, and an older brother that he looked up to more than anything. Desmond was obsessed with the pre-war culture and items he was surrounded by. When he turned 17, he took most dangerous, and important job someone in his town could take- Collector. He would journey out into other parts of Dog City and collect information on the state of the city, and primarily, gather materials, food, and other resources back to the town. In his spare time, he would watch these holotapes he found on his private terminal, of an old, pre-war show about a sauce, handsome master thief and expert con-man that always outsmarted the law enforcement chasing him and solving their hardest crimes for them using his particular skill set, and never any guns or violence, which he appalled. Desmond tried to emulate him as much as possible, almost always wearing pre-war suits and fedoras he finds scavenging through old department stores, always pretending he was stealing from some imaginary person.
As the mayor, his father bought him how to talk his way out of dangerous situations and trouble, should he ever find any. His brother, Ecko, taught him how to use his most valuable possession (A gentleman's cane, almost 200 years old but locked in a case, kept in mint condition, composed of sturdy, durable wood surrounding a solid metal core, an iron handle on top meant to look a serpent, with a secret button that activates the small retractable blade that ops out the bottom) as a weapon , and incapacitate an attacker without killing them. Though Desmond, like his pre-war hero, was against violence, he knew that in this world it might one day be necessary to save his life.
Then one day, when he was 20, everything changed for young Desmond. On his way back from collecting, Desmond stopped in a tower on the outskirts of his town, and saw a group of men of ten to twenty men onthe other edge of his town. He had never seen them before, but They were carrying flags with the image of a bull on them. His father was yelling angrily at a man that seemed to be in charge. the man was saying something about "demanding a tribute". Then grabbed his brother, Ecko, and gave him to two men who began to drag him away. A merchant Then there something at the men. They immediately shot him.their leader told the two men dragging his brother to go back to camp.
Desmond did not stay to find out what happened. He was very distraught, and caught to hold back tears, and not look or turn back, as he followed them back to their camp to try and save the person that mattered most to him. When he arrived at their camp, he saw his brother, stripped down to his underwear, hanging to a cross outside of it, his captors nowhere to be found. Desmond ran up to Ecko, almost crying, trying to save his barely conscious brother. But Ecko could just barely utter the words "Please..... Dezzy..... you can't save me... please... you have to kill me to end my suffering.... please Dezzy.... I love you". So Desmond had to do the one thing he had vowed never to do- take a life.Take his brothers life. But he couldn't let his brother continue to suffer like that. So he took his blade, and stabbed his brother in thechest. This destroyed Desmond, and he vowed to take down the men responsible. He found out They were just there t wait out the radiation dust storms, and two days after his brothers death, he followed them.
Not until They got all the way to Flagstaff, Arizona, did he start to come to sense. He immediately realized that he couldn't just take down the men that killed his brother. That it wouldn't be that easy. Because They were an army. They were the Legion. His grief and rage eventually wore off, and he realized he needed to move on. Revenge wouldn't solve any problems. So he had to find somewhere to go, because he new he couldn't go back to dog city, his home. After a brief stint in New Vegas, attempting to drink and gamble his problems away, which he found out wasn't for him, he just kinda drifted for a while. He finally took a job with a small trading company, that was not long after bought out by the Summit Trading Company, based out of the ruins of pre-war Columbus, Ohio. Once again, he realized that that life wasn't for him, so he quit when they got to Ohio. He decided it was finally time to pick a new home, so he settled down in Ironville, keeping his head down and keeping to himself. And when it came to choosing how he would make his living and occupy his time, he did the one thing that came naturally to him. He adopted the life of his fictional idol. He became a thief, and set out to be the best. On his 21st birthday, he adopted the alias "Mr. Ecko" so that he would never forget where he came from, and what he had lost. And he began his new life.

What do you do?: (Listen to the song while you read) John slowly walks toward the ruined caravan, withdrawing his 10mm pistol from a holster on his leg, and checking the rounds. "7 rounds. . Best make them count". As he walks toward the caravan, he checks the merchant to see if they are alive, which, to his dismay, they are not. He looks in the box of items, mainly finding junk, except for a few stimpacks and 5 or 6 caps. He takes the stimpacks, ready to use if any of the guards are alive. His nose twitches from the smell of burnt flesh, his ears hurt from a groan he hears nearby. He notices the guard on the barrier, seeing the casings around his body. He checks to see if the guard is dead, shaking him to find no response. He grimaces, looking through the guard's pockets for identification. Finding an ID card with the Summit Trading Company logo and name on it, as well as the guard's name. "Dan Wilkes. Never heard of him. Wonder if he's got a family." John moves on, putting the ID card in his pocket. He hears the groans again. The sound of a dying man, asking for water, and help. John goes toward the sound, coming from near the wagon. He sees the guard, his leg blown off below the shin, a mix of signed skin and asphalt. The dying man's groans continue, and they intensify when they see John. "Please, you, help me. We were attacked by raiders. They took everything. Please, help me." he groans, coughing randomly through the sentence. John grimaces, and looks around, making sure there are no hidden boobytraps, no trip wires or snipers in the distance. He runs toward the man, obviously in pain. "Do you need water?" he asks, taking a bottle of dirty water out of his sack, along with the rest of the medkit and the few stimpacks he found near the merchant. "Yes... Please... Water.." the guard coughs, reaching for the water bottle. "Not so fast. Let me." John replies, dripping water into the guard's mouth. The guard sputters, obviously not having water for some time. After the water bottle is half-finished, he sets it down, and crouches beside the man. "How long have you been here?" John asks, opening the medkit. "A few hours, I think. I don't know. They attacked so fast." the man sputters out. He is still in obvious pain. John checks the contents of the medkits. A few bandages, a med-x, some rad-x, and a bottle of rad-away. He leaves the rad-away and rad-x in the case, and takes out the med-x and bandages, along with the few stimpacks he found earlier. "Who attacked you?" John asks as he unrolls the bandages. "I don't know. Just some raiders. Damn raiders...". John nods, and raps the bandages around the guard's new-found stump. "What's your name?" John asks, trying to keep the guard's mind off the loss of a limb. "Matthew. Matthew Gage." John nods again. taking the med-x and prepping it for injection. "This might hurt a bit." John warns, before injecting it near the wound. The guard grimaces. "What's your name, then?" the guard asks, coughing near the end. "John Walker." he replies, taking a pack of mentats out of his pack and popping one into his mouth, feeling smarter. He looks up, noticing the ever-near rain clouds. "Almost done," he says, "Just need to use a stimpack or two.". The guard nods, smiling at John, who takes two of the stimpacks he found near the merchant and injects them, one at a time, into the guard's leg. He hears his stomach growl. "Are you hungry?" he asks, taking out a salisbury steak out his pack, his last one. The guard nods, looking at the salisbury steak box. John opens it, and splits it into two portions, making one portion into small bits for the guard to eat easier. He helps the guard eat, and then eats his own portion. He stands up. "Hold on, let me see if I can scrounge up some more stuff from around here." he says, and starts walking toward the cart. He looks in, smelling the flesh of brahmin and human, scorched. He looks in a box, finding some dandy apples, a bottle of nuka, and a bottle of sarsaparilla, which he puts in his pack. Looking at the covering of the cart, he rips some off and makes a make-shift sling to help carry the guard. He exits, and goes back to the guard, who is staring at the approaching storm clouds. "Thank god you're back. I thought you might have left me." the guard says, smiling at John, who nods back. He picks up the rest of the stimpacks, putting them in the medkit, holsters his 10mm, and puts them both in his pack, but also takes a small radio out, trying to radio Columbus. He gets no response, and puts it back in. He takes the make-shift sling and picks up the guard, who is surprised that John is taking him with him. He puts the make-shift sling on the guard to help support John as he carries him, and starts walking toward Columbus. "You're taking me? Not leaving me to die?" he asks, surprised at John's kindness. "Of course not. There's a bad storm coming, and it's a long way to the nearest town. I wouldn't leave anyone to die like that," John replies. "There are a few good people in the wastes, and you're lucky I'm one of them." John finishes with a grin. "Now come on, like I said, it's a long way to Columbus." The guard, realizing he may just live, though with the loss of part of a leg, smiles, and hops along, his arm around John's neck, who is part-carrying him.

Anthony West. No. Not anymore. My name is John Walker. I was born inYeti, Kentucky.No. I can't let them know who I really am or where I came from. They come go there. They might find what family I have left. I can't let that happen. Let's just say I was born in Kentucky. That won't show them anything. I was born to Jonathan and Martha, my mom and dad. I'm in Ohio where they can't find me. Yeah. I think it's safe here. I started a new career in medicine, in helping people just like I always wanted. I can finally help people. A man came in yesterday with bullets in his left should. I took them out. I helped him. Like I couldn't help them. The ones that screamed. That bled in that... Accursed shack they put me in when I was younger. (Agony is hearable in his voice) I couldn't help them. I mean... Sigh. Let me start from the beginning. I was born in Kentucky. Like I said. I was born to my mom and dad. My dad worked in a local shop inYeti, where I was born. My mom farmed for us. That's right. I was born on a farm outsideYetiWe had brahmin, and crops. My dad sold them in a shop, the one he worked in. One day when I was younger, and my mother was teaching my to read, my dad had brought a Big Book of Medicine, one of the expensive kind. Every night my mother would read to me out of it. They wanted me to grow up smart, like I am now. Later in life I would be able to read parts of it for myself, part by memory, part by education in reading. One day when I was about 11, a nasty group of raiders, I think they were called the Gangbangers, attacked my farm and others. My father was inYetiat the time. So was my mom. They left me at the farm with just a varmint rifle, not expecting any raiders or anything really bad to attack. They weren't expecting raiders to come. They killed our Brahmin, destroyed our crops, they burned and pillaged. They took my book with them, along with me. They put me in a shack with women and children that they had taken with them. The women were shackled, their clothes ripped off in places revealing parts of their bodies, including sexual organs. I was scared. They took some of the kids and trained them like they were animals. They took me, and trained me too. I was scared. But I still trained. I knew how to fight. I didn't like it. I kept saying experts from the medicine book to keep me focused. When I was 15, the raiders sent me on my first assignment. Attack where I grew up. Instead of attacking I fled. They chased me. Before that I made sure to steal the book away from them. It was my book. In the pack I had some food, a stimpack, and my book. I ran as fast as I could, they trained me to be fast. I ran as fast as I could. By the time I stopped it was night. I saw a town in the distance, so I went for it. (In the background here, a ring hears and some yelling for John.). Dammit. New patient. (John yells back he'll be right there.) I'll talk again.Yetiwas. He said he didn't. I doubted I would ever see my parents again. I knew they'd be worried about me. But I couldn't go back. I was worried the raiders might follow me, or they'd attack the farm. I didn't want to find out what would happen to my parents. So I started a new life. At 20, Dr. Walker died and I took up his position. At 23, business started dying down and I heard people were flocking to Ohio. That meant more opportunities to help people. I packed my bags, including my book. I hitched a ride on a caravan to Ohio using some of the caps I earned. On the way to Ohio, the caravan was attacked. I helped fend off the raiders, but they overtook us. I escaped again, losing most of my caps and my possessions. Eventually I got to Ohio, and I've stayed there for 3 years, leading up to now. Here I am. Working in a clinic. But I think it's time to move on. I'm heading out today. Because the end always justify the means.END LOG
