I've been walking in the sand for hours, its getting in my boots and clogging my gas mask. The sun has been beating me down since earlier this morning, and the sweat from my chest is making my clothes even heavier. It may seem moronic to have a heavy overcoat on during all of this, but its protecting me from the sand and the heat. I adjust my hat for comfort, and trudge through the sand. Ending my long travel, I spot a small town in the distance. I might want to hurry, this sand is brewing up another storm soon.
Entering the town, it seems very jagged. The war has torn it apart, and the people used spit and nails to hold it together. I search around for a public building or something of the sorts, and I see a house which has been converted into a bar. I enter, and take my hat off. The thick leather cowboy hat was covered in dirt and bullet holes. I set my coat and hat down on a nearby chair, and looked around. I noticed a nearby man was staring me down, and watching my every step. I gave him a warning glare, and he looked away.
The building was small, and only two rooms large. A loo, and a lounge. I took a breath and walked over to a cracked window. The sand was getting worse outside. Focusing, I saw my reflection. My face was shining with oil and sweat, and I wiped it with my gloves. It smeared dirt on my face, and I continued to clean up. I could do for a dip in a lake, radiation or not.
"Are you going to buy something? If not, get out." The lady said, behind a table which was made into a counter.
"Water? Do you have water?" I said, I had not heard my voice in a while and I coughed.
"All we have is booze. If you want water, you'll have to go looking. Unless you're willing to pay extra."
I decided a warm beer would have to do. You gotta get what you can out here in the sand. Its dry as a bone, AFTER the meat has been picked off.
Biography *Must Explain Everything Else*:
Kapu, as a child, knew his parents well. In fact, he had a good, peaceful childhood. As a teen, he tinkered with guns and tools. Not much would change. His adventure started when had to leave home at age twenty-four to patrol for the NCR. Only running on 10 caps a week, he saved enough to buy his own gear. The only thing affordable was a wooden bow and arrow. It was easy to keep maintained and ammo was even more easy to make. Soon, he joined the NCR Rangers after showing skills in survival and combat. As a traveler, he could move around more than when he was on patrol. Exploring on his own was always his own personal choice, and he never did like having partners. Years of gun-fights, radiation, and traveling left Kapu somewhat old. He resigned as a ranger at age fourty-seven, and moved to New Vegas, where he would stay until his later days. At age fifty, he got in a fight with a feral ghoul, and it punctured one of his lungs. It never did heal correctly. He laid low for awhile, just getting by on what he could. He followed NCR's wake, staying low and keeping to himself. The NCR led him to to Eureka, the town of Dust and Demons. This is where his real journey begins.
I edited what you said to, mittens. I don't want to get too deep into what he does in Eureka, because that will be what I do in the game x3 I use a bow, because of what is in the story. It's easy get (make or buy) ammo.
And since I'm already talking to you, I have a good addition to your server, for your forums. Actually two. First, in your lore... We do intend to put part of the bay in, and some of the local landmarks. It isn't going to be a major goal of the map, but we do intend to do it.

Biography *Must Explain Everything Else*:
Johnathan was born in the year 2248, to a small town in Oregon. His parents, traders, decided to set out south to Eureka, California, the town of Dust and Demons as it was a booming buisness opportunity. Setting out with what would make them the most caps, Johnathans parents set out with him and his brother, Geoffrey. Running low on food, the boys parents left one night while the brothers were asleep, upon waking up they saw that their parents had left, and decided to find a settlement, and more importantly, just live on.
Geoffrey, twelve years old at the time, decided to keep heading south with his 10 year old brother. Using sharpened rocks to kill wild brahmin by slitting their throats, the two were able to survive off of brahmin meat and irradiated water. After about a week of travels, the two boys found the bodies of their parents. Killed by radiation poisoning from some of the food they packed, the two brothers stood there in horror at the sight of their dead parents. Geoffrey, seeing nothing can be done, took all the supplies he and Johnathan can carry and continued on.
Collapsing in a town, starving, thirsty, and happy to be with civilization. A local townsman by the name of Mark was the first to notice the two brothers. Offering the two food, water, and a place to stay, Geoffrey and Johnathan became a part of the town. The two brothers lived in the town for about ten years, now in their twenties the two owned their own general store. But, when an NCR reccruitment oppurtunity arrived in town, the two sighned up to join the military. After recruitment training, the two were sent into the Mojave in the year of 2274, three years before the first battle of Hoover Dam
When they were sent to the Mojave, the two were being trained for first recon. Then the year 2277 came, the first battle for Hoover Dam. During the battle, Geoffrey went MIA. One year after the battle, Johnathan set off to Eureka, California, the town of Dust and Demons. Upon reaching Eureka, he saw the chaos and decided to live on the outskirts of town. Surviving off of passing traders and Brahmin meat, Johnathan occasionally went into town, after a few years, he was settled into the town, living as a trader for about three years.
The year was 2283, Johnathan was on a trading route when he saw an NCR patrol, one of them looked like Geoffrey. Approuching the man thinking it was his brother, he told them about Eureka. After the man said his name was Alex, Johnathan decided to ask what happened to Geoffrey Groesch. The man looked at the man in disgust, he explained that Geoffrey was executed for being a legion spy. He further explained that after the first battle he was caught by legion, and was the person who assasinated the president at Hoover Dam. For the next two years, Johnathan lived alone, wondering about what happened at the dam.

nearby.... -I look around and I hear slight chatter and I move in, motioning the 3 people following me to do

rush in through the back and run through to the inside of the camp looking for the tent- I know she is
here..She has to be here... -
My men are looking for her- Alexander Look! I think I see h...-A bullet flies through the man's head and he
falls to the ground bleeding- -I quickly clench my rifle and aim at the bandit who shot him- -I start firing
bullets and they pierce the bandit's chest and he falls to the ground- -the 2 other people with me do the
same and fire at the bandits rushing out the camps- -I get shot in my leg-
-I keep firing at them and then I crawl behind a tent and get out some bandages and quickly wrap the
wound in my leg- -The 4 bandits that attacked us were dead but one of my men were dead and other one

We need to get to the prison.. -We walk to the prison in front of the camp and the people in there looked
skinny and ravaged- We need to help these people! -We quickly go up to one of the bandit's corpses and
take off the key and open the gate- Time to get back to town. -I bring the people and my men back to town

Alex lived in the outskirts of
Nevada near California with his uncle. His father and mother were killed in the ongoing Fiend attacks. Alexander's uncle told
him stories about the fiends and Caesar's legion. Alexander was very angry about the legion and fiends. One
day, a group about 6 fiends were going around the small little town were they were and raiding it for Drugs
and Caps. Alexander's uncle heard gunfire and warned Alex. Alex grabbed the .44 Magnum off the table and
ran to see what the fiends were doing.
Alex hid close by watching the fiends. His uncle was shooting them with his worn out service rifle. Alex then
walked went behind one of the fiends and unloaded 2 bullets into it's head. The other fiends lookedbehind
them and Shot Alex in his leg. Alex winced in pain but he unloaded 2 bullets in one and 2 bullets in the
other. Alex's uncle ran to him and brought him into the little shack where they lived. Alex's Uncle was in the
NCR but he retired due to his age. His uncle patched him up and Alex had to rest in his shack for a couple
days. His uncle had a service rifle, a .44 magnum and a couple knives and 2 shotguns in a cabinet he hid
them in. He taught Alex how to use guns but most importantly, to be a good people to and to help all those
in need. Alexander learned well and he often went on hunting missions to gather food to give to the small
little village and his self and his uncle.
he was always good with guns like pistols and rifles. He loved blades also.
He always strived to help people. One of his hunting trips, Alex hit bad luck. There was a group of raiders
out near where he was and he tried hiding but he was spotted. Alex was surrounded and he felt it was a
better idea to be captured then to fight. The raiders threw him in a cage filled with other captives. Alex was
very angry but he tried figuring out a way to get out. There was an old man, a regular man, an old lady and
a beautiful lady who was all alone in a corner. Alexander went to talk to the lady and he said he promised to
get all of them out. The lady had a bobbypin in her hair so Alexander took it and picked the very crude lock
on the gate door. The lady gave Alexander a kiss and she thank you and the people left in the middle of the
night. Alexander ran to the place where they kept the weaponry and he was still hidden. He went inside the
little tent and took back his weapons and his possessions. As the raiders were getting ready to get up,
Alexander was gone in the night, back at his village. After he came back, Alex helped a family find there lost
girl who was in a cave full of Irradiated insects. He was rewarded with 30 caps and he bought some food
and went on his way.
Alex went near Eureka when he was 21. He felt like it was his time to leave the village. He didn't want to stay
where the fiends kept attacking. His uncle said he could defend the town on his own and Alexander wanted
something new to experience and he wanted to go to California to join the NCR and be like his uncle. He brought food with him on his travel to Eureka and a little bit of
water.
He had a knife, a service rifle and a .44 magnum for protection. He had a sack on his back filled with food.
Alexander feels that the Alexander's uncle lived in the Mojave when he was in the NCR and he saw what the legion did. He strongly disagrees with slavery and will try to kill any slaver he sees.
Other info: Alex likes Vodka alot. He tries to make friends with good people and likes working in groups.
He does not like getting drunk but he just likes the taste of vodka. He can help himself but sometimes he
goes to far. He usually uses a 44 magnum, a combat shotgun or a automatic rifle. He sometimes uses a
hunter rifle for accurate kills. He holds a bowie knife where ever he goes just in cause things get rowdy. He
knows how to talk to people and is smart about things. He does not back down in a fight and can get a
pretty bad temper.

Doing a quick read over of your application, it lacks a lot but most importantly it lacks quality. Wording it better would be the best chance of getting accepted, using more complicated writing techniques, and make it interesting.
Your RP example needs to be redone, and your Bio also has some major issues. Like i said, they should be redone. Other than that, you need to reread the rules. And when i say reread, i mean reread.
I've seen far worse applications, so don't think i'm being hard on you. I'd just rather see quality in every application posted here. Length doesn't mean much if its poop. Feel free to reapply, just make sure you are proud of it before you post it.

RP Expierence: I have been on a multitude of various servers before, ranging from Fallout to….not Fallout. Servers like Crafthamer, Wild Wasteland, Old World Blues, Notably Republic, and others. I have also been roleplaying of line for the majority of my life, participating in such games as D&D and other tabletop based games.
Fallout Expierence: I was first greeted with Fallout New Vegas, originally, and then worked in a backwards sort of fashion. However, I greatly enjoy “most” of the Fallout games, and have invested quite a lot of time and money into them.
Define Meta Gaming: Meta Gaming is the process by which a player uses information unknown to their character, usually resulting in an unfair advantage for said player. For example, if I learned that someone was at a certain place on the map, I could not use this information to get to them unless my character could have known it by some other means.
Define Power Gaming: Power gaming is the process by which a player creates a character with undue strengths that throw the game out of alignment. For example, if I created a super-powered laser shooting sexy bear man that is also a millionaire and speaks 30 languages and could also could play a fine game of Cricket, I would be power gaming, because my character could play a good game of Cricket, and that’s just unfair.

Appearance: Zeno is fairly tall; with an average build for a man his size. He is noticeably muscular, though not in an overpowering amount. However, his most identifying features are his intense bodily scarring, and his fixated mask, and his skin. He was born an Albino, and because of this he was abused and mistreated from an early age. His led to intense scarring and bodily distortion. Scar tissue, even raw muscle and bone can be seen from some of these deep gouges. His mask which he wears resembles a muzzle, and covers his mouth and nose. It is fixated in place with tough leather bindings with gold clasps. Although Zeno could remove it, he chooses not to, as it “defines him”. Other than this, he wears a plain sackcloth vest, and simple sackcloth pants. He has shackles on his wrists, but the chains connecting them have long since been cut. His hands and feet are bare, and his head is uncovered save it be by the leather securing straps. He is completely bald as well.
Occupation: Zeno is a philosopher and a great thinker, but also strong. Because of this, he works wherever work is needed, but functions best in situations where both skills are required, such as guarding an important position, or hunting bounties. Zeno works as a Merc-of-all-trades, as of right now.
Signifying Traits: As stated above, Zeno is a deep thinker, and is a physically fit as he is mentally. He tends to use big words when talking, and often speaks to himself if nobody else is around. He takes great care to make sure that he is heard, and is quite opinionated on most matters. He is and Atheist, and is very defensive of his stance on religion.
Signifying Skills: Zeno is cunning and strong, and is able to survive just as well in the wilderness as he can in a city. He observes and is able to calculate and process information quickly and precisely.
Weaknesses: Zeno is very full of himself. Though not overly showy, he is very prideful, and is used to working alone. He isn’t much in the way of words, and is rather unskilled when it comes to normal conversation. Although he is very smart and perceptive, he is capable of making rash decisions, especially with others, and is prone to making enemies very quickly. He is not very trusting, and usually requires a bit of incentive to work for anyone, or to agree with an idea, no matter how sound it may be. Because of this, he finds it hard to make and keep good standing with people, and often makes things harder than they need to be when talking.
Fears: Zeno fears emotions that insight “unproductive” outputs. Though he can get in a heated argument, he thinks that feelings like happiness, love, and other such feelings can result in undue mistakes or miscalculations. He is perfectly fine with other feelings, like fear, anger, or pain, but tends to use these as tactics to attack and enemy with, rather than feelings that should be excited within oneself. Zeno also fears morality, though not in a way that you might expect. He fears the institution of it. Because of this, he opposes order that that is instituted in conjunction with it, and any law that does not use morality, rather than emotion, as a standpoint. Zeno sees both morality and emotions as unproductive and destructive, in some cases.

Wastelander: Been ‘cavagin around ere. I found you in these rags, fink you was dead, so I was coming to loot yous body, see, but then you wakes up, so I says to myself, Im going to hav ta kill him now.
(The wastelander quickly draws a gun, Zeno calmly walks up to him and places his hands on the wastelanders shoulders. The wastlander lowers his gun in surprise, as Zeno quickly grabs his neck and twists it.)
Zeno: I was quite luck this time I suppose, but then again, I don’t believe in luck. Better be more careful in the future.
(Zeno sits back down in the pile of rags, and goes back to sleep.)

Zeno was born to a small tribe of wasteland wanderers who called themselves the Citium. They really were nothing more than a few men women and children trying to find their place in the wasteland. They were “ruled” by a shaman, who controlled all of what the tribe did. Being the cautious man he was, he took careful steps to ensure only those who would follow him remained in the tribe. When Zeno was born, the shaman marked him as an outsider because of his condition, but this did not quell Zeno in the slightest. Although he was unable to receive the same learning the other children of the tribe did, he found many pre-war books in their travels, most containing or concerning that of philosophy or physics, or various other sciences. He also honed his body and mind ensuring that even though he was an outsider, he would still be strong and wise. Although he was successful in achieving this, his pride gave way to him, and because of his knowledge and strength, the other children of the tribe would often scar him with rocks or sharpened shafts of wood, no matter how hard he tried to fit in. In later years, the final blow would be struck, and after Zeno had come to attention once again, this time refuting the ideas of the shaman, the Shaman himself decided to take action.
Fixing him with a strong muzzle and iron chains, Zeno was then banished from the tribe and forced into the wilderness. Zeno had to fend for himself as he faced off against wild beasts and harsh conditions. He never forgot what the Shaman did to him, and because of it he decided that only logic and reasoning could produce a productive end. After all, it was only him in the wilderness, and no one else who helped him. After five years of wandering the wastes, he heard of a new land. Some place to start anew, and to find himself again. Biography *Must Explain Everything Else*:
Alex lived in the outskirts of Nevada near California with his uncle. He never knew his father and his mother died from leukemia when he was 3. They lived in a decent sized village with 10 houses, a general store and a pub. His uncle started becoming alcoholic due to hard living in the village. They were always low on caps and it was hard to make a living there. Sometimes, they had to eat rad scorpion meat because of the shortage of bramen. The fiends and the raiders scared away the trading caravans from moving through the area. They attacked once in a while, but when they did, it was hard to fend them off. Alex was trained early on to be strong and how to use regular guns and some other weapons. His uncle was in the NCR and was a respected ranger veteran. There were always good rumors about him. He was a good rifleman and always hit his targets. He told tales on how the legion did very evil things, such as slaving and crucifying people. Alex was disgusted and he didn't think people deserved such things as that. He was against it. His uncle always told him about "old world values" and Alex was interested and he liked it. He viewed the NCR as righteous in their goals.
The town needed to defend themselves a lot, but once they did, fiends came less and less, but they still came. Alexander knew a girl named Sophia who lived 3 houses down and he liked her a lot. When they were younger they always use to play and view things around them. The world was almost like a barren wasteland, and things always seemed bleak, but she always made Alexander happy. He told her how he felt and she felt the same. They visited each other often and started having a growing relationship. His uncle always poked fun at Alex in a joking manner. A few months later, the fiends came back in full force during the middle of the night. They raided a few homes and during the morning, she was gone. 3 people were kidnapped from their homes during the midnight raid. Alexander grew very angry and he started breaking things and had a unstoppable fit of anger. He soon grew depressed and he started having a more negative outlook on life. He soon started getting over it, but it was very hard. He always went hunting for fiends and stealing his uncle's .44 magnum and his knife. He grabbed one that was walking around put his hand around the fiend's mouth. He fiercly interrogated him by pistolwhipping him. The fiend was crying for his life, and he didn't know anything about Sophia. Alexander was overwhelmed with rage and just shot him in the head with no remorse. Alexander had a darker outlook on life, and he thought things wouldn't get better. His uncle helped on raising his spirits, but he became more and more alchoholic. There were some nights his uncle wouldn't even return home. Alexander tried helping his uncle, but he realized he couldn't help him until he helped himself. He soon stopped being constantly depressed and he started trying to be happy. It was working slowly and his uncle still drunk, but at a lower level.
Alexander wanted to leave the village. He wanted to earn some wealth and he wanted to do the goal he always wanted to do; be like his uncle and join the NCR. He valued their goals but he also wanted to travel and see other places and see if there was still a hope in the world. He took a service rifle with him and a knife and some food and water that he had scarcely, and left and went deeper into california. He saw many caravans riding in and out. He saw some raiders and he just shook his head and moved on, not trying to start trouble. He was tired and he stopped by a seemingly abandoned gas station. He saw some food and water and best of all, a bed where he could finally rest. He lied down on the bed and took a nap. A very old man walked in and screamed. "HEY! WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!" he aimed his shotgun at Alexander with a giant dead lizard on his back- Alex stuttered but he explained to him he just came for rest from his long travel. The old man said "well, alright but don't you touch anything!" Alexander befriended the old man after awhile, and helped him cut and cook the lizard. He figured out the old man's name was rodney and he used to be a mercenary but he started living by himself so he could have peace. He told Alexander about Eureka. "Oh, you heard about the Eureka? The NCR moved in, but they have had fights with some revolutionaries and some religious martyrs. He heard about groups of organized raiders, and Alexander despised raiders, knowing the evils they did. The old man said he was a mercenary there, and some things he hated doing but he needed the money. He often called it "Eureka, the town of Dust and Demons." He said thank you to Rodney for the information and he informed him he was going there to help the NCR against all the trouble going on there, but also to visit new places as well. Rodney gave him some water and a small amount of food and he went on his way. Alexander was ready for what the world could throw at him.

I've been walking in the sand for hours, its getting in my boots and clogging my gas mask. The sun has been beating me down since earlier this morning, and the sweat from my chest is making my clothes even heavier. It may seem moronic to have a heavy overcoat on during all of this, but its protecting me from the sand and the heat. I adjust my hat for comfort, and trudge through the sand. Ending my long travel, I spot a small town in the distance. I might want to hurry, this sand is brewing up another storm soon.
Entering the town, it seems very jagged. The war has torn it apart, and the people used spit and nails to hold it together. I search around for a public building or something of the sorts, and I see a house which has been converted into a bar. I enter, and take my hat off. The thick leather cowboy hat was covered in dirt and bullet holes. I set my coat and hat down on a nearby chair, and looked around. I noticed a nearby man was staring me down, and watching my every step. I gave him a warning glare, and he looked away.
The building was small, and only two rooms large. A loo, and a lounge. I took a breath and walked over to a cracked window. The sand was getting worse outside. Focusing, I saw my reflection. My face was shining with oil and sweat, and I wiped it with my gloves. It smeared dirt on my face, and I continued to clean up. I could do for a dip in a lake, radiation or not.
"Are you going to buy something? If not, get out." The lady said, behind a table which was made into a counter.
"Water? Do you have water?" I said, I had not heard my voice in a while and I coughed.
"All we have is booze. If you want water, you'll have to go looking. Unless you're willing to pay extra."
I decided a warm beer would have to do. You gotta get what you can out here in the sand. Its dry as a bone, AFTER the meat has been picked off.

Kapu, as a child, knew his parents well. In fact, he had a good, peaceful childhood. As a teen, he tinkered with guns and tools. Not much would change. His adventure started when had to leave home at age twenty-four to patrol for the NCR. Only running on 10 caps a week, he saved enough to buy his own gear. The only thing affordable was a wooden bow and arrow. It was easy to keep maintained and ammo was even more easy to make. Soon, he joined the NCR Rangers after showing skills in survival and combat. As a traveler, he could move around more than when he was on patrol. Exploring on his own was always his own personal choice, and he never did like having partners. Years of gun-fights, radiation, and traveling left Kapu somewhat old. He resigned as a ranger at age fourty-seven, and moved to New Vegas, where he would stay until his later days. At age fifty, he got in a fight with a feral ghoul, and it punctured one of his lungs. It never did heal correctly. He laid low for awhile, just getting by on what he could. He followed NCR's wake, staying low and keeping to himself. The NCR led him to to Eureka, the town of Dust and Demons. This is where his real journey begins.
I edited what you said to, mittens. I don't want to get too deep into what he does in Eureka, because that will be what I do in the game x3 I use a bow, because of what is in the story. It's easy get (make or buy) ammo.

Biography *Must Explain Everything Else*:
Johnathan was born in the year 2248, to a small town in Oregon. His parents, traders, decided to set out south to Eureka, California, the town of Dust and Demons as it was a booming buisness opportunity. Setting out with what would make them the most caps, Johnathans parents set out with him and his brother, Geoffrey. Running low on food, the boys parents left one night while the brothers were asleep, upon waking up they saw that their parents had left, and decided to find a settlement, and more importantly, just live on.
Geoffrey, twelve years old at the time, decided to keep heading south with his 10 year old brother. Using sharpened rocks to kill wild brahmin by slitting their throats, the two were able to survive off of brahmin meat and irradiated water. After about a week of travels, the two boys found the bodies of their parents. Killed by radiation poisoning from some of the food they packed, the two brothers stood there in horror at the sight of their dead parents. Geoffrey, seeing nothing can be done, took all the supplies he and Johnathan can carry and continued on.
Collapsing in a town, starving, thirsty, and happy to be with civilization. A local townsman by the name of Mark was the first to notice the two brothers. Offering the two food, water, and a place to stay, Geoffrey and Johnathan became a part of the town. The two brothers lived in the town for about ten years, now in their twenties the two owned their own general store. But, when an NCR reccruitment oppurtunity arrived in town, the two sighned up to join the military. After recruitment training, the two were sent into the Mojave in the year of 2274, three years before the first battle of Hoover Dam
When they were sent to the Mojave, the two were being trained for first recon. Then the year 2277 came, the first battle for Hoover Dam. During the battle, Geoffrey went MIA. One year after the battle, Johnathan set off to Eureka, California, the town of Dust and Demons. Upon reaching Eureka, he saw the chaos and decided to live on the outskirts of town. Surviving off of passing traders and Brahmin meat, Johnathan occasionally went into town, after a few years, he was settled into the town, living as a trader for about three years.
The year was 2283, Johnathan was on a trading route when he saw an NCR patrol, one of them looked like Geoffrey. Approuching the man thinking it was his brother, he told them about Eureka. After the man said his name was Alex, Johnathan decided to ask what happened to Geoffrey Groesch. The man looked at the man in disgust, he explained that Geoffrey was executed for being a legion spy. He further explained that after the first battle he was caught by legion, and was the person who assasinated the president at Hoover Dam. For the next two years, Johnathan lived alone, wondering about what happened at the dam.

RP example: I hold the rifle to my chest surveying the area- I know something is
nearby.... -I look around and I hear slight chatter and I move in, motioning the 3 people following me to do
the same- -I keep my voice at a low tone- Men, stay low, the bandits are close. -right as I say that we quickly
rush in through the back and run through to the inside of the camp looking for the tent- I know she is
here..She has to be here... -
My men are looking for her- Alexander Look! I think I see h...-A bullet flies through the man's head and he
falls to the ground bleeding- -I quickly clench my rifle and aim at the bandit who shot him- -I start firing
bullets and they pierce the bandit's chest and he falls to the ground- -the 2 other people with me do the
same and fire at the bandits rushing out the camps- -I get shot in my leg-
-I keep firing at them and then I crawl behind a tent and get out some bandages and quickly wrap the
wound in my leg- -The 4 bandits that attacked us were dead but one of my men were dead and other one
was injured-
We need to get to the prison.. -We walk to the prison in front of the camp and the people in there looked
skinny and ravaged- We need to help these people! -We quickly go up to one of the bandit's corpses and
take off the key and open the gate- Time to get back to town. -I bring the people and my men back to town
and we help the people get back to health-
Alex lived in the outskirts of

day, a group about 6 fiends were going around the small little town were they were and raiding it for Drugs
and Caps. Alexander's uncle heard gunfire and warned Alex. Alex grabbed the .44 Magnum off the table and
ran to see what the fiends were doing.
Alex hid close by watching the fiends. His uncle was shooting them with his worn out service rifle. Alex then
walked went behind one of the fiends and unloaded 2 bullets into it's head. The other fiends lookedbehind
them and Shot Alex in his leg. Alex winced in pain but he unloaded 2 bullets in one and 2 bullets in the
other. Alex's uncle ran to him and brought him into the little shack where they lived. Alex's Uncle was in the
NCR but he retired due to his age. His uncle patched him up and Alex had to rest in his shack for a couple
days. His uncle had a service rifle, a .44 magnum and a couple knives and 2 shotguns in a cabinet he hid
them in. He taught Alex how to use guns but most importantly, to be a good people to and to help all those
in need. Alexander learned well and he often went on hunting missions to gather food to give to the small
little village and his self and his uncle.
he was always good with guns like pistols and rifles. He loved blades also.
He always strived to help people. One of his hunting trips, Alex hit bad luck. There was a group of raiders
out near where he was and he tried hiding but he was spotted. Alex was surrounded and he felt it was a
better idea to be captured then to fight. The raiders threw him in a cage filled with other captives. Alex was
very angry but he tried figuring out a way to get out. There was an old man, a regular man, an old lady and
a beautiful lady who was all alone in a corner. Alexander went to talk to the lady and he said he promised to
get all of them out. The lady had a bobbypin in her hair so Alexander took it and picked the very crude lock
on the gate door. The lady gave Alexander a kiss and she thank you and the people left in the middle of the
night. Alexander ran to the place where they kept the weaponry and he was still hidden. He went inside the
little tent and took back his weapons and his possessions. As the raiders were getting ready to get up,
Alexander was gone in the night, back at his village. After he came back, Alex helped a family find there lost
girl who was in a cave full of Irradiated insects. He was rewarded with 30 caps and he bought some food
and went on his way.
Alex went near Eureka when he was 21. He felt like it was his time to leave the village. He didn't want to stay
where the fiends kept attacking. His uncle said he could defend the town on his own and Alexander wanted
something new to experience and he wanted to go to California to join the NCR and be like his uncle. He brought food with him on his travel to Eureka and a little bit of
water.
He had a knife, a service rifle and a .44 magnum for protection. He had a sack on his back filled with food.
Alexander feels that the Alexander's uncle lived in the Mojave when he was in the NCR and he saw what the legion did. He strongly disagrees with slavery and will try to kill any slaver he sees.
Other info: Alex likes Vodka alot. He tries to make friends with good people and likes working in groups.
He does not like getting drunk but he just likes the taste of vodka. He can help himself but sometimes he
goes to far. He usually uses a 44 magnum, a combat shotgun or a automatic rifle. He sometimes uses a
hunter rifle for accurate kills. He holds a bowie knife where ever he goes just in cause things get rowdy. He
knows how to talk to people and is smart about things. He does not back down in a fight and can get a
pretty bad temper.

Doing a quick read over of your application, it lacks a lot but most importantly it lacks quality. Wording it better would be the best chance of getting accepted, using more complicated writing techniques, and make it interesting.
Your RP example needs to be redone, and your Bio also has some major issues. Like i said, they should be redone. Other than that, you need to reread the rules. And when i say reread, i mean reread.

Define Power Gaming: Power gaming is the process by which a player creates a character with undue strengths that throw the game out of alignment. For example, if I created a super-powered laser shooting sexy bear man that is also a millionaire and speaks 30 languages and could also could play a fine game of Cricket, I would be power gaming, because my character could play a good game of Cricket, and that’s just unfair.

Appearance: Zeno is fairly tall; with an average build for a man his size. He is noticeably muscular, though not in an overpowering amount. However, his most identifying features are his intense bodily scarring, and his fixated mask, and his skin. He was born an Albino, and because of this he was abused and mistreated from an early age. His led to intense scarring and bodily distortion. Scar tissue, even raw muscle and bone can be seen from some of these deep gouges. His mask which he wears resembles a muzzle, and covers his mouth and nose. It is fixated in place with tough leather bindings with gold clasps. Although Zeno could remove it, he chooses not to, as it “defines him”. Other than this, he wears a plain sackcloth vest, and simple sackcloth pants. He has shackles on his wrists, but the chains connecting them have long since been cut. His hands and feet are bare, and his head is uncovered save it be by the leather securing straps. He is completely bald as well.
Occupation: Zeno is a philosopher and a great thinker, but also strong. Because of this, he works wherever work is needed, but functions best in situations where both skills are required, such as guarding an important position, or hunting bounties. Zeno works as a Merc-of-all-trades, as of right now.
Signifying Traits: As stated above, Zeno is a deep thinker, and is a physically fit as he is mentally. He tends to use big words when talking, and often speaks to himself if nobody else is around. He takes great care to make sure that he is heard, and is quite opinionated on most matters. He is and Atheist, and is very defensive of his stance on religion.
Signifying Skills: Zeno is cunning and strong, and is able to survive just as well in the wilderness as he can in a city. He observes and is able to calculate and process information quickly and precisely.
Weaknesses: Zeno is very full of himself. Though not overly showy, he is very prideful, and is used to working alone. He isn’t much in the way of words, and is rather unskilled when it comes to normal conversation. Although he is very smart and perceptive, he is capable of making rash decisions, especially with others, and is prone to making enemies very quickly. He is not very trusting, and usually requires a bit of incentive to work for anyone, or to agree with an idea, no matter how sound it may be. Because of this, he finds it hard to make and keep good standing with people, and often makes things harder than they need to be when talking.
Fears: Zeno fears emotions that insight “unproductive” outputs. Though he can get in a heated argument, he thinks that feelings like happiness, love, and other such feelings can result in undue mistakes or miscalculations. He is perfectly fine with other feelings, like fear, anger, or pain, but tends to use these as tactics to attack and enemy with, rather than feelings that should be excited within oneself. Zeno also fears morality, though not in a way that you might expect. He fears the institution of it. Because of this, he opposes order that that is instituted in conjunction with it, and any law that does not use morality, rather than emotion, as a standpoint. Zeno sees both morality and emotions as unproductive and destructive, in some cases.

Wastelander: You ‘speakin pretty good, wut you do, eat books?
Zeno: My diet has nothing to do with my intellectual superiority. I think you should leave.
Wastelander: Corse, cannet eat much wif dat muzzle on.
Zeno: That’s quite enough out of you, state your business or be off.
Wastelander: Been ‘cavagin around ere. I found you in these rags, fink you was dead, so I was coming to loot yous body, see, but then you wakes up, so I says to myself, Im going to hav ta kill him now.
(The wastelander quickly draws a gun, Zeno calmly walks up to him and places his hands on the wastelanders shoulders. The wastlander lowers his gun in surprise, as Zeno quickly grabs his neck and twists it.)
Zeno: I was quite luck this time I suppose, but then again, I don’t believe in luck. Better be more careful in the future.
(Zeno sits back down in the pile of rags, and goes back to sleep.)
Biography *Must Explain Everything Else*:
Zeno was born to a small tribe of wasteland wanderers who called themselves the Citium. They really were nothing more than a few men women and children trying to find their place in the wasteland. They were “ruled” by a shaman, who controlled all of what the tribe did. Being the cautious man he was, he took careful steps to ensure only those who would follow him remained in the tribe. When Zeno was born, the shaman marked him as an outsider because of his condition, but this did not quell Zeno in the slightest. Although he was unable to receive the same learning the other children of the tribe did, he found many pre-war books in their travels, most containing or concerning that of philosophy or physics, or various other sciences. He also honed his body and mind ensuring that even though he was an outsider, he would still be strong and wise. Although he was successful in achieving this, his pride gave way to him, and because of his knowledge and strength, the other children of the tribe would often scar him with rocks or sharpened shafts of wood, no matter how hard he tried to fit in. In later years, the final blow would be struck, and after Zeno had come to attention once again, this time refuting the ideas of the shaman, the Shaman himself decided to take action.
Fixing him with a strong muzzle and iron chains, Zeno was then banished from the tribe and forced into the wilderness. Zeno had to fend for himself as he faced off against wild beasts and harsh conditions. He never forgot what the Shaman did to him, and because of it he decided that only logic and reasoning could produce a productive end. After all, it was only him in the wilderness, and no one else who helped him. After five years of wandering the wastes, he heard of a new land. Some place to start anew, and to find himself again. "Eureka, the town of Dust and Demons", they called it. It sounded to Zeno like a fresh start, and so he forged his way to California, determined to make a name for himself, and a home.

He is just trying to live, and ultimately, make the world a better place for himself and other people to enjoy. He is very secretive and only close people to him actually know about him.

Alex lived in the outskirts of Nevada near California with his uncle. He never knew his father and his mother died from leukemia when he was 3. They lived in a decent sized village with 10 houses, a general store and a pub. His uncle started becoming alcoholic due to hard living in the village. They were always low on caps and it was hard to make a living there. Sometimes, they had to eat rad scorpion meat because of the shortage of bramen. The fiends and the raiders scared away the trading caravans from moving through the area. They attacked once in a while, but when they did, it was hard to fend them off. Alex was trained early on to be strong and how to use regular guns and some other weapons. His uncle was in the NCR and was a respected ranger veteran. There were always good rumors about him. He was a good rifleman and always hit his targets. He told tales on how the legion did very evil things, such as slaving and crucifying people. Alex was disgusted and he didn't think people deserved such things as that. He was against it. His uncle always told him about "old world values" and Alex was interested and he liked it. He viewed the NCR as righteous in their goals.
