Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): One day on a boat in the middle of the sea I was born. The previous day Our boat was attacked by pirates. Wanting to keep me safe my parents tossed me off the boat into the water in a barrel. The only thing inside the barrel was me a not explaining this story. 3 days later I washed up on the shore of a nice human village. After waiting for a couple hours a man found Me on the beach this was my so called "father". His name was Marcus Wintershade, His fiancée was Charlotte Wintershade. These two took care of me like I was their own.I had 3 brothers and 2 sisters. After two years of being taken care of by the Wintershades. I started taking an interest in archery watching my older brothers shoot the targets Marcus made for them. Wondering "Why does the arrow fly?" or "am I going to be like that when I'm older?". These questions were answered in time.
2 years past and my family and I had to move out of the village to start a traveling trade caravan. This trade caravan was the best thing I have ever seen! It had marvelous colors of pink and blue and green and red! Being four I only knew that color makes everything better. But then one day my family's caravan got attacked by bandits. These bandits were the usual ones covering there faces with some sort of cloth My brothers Tried to shoot but they missed not having to practice in a while seeing as we had to leave they homemade range behind. Then without thinking I took the spare bow from the carrot barrel where no one ever looks and I pulled back an arrow and let it go and it bounced off a rock hit a tree and hit one of the bandits in the head. Of course not dead because of how dull the arrows were. Then the other bandits ran off thinking a monster attacked there friend. We celebrated that day with a nice mug of my mothers hot coco and some chocolate. 10 years have passed and my father taught me archery. We practiced on mushrooms on the trees we passed on our way to our stops . 4 Years passed and at the age of 18 on my eighteenth birthday I found the note my real parents. Sad I asset off now to look for my old parents.

Yes of course.
Definitions
In your own words
define the following terms. Do not take any definitions from elsewhere!:
Role-playing: The act of assuming another identity in order to fit a fictional or different world and
play a role. For example instead of addressing myself as Katalion I address myself
as Amras. Also I act as Amras and separate myself from Katalion.
Meta-gaming: Meta gaming occurs when a player takes an action based on knowledge that the
character shouldn’t know or can’t know. It ruins the rp and is frowned upon. An example of this can be when a player’s character is an orc miner that suddenly knows many things about elven
culture and lore without realistic access to writings.
Power-emoting: Power emoting occurs when a player uses the emoting language to do an action preventing the other individual from reacting or does an action that is unrealistic with lore,
his character or the physics of the world. Example: *Joe runs toward him and
breaks Billy’s neck before he can even blink.”

Complete the following biography on your character:
Full Name: Amras Yavetil
Current Age:101
Sub-race (if any): High ElfPast / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):
Born of an educated father and a traveling charity worker
mother Amras was raised in fairly unconventional circumstances. Raised in a
combination of places due to the professions of both parents Amras was
influenced not only by High Elf traditional culture but has been exposed to
cultures of all elven sub-races. Though he would later differ from the
philosophical views of both parents he quickly gained a love for books from his
father’s small collection. He adored stories from Past events and battles in
Aegis and tales of the conflicts between the races that inhabit Asulon. From
his mother he inherited a kind approach to beings and a serene disposition to
help those in need.
During his still young filled 20’s he traveled to Menorcress with his father as he was
interested in the studies of the culture of the Mori. In a time where the
region was plagued with small skirmishes over domain and to this day is still
contested, he’s father was almost killed in the feud the ensnared the region.
Amras saw from afar the different conflicts inside the elven races and from
this time on he would dedicate his thoughts to refining and uniting the elven
races through a philosophical supremacist view he would later adopt.
Most of his time in high elven cities he was spent in the reading of literature, manuals, history and the all-round gathering of knowledge. In his mind grew his dislike for the “impure races” and most of this thought went in accordance with the High elven culture to which he
owed his heritage and would call home after his father stopped travelling and settled in the
outskirts of Haelun’or. His supremacist position grew exponentially though he
identifies himself like a revolutionary thinker in terms of reorganizing the
current High elven government to what he calls the Wise Reform.
Amras in his present 100 years of life has already developed a good sense and understanding of the political, historical and philosophical backgrounds of his race and is in deep frustration of the current government system often rejecting the effectiveness of the council and its activities. He is showing an interest in war and geography and recognizes that
if he is too one day play a role in the history of elves in Asulon he must also
learn of such topics. A promoter of education and philosophy he knows that his
base of operation and goal residence is Sylvenor and plans to develop even more his mind and refine his metal prowess to one day enter the political scene.
Ambitions for the Future:
-Become a leader politician and spread his views- Unite the elves and reform the current government system
through him or other entities- Keep growing in all areas of knowledge and philosophy and
someday hold the title of Lore Master- Cleanse the current elven realms of impure races and revitalize the elven
population and they’re pride as special beings.
Personality:
-Quiet and thoughtful
-Very condescending with any who speak with him and can be
lovable sometimes but is mostly thought to be a bit arrogant-Behind his views an essence of he’s mother’s teachings remain
and his empathy to suffering can be a
weakness to his strong personality-Though a firm believer in his views he is also a person who
listens and loves solving disputes between his fellow elves
Skills:
-A good learner of lore
-Good speaking abilities and good communicator
-A strong and agile mind(not in a magical way)
-Decent archer
-A strategist with
potential for war planning
Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your
skin):
Amras is 6 foot 10 inches tall with white hair and brown eyes.
Any other details you wish
to share about your character:
Amras is
interesting because the way I think of him is a multi-path character. I still
don’t know where he will end up being. Maybe he can change his views or be a
Tyrant. He could enter fully the political world or simply be in the background
influencing the population. He could be a teacher or a diplomat. I think he is
an exciting character and the success of his ambitions may not be his only true
desire. I’m ready to enter the world and develop him and be somebody important
and part of the lore.

____
1. As you walk through the deep forests you hear the sound of
whispering and snickering. Upon inspection you realize that a group of High Elves are mocking a small Wood Elf child. How do you react?
As I see the events unfolding in front of me I stand steady, as
a current traveler but high elf none the less I approach the event and greet my
kinsmen. The elves, knowing Im of their keen, gladly invite to join this
affair. “I would join in the mocking of an elf when there are no
other dwarves or humans to mock “. My fellow elves
stare blankly and just nod half willingly. One of the elves responds a few
seconds later “Surely you are an elf of strong ideals, but it’s only a fun
business we have with this wood elf. “I reply “Mocking and elf is mocking
yourself, do not mock yourself but rather improve the part of you that is being mocked. For wood elves are part of the
elven body though to me a deformed limb is to be cut, as long as it is part of
the body treat it like the whole”. The guards seem to ponder and think of what
I just said and stop the activities. One of the guards extends his arm to my
shoulder and says” Well said my dear elf” He salutes and so do I as I walk off
the area. On the way back to my
current resident I think of unity amongst elven people and how can this be
achieved. I spent all the night thinking of the mocking a wood elf.
2. Whilst wandering through the Elven forests you come across
a frail old man with a walking stick. He collapses in front of you, falling to the ground with a sharp thud. Out of his pocket falls a small pouch of gold coins, which hits the ground and splits open spreading
coins across the pathway. The man lies there, defenseless - what do you do?
Answer:
Knowing he is not of
my race I inspect the man from mid distance as I call for a response from
the ill man. “Please help me “the man says. I unwillingly help him to he’s
feet and grab the pouch of gold coins with two fingers and quickly press
it against the man’s chest. “Old
man, though my pity for you may save you this day, a better care of the places
you wander too may save you next time”. The man unresponsive just thanks me for
helping him and offers a reward.” Here elf, I hope a few coins can pay for your
troubles”. Wanting to carry on through the woods, I just turn my back and walk
gracefully away only to warn the old man once again.” Hide you’re coins and be
on your way back to home for elven woods are less fair with a human and his
stick dropping he’s earnings around this smooth leaves and grass.” I wonder
away and quickly forget about the encounter".
On the way back to my
current resident I find two sentinels
questioning locals about a robbery perpetrated by a human disguised as an old
man and how he stole a certain amount of coins. I quickly stare at the ground
and revisit my meeting with this old man. I run to the guard and say “ I may
know where he could be sentinel but I fear I was fooled by the man’s disguise.”
Guard: Is there anything
that can help us track him down?
Amras: He was wearing
an old coat with brown markings and although I didn’t see his face entirely I
can now conclude he may be the man you are looking for.
Guard: Good, take us
there now.
Amras: yes of course
follow my lead.
I lead them to the
location of my meeting with the ruffian but he was not found…
Amras: Never trust a
human…
3. Whilst traversing the Elven Woodlands, you come across a small clearing in which a colored
carriage sits. A trader stands outside of it and calls you over, telling you of his wares. He points out that his carriage sells just about everything, and that he's willing for you to haggle for a price. What does your
character do? (Please include:- item, haggling for prices and the discussion
involved).
Tell me
merchant, what trinkets you would trick into buying today? “Trinkets? My
good elf I’m here selling knowledge and that is no trinket to any wise being of
this land”. I inspect the books that he shows to me and smiles as I take
some coins from my pocket. “Forgive me merchant for I mistook you for a mischief dealer rather
than a salesman of such potent artifacts, now, I don’t intend to haggle with
you so state you’re price and I will take away half of the books you carry”.
The merchant responds eagerly “10 coins in total from these three books, if you
don’t mind paying such a fair cost”. I pay the merchant and bid farewell as I
but the books on a bag I carry hanging from my right shoulder”

1. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do?
Answer: After I hear the guards shouting I quietly follow the man for a while. He knows he is being followed, he senses it. He turns around seeing my boot sticking halfway out of the bushes. I have my hand near my dagger just in case. He hesitates thinking if this is the fight or flight moment. He steps back a couple steps biting his lip then runs. I take off after him trying to catch up but he is faster.
I decide to cut him off so I jump up on a building roof running at a 45 degree angle for the road he is about to turn on. I jump down on an awning to cushion my fall. He thinking he had lost me slowed his pace. Little did he know that I would come down in front of him right as he was about to pass by when I hit the awning and bounce off catching him off guard making him loose his balance slightly but not enough to knock him down just enough to slow him down. The man is slowing down from exhaustion but keeps going. I speed up with the last of my energy tackling him down into the street. He turns over and throws a punch hitting me right in the jaw making my lip bleed. I punch him the gut knocking the wind out of him. He struggles and grabs his dagger then stabs me in the leg. I cry out pulling out the blade. He slowly gets up and starts to run. But the guards had heard my yell from the wound and had come to check on the situation.
Coincidently they had come out of a street right in front of the man. He had run smack dab in front of them they seized the exhausted criminal. Giving me thanks and a reward along with medical care.
2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react?
Answer:
I am walking through the forest and I see an old man surrounded by two bandits. The old man sees me but the others do not. I sneak up with my long sword still in my belt for I have very little intention killing them. I lightly tap one on the shoulder asking him what they are doing to the poor old man. The man bellows, “None of your business!” He swings his broad sword down which I side-step. He growls hefting it up for a side swipe I duck under his blade and I step down hard on his feet. As he jumps up and down in pain I push him over on a rock knocking him senseless.
The other was dimmer witted than the other surprisingly but he was stronger and bigger than his friend. He forgot about the old man and came after me. He may have been big but he was quick. A side swipe, then an uppercut with his sword each narrowly missing me, I had no other choice but to draw my sword. He feigns a left but comes down with a chop. Me being surprised I act with instinct holding my sword horizontally hoping it would stop his heavy sword from crashing down upon me, the sword hardly holds but the flat of my blade comes down on my head leaving me dazed. I lay on the floor helpless holding my aching head he chuckles ready to smite me at that moment. I thought I was a goner but he had forgotten the old man who had snuck up on him right before the brute brought down his sword and stabbed him in the back. The old man helps me up and holes me up in his house for healing and rest while he strips the unconscious bandit from his arms and armor and leaves him in the middle of the forest.

I walk up saying, “Hello good sir how are you today." He then replies, "Hello how may I help you?" I look at his goods and say, "I would like a loaf of bread.” I will give you 3 copper for them." he says,” Sorry no how about 4 copper and a silver piece?" "Sorry the highest I will go is three copper," I say. "Hmmm......how’s about 3 copper and a silver?" I smile slightly at the man's persistence and I say all right. Then I hand him the money and he hands me the loaf. "Thank you sir, come by again.”
Out-Of-Character Information Please fill out the following questions as accurately as possible, and ensure the essential details are accurate.
Minecraft Account Name: Cjmate8
How old are you?: 19
Time-Zone: Eastern
Have you read, understood and agreed to the rules?:
I have read the rules, and I agree to abide by them.
What previous experience have you had in role-playing?:
I have experience role-playing in World of Warcraft and other Minecraft servers. In Wow, my role-play was particularly focused around acting. The guild I was in acted out scenes from movies and various plays. Because of this, my role-play text is similar to what you would read out of a book. My Minecraft role-playing experience is unimpressive because I have not found a server that takes role-playing seriously.
How did you hear about the the Lord of the Craft?:
I have been weeding out role-play servers for the past week in an attempt to find one that I can settle into. The other servers I have looked into stated that they were a role-play server, but in the end they were simply faction PvP servers with an impressive spawn. Although I have not been accepted yet, from what I see the community has put a lot of effort into making this server.

I have posted on the Minecraft Forum.
Have you read the Human lore, and shall you ensure you make use of it and follow it in your biography?:
I have read the Human Lore. In my last application I did not present enough information to satisfy my reviewer, but I feel that I have corrected my mistake in this application.
Definitions In your own words define the following terms. Do not take any definitions from elsewhere!:
Role-playing:
Role-playing in modern games is the act of taking on a new persona in an attempt to bring to life a fictional character. Game role-play is very different from that of acting because acting is often scripted and different people can play the part of one role. In gaming, you often create your own character instead of being assigned a role, and you are the only one able to role-play as that character. The reason why role-playing is popular in video games is because you often have the ability to create a character and control him/her. Role-play is important because it allows humans to live out a fantasy life style in their own way, which is very different from reading a book.
Meta-gaming:
Meta-Gaming is using knowledge or acting on knowledge that your character should not have. In any decent role-play, this is considered taboo. Not only does it ruin the suspense created in a scene but it also breaks character.
Example 1: Joseph has stolen the King's crown. He was not caught doing so in the role-play, but he private messaged Maria saying that he did. Maria then reports to the guard that the crown has been stolen. Maria should not have had the ability to tell the guards information because she should not have known that the crown was stolen.
Example 2: The Dwarves have a secret mine that no other race knows about, and the secret is closely guarded. A player once role-played as a Dwarf but switched over to a Human. He goes to to the mine. Because he is now a human, he should not have known about the mine.
Power-emoting:
Power-emoting is the act of repeating many different physical actions in an attempt to pull the role-play in a direction that favors the player. This is also considered taboo because it creates unrealistic settings and often upsets the player that this is used against.
Example 1: A rogue walks behind a wizard and attempts to pick his pocket. The wizard catches him and grabs his hand. The rogue gets away quickly and pulls out a dagger. The wizard unleashes a ball of fire at the rogue. The rogue is unaffected because he has on flame proof clothing. The wizard attempts to teleport away. The rogue uses a teleblock spell on the wizard.
(The player basically just keeps going on and on until the role-play goes where he wants it to go.)
In-Character Information: Complete the following biography on your character:
Full Name: Sabri Nasser
Current Age: 19
Sub-race (if any): Southeron
Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):
Sabri was born into the house of Nasser, a tribal desert clan with Southeron roots. The original head of the clan was among those who came to Asulon from Aegis. Despite strong ties with the Oren Empire, he chose to break off from the main branch of humans. With his family and some lesser clans who wished to join him in tow, he marched into the desert and created a small hold. By isolating his family from the rest of the world, he hoped to create a sanctuary. It was not his desire to create a village or gain power. He only wanted peace. He died shortly after they had settled in and a new leader was chosen.
Sabri lived the majority of his life as a farmer. Most would call it dull, but he knew nothing else. For the most part, his early life was uneventful. He expressed his desire to learn a trade other than farming, but there was nothing else. There was already enough craftsmen and builders for what little work they needed. Farming, however, was in constant demand. In time he grew to accept his position, but he wished to grow something different for once. Their entire meal was based off of wheat and what little meat they could find.
The day that his attitude changed was when the first traveler came through the town. They had always been isolated, so it was strange for someone new to enter the town. Everyone thought him to be strange. His skin was pale, he had long white hair, and his ears were pointed. No one knew what to do. He did not look like them, for they all had dark skin and black hair, and he did not seem old enough to have white hair. The village elder allowed him to stay near the outskirts of town, but he was not allowed to speak with any of the villagers or enter the town. The elf made camp near the village and agreed to his end. Sabri was livid. He would sneak out at night to speak with the man, berating him with question after question. The man had come to the village by chance while attempting to map out the area and look for useful flora. He stated that not many trekked out into the desert, but he wanted to find new items to catalogue. He learned that the man was an elf, that their buildings were made in conjunction with nature, and why he looked the way he did. For three nights, he came back to the elf again. Eventually the village elder grew tired of the elf and told him to leave. Sabri spoke up against him. The elder sighed for a moment, then struck Sabri across the face with the palm of his hand. Sabri was forced to remain in a cell for several days. When he emerged, the elf had packed up and left under the advice of the village elder.
Sabri did not forget the elf, but he did not follow him. He was afraid. He was still curious, but he did not want to shame his family anymore. Seasons passed. His life revolved around farming and housework. Eventually, his parents died from age. He loved them, but he knew very little about them. They lived their lives the same throughout the years. There was nothing to know. At that moment, he knew he had to escape and to find something more worthwhile. He took only food, running off into the night with a passion to see the rest of the world.
He emerged from the desert, lost and half starved. He did not know where to go because he had never been so far from the village that he could not see it. He had lost sight of the village for a long while. Eventually he found trees, which amazed him because he had never seen so many in such a confined location, stumbled into someone. He expected to see the elf from his past, but this was not him. His frame was similar to his own, but he had lighter skin an fair hair. He carried a hatchet in one hand and a torch with the other. Sabri was exhausted by this point and began to collapse under fatigue.
When he awoke he found himself in a building made of wood. It fascinated him. Their village did not have much wood and most of their buildings were carved from stone. He marveled in delight at several oddities, most of all a wooden box that could play music. He forced himself out of bed and moved towards a window, pressing his face against the cold glass. He stood in awe, mouth agape as he took in the surroundings. Eventually he had to leave the window, a man had entered the room and bade him good morning. Sabri smiled at him, holding his hand up in good gesture. He learned that he was in the city of Arethor, and that a local lumber trader had found him while looking for a specific type of wood. When he collapsed the trader carried him towards the nearest inn and paid for a room. Sabri asked where he could find the man, but the inn keeper did not know and that he left soon after. Sabri thanked the inn keeper for his help and left the inn to explore the city.
Ambitions for the Future:
Sabri's ambition is to study and learn more about the world and its inhabitants. In his travels he would like to find those that helped him and thank them for leading him in the right direction. He has no political drive or desire for money.
Personality:
Kind, outgoing, ignorant, easy to manipulate due to ignorance, and willing to learn.
Skills:
Sabri can cook, clean, and farm. He has few other skills because he was not allowed to do more than those three chores, but he can perform them better than most and would like to learn more.

Sabri gazes in awe at his surroundings, amazed at the level of craftsmanship that went into building the various houses. He stops in front of a market stall, eyeing the various foods. As he does so, he notices a dark-clothed man stepping from an alleyway and moving down the main street. He would not normally pay him any attention, but he notices the man dropping a package near a bush as he heads towards the castle. Sabri quickly rushes forward and picks up the package, but as he does the man exits his peripheral. He sighs but notices a pair of guards. He heads towards them, handing them the package and describing the man. They stare at Sabri, baffled, and begin to tear into the package. Inside is a vial of liquid. One of the guards shoves the other forward and he runs towards the castle. The other quickly shakes Sabri's hand and follows suit. Sabri waves happily after them.

Although he refused at first, he caved in and allowed the man to give him the money. He speaks, "I want these." He picks up a pouch of potato seeds. "How many can I have for this much? I will take whatever you think is fair." The man shakes his head, pocketing the coin and placing all of the seeds as well as some carrot seeds Sabri's hands. "You're not going to live long here like that ." Sabri smiles and attempts to wave at the man as he departs from the stall.

Answer:
Theron: Hey!!! Torner get over here look what I found!! Torner: OH BOY that's a lot of diamonds! Theron: Ya but that bridge don't look that stable does it? Torner: I don't know I just know I am going to go get those dimonds!. As Torner started walking across the bridge of rock it began to crumble. Theron: TORNER GET OFF QUICK ITS FALLING!!! Torner: No I can almost get it. So he takes one big jump in an attempt to jump across the rest of the way. But sadly he didn't make it to the other side. I watched him as he fell. Kowing I couldn't do anything hurt the most. I sat down at the edge looking where he fell and began to cry.
2. You are sitting in the local tavern with a large pint of ale in your hand - sitting nearby you is a rather young dwarf whom is clearly going through a bad time. They stand up, one with a small dagger in his hand and begin to approach the young dwarf. What do you do?
Answer: When I saw them I right away stood up and said no you don't! the one Dwarf said and who are you to tell us not to? I replied by saying: Does it matter who I am! I am going to help this young Dwarf from you to murderers!. One of the Dwarfs pulled out a sword so I pulled out mine as well and said back off they both backed up a little seeing my strength. I told the young Dwarf to come with me and we walked out unharmed.
3. Whilst wandering through the Dwarven Caverns you hear a voice call out to you; “Oi, ye’! C’mere n’ get ye’rself an ale!”. You spin on your heel and see a heavily bearded bar-owner looking at you - a huge grin on his face, and a mug of ale in his hand. How do you react?
Answer:
Theron: well hello but how did you even get down here?
Bar tender: Well I just thought you miners would need some ale to go along with a hard days work. Theron: well that would be true buts what's the catch?
Bar tender: Isn't no catch I just being nice to a local miner is all.
Theron: well in that case why sure thank you very much. I took the ale and drank it in three big gulps. Bar tender: well seeing you liked it so much ill go some for the other miners! ill be back soon.
As I began to walk away another miner walked up to me and said who was that? I replied by saying some crazy bar tender giving out ale! he said he will be back with more soon.
Other miner: well guess I will have to wait here. Thanks fella.

Full Name: Ceadel Ovoqua
Current Age: 23
Sub-race (if any): Northerner (distant heritage)
Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):
Ceadel was born to a family of average wealth in the small farm town of Ager. Her father worked the fields as did most men of the village and her mother took care of the home chores and raising Ceadel. However, her family was only complete for the early years of her life. At age 6 her father left Ceadel and her mother. Ceadel later on found out he had been in a long battle with depression, he felt he had failed his family in providing them with the environment they needed. Further investigation through brief chats with her father's fellow farmhands surfaced the truth behind the man she had admired, most of the days he spent in the bar, rapidly diminishing the family's funds on expensive and exotic liquors. Should Ceadel's uncle, Lorne, had never of stepped in, she likely would have been cast to the streets to live her life as a beggar. He owned a few food shops scattered around the Holy Oren Empire though based himself in the nearby capital of Arethor. Upon hearing of the family's predicament, he stepped in and assumed the fatherly role, saving Ceadel and her mother's financial state. Lorne was a gentle, compassionate soul with only the goal of helping others, the traits of which rubbed off a little on Ceadel as he mentored her. He didn't want to see his niece's life wasted because of his brother's selfish mistake.
Every summer, Ceadel would accompany her uncle to Arethor to help with one of his shops, eventually allowing her to run it herself, but under his close supervision. He taught her to properly manage a shop so that she may begin one of her own once she left home. One unfortunate night when Ceadel was nineteen years of age, a messenger came to the door of her family home in Ager. She answered it, greatly confused why someone should knock so late at night. A man stood before her with a grim expression etched into his features. "Miss Ovoqua?" he asked, an odd tone of sadness in his voice. "That would be me; are you in need of a place to stay?" Ceadel replied. The man shook his head towards the ground briefly before speaking once more though with a struggle to find words. "You're uncle passed today, ma'am. He was murdered in a robbery while defending his wares." Ceadel was lost for words, the man she had grown a tight bond with over the brief years of her life was abruptly taken. The days following she and her mother traveled to Arethor to attend his funeral accompanied by a few faithful customers and friends of Lorne. The two managed to hold onto middle class status by carefully overseeing their purchases for a few years before falling once more into poverty. Ceadel fell into occasional bouts of depression as she struggled to gather an income. She was never able to wrap her mind over why her uncle only left them a small amount of money in his will and his shops to business partners. Eventually, she decided she was becoming too much of a burden to her mother and left the small village to begin her own life.
Ambitions for the Future: Ceadel hopes to build a small business with enough profit to support both she and her mother.
Personality: Ceadel is a woman of few harsh words. Her childhood has shaped her to be thankful for the smallest of things due to the many times her life was thrown upside-down. She is very faithful and devoted to her goals, though would never dare tread a dark path to achieve them.
Skills: She is no novice when it comes to managing a shop, be it a bar or thrift shop. Though, hand her a blade or bow and you may find yourself with the most confused expression one could have. The only writing she is capable of is simple inventories of items and in no time soon will she be writing the next world-renown novel.
Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin):
Ceadel stands at an average height of 5'7" with her proportions equally distributed. Months of eating lightly has left her with little fat on her body and her muscle tone faint. She has a mild sun-touched skin tone, but easily resorts to its natural pale color when she doesn't stray outside. Her deep black hair often cascades over one shoulder. There are also faint purple highlights raked through her bangs.

____
1. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do?
Answer: Night had fallen and Ceadel was on her return to the local inn where she had rented a room for a week's stay in the city. Her eyes caught the glimmer of a dark cloaked figure making its way around the next turn. The being was on her path so she continued with caution. "Why would anyone else be out so late and dressed in such clothing?" she though to herself. She trailed the man a few more paces before he deciding he was up to no good. He had paused in front of several shops that had been closed up for the night. Ceadel then decided to notify a nearby guardsman standing groggily at his late night post. The man thanked her for the tip and went to investigate the suspicious man for himself. Come morning, when Ceadel left the inn to grab a bite to eat, she was stopped by a guard. She was momentarily confused, but eventually remembered the face of the guard that had been dimly lit by a nearby torch the night before. "Thank you for alerting me last night, we had been after that man for weeks!" The guard exclaimed with a light chuckle. "Really, now? Glad I could be of assistance, then." Ceadel replied with a courteous smile. "Here, take this, a small reward for the tip." the guard held out a small pouch filled with what Ceadel assumed was Minas. She smiled wider then took the pouch, heading off to a nearby bakery to treat herself with a proper breakfast.

Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react?
Answer: Ceadel marched through the greenery of the forest, grumbling to herself for having taken the path. A stranger had advised her that the forest was a shortcut to the next town over, tired of long travels, Ceadel took the risk. The distraught shout of a man suddenly echoed through the trees. Ceadel jumped, rapidly turning to each direction to locate its source. She decided to linger from her current route, not like she could become any more lost than she already was. She came across a clearing with three men huddled around a house. Upon further observation she noticed two of the men were haggling an old man for his worth. Ceadel looked down to the longsword in her right hand, the only swordplay she knew was from observing entertainers and guards in training. She decided it would be at last resort, seeing the elderly man in this state only reminded her of the fear her uncle must have felt when he was assaulted by thieves. Ceadel ducked behind the closest tree to the home, snatching up the largest rock she could find. She then chucked it at the largest bandit; the brute staggered, shocked by the sudden pain in his head before crumpling to the ground. His companion dropped to the fallen bandit's side, glaring into the woods for the source of the stone. The old man then brought his shortsword down for the side of the kneeling bandit, iron biting into his skin. The bandit howled with pain, reaching a meaty fist to strike the old man. Ceadel took the moment to charge, gripping the longsword towards the sky with both hands. She swung it downward for the bandit's back, the blade wedging itself into his flesh. The man cried in pain again, Ceadel herself cringing. The bandit recoiled, lifting his companion under the arms and dragging him away slowly in retreat. The old man kept his sword held at the ready with shaking hands. His eyes were still filled with fear as he stared down Ceadel. "Easy, I was just helping." she muttered softly, lowering her now bloodstained weapon. The man's eyes relaxed and he gestured her inside. "Thank you, those men were taking "tax" from me every month, but I've become so low on money." the man confessed. Ceadel nodded with understanding, feeling a sense of relief that another man could be spared from others' greed.
3. You are standing within the mighty human capital when you notice a small man standing behind a colourful stall. You approach the stall and notice that the man is selling a variety of general goods - he says that he is selling just about anything and that he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to haggle and choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the discussion that happens).
Answer: Ceadel had always enjoyed marketplaces. Each stall was a new adventure, exploring the origins of exotic goods to waging war on the price of a yard of beautiful fabric with a salesman. She scanned the wares of a man's bright stall with a hand perched under her chin. The stall owner chuckled at her seriousness and interest in his items. "How much for this necklace?" Ceadel inquired. "Ah, a fine choice. For you, miss, fifty minas." the stall owned laced his word with charismatic charm. Ceadel raised a brow at the price before looking to the jewelry again. It had a bright gold chain and a green stone charm, but there was a small chip of color in the chain, revealing a the darker tint of brass beneath. "You seem surprised, such a fine item must carry a worthy price!" the man continued. "Oh, it's just that I was planning on buying this for my mother, you see, but it seems I'm stray a few minas." Ceadel spoke, allowing her voice to trail off. The man's emotion changed and he grunted with a hint of annoyance. "Fine, fine, how is 45 minas?" "Thirty." Ceadel stated, her eyes now locked with the stall owner. "Thirty? I need to make a living, too!" the man exclaimed. "Alright, I'll try another stall then." Ceadel spoke as she began to turn, taking a few slow steps from the stall. As if on cue, the merchant's voice trailed after her begging she stop, "Thirty two minas! Does that work?" Ceadel smirked to herself before turning around again and exchanging the fee for the necklace.

What previous experience have you had in role-playing?: I have played on other Minecraft roleplay servers. I have also stooped so low as to play roleplay on Roblox. I do not suggest that anytime soon for anyone who values their roleplay honor. How did you hear about the the Lord of the Craft?: I have heard about it repeatedly from a few people I play Minecraft with. Link any applications that you have previously made for the server: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/832121-the-lord-of-the-craft-enter-the-world-of-anthos-officially-t-h-e-1-roleplay-server/page__st__2760(If you’re reading this on minecraft forums, congratulations. If you’re reading this on Minecraft Forums, that would be obvious. Have you read the Elven lore, and shall you ensure you make use of it and follow it in your biography?: Yes. I shall. I take it upon myself to uphold the lore and law in the fullest extent possible. Oh, dear. I appear to already be getting into the roleplay spirit… (I must apologize now, I am plagued in that I am forced to make terrible jokes every possible moment.(I told that joke one time immediately after lighting tnt under myself. Very fun))
Definitions In your own words define the following terms. Do not take any definitions from elsewhere!:
Role-playing: Acting as a character that is not one’s self, normally in a controlled situation for the purpose of fun. (I’m sorry if that sounds professional, but that’s how I speak and type) Meta-gaming: Using information in-character that could not be known by your character for a few different reasons. Power-emoting: Acting in a way that doesn’t allow any retaliation or choice in the outcome.
In-Character Information: Complete the following biography on your character:
Full Name: Maehr Current Age: 103 Sub-race (if any): High Elf Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Ambitions for the Future: Maehr grew up in Malinor. He spent a lot of time learning, whether it was through his parents, his books, or simple observations of the world around him. He became skilled in reading and writing, as well as drawing. His parents fully supported his lifestyle, in that they forced it upon him. He found he greatly enjoyed learning, though, even if it was forced. Maehr’s life was uneventful for a majority of it. He lived his life learning, trying to gain as much knowledge as he could. It was a goal for him. When Maehr finally left his parents to explore the world past the pages of a book, he looked forward to it. He never attacked or harmed anyone, though he was attacked a few times. Whenever it happened, he tried to run away to the best of his ability, but he was never quick. Maehr’s first true hardship in his life was an attack by a group of bandits. It wasn’t even on him, but on a small, helpless elven girl. With a tongue that was sometimes quicker than his head, and always quicker than himself, he shouted to the bandits to stop. They took offence to his shouting and ran at him, taking their attention off of the girl. Maehr wasn’t quick enough to get away, and he was soon caught and beaten senseless. He awoke in a ditch to the side of a path, with none of his little amount of money left on him. One eye was swollen shut, and his leg was broken. He limped to the closest place of shelter, and he fashioned himself a splint out of some sticks and some twine from his clothes. He got back to shelter, and the attack lingers on his memory. He wants to train with weaponry, but he always turns back to his books and paintings.
(I apologize for the rather uneventful backstory, but I’ve seen quite a few applications. Frankly, I’m annoyed with the high frequency of stories that have a basis of parents dying and becoming a warrior. I decided a while back to never do that kind of story again. I may do one with a bit more detail if I ever need a new character, but that’ll be once I have more first-hand experience of the server and the world.)
Personality: A kind joker, Maehr tends to think quickly, and speak with even greater speed. He doesn’t enjoy harming anyone of any kind and has a sense of honor that goes against him treating anyone ill. Maehr is intelligent and enjoys sitting for a while in one spot, simply observing something interesting. He is enthusiastic and helpful to anyone that needs it. Skills: Maehr is skilled with his hand. His handwriting is good, and his is able to draw with a good amount of skill. He also has good eyesight and has the patience to sit in one spot for a large amount of time for whatever reason. Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin):
Maehr has blonde hair and light colored skin. He wears simple clothes and often has a book on him. His eyes are light blue. He stands at an average height for his age. (What might that be? I couldn’t find it) Any other details you wish to share about your character: Maehr has a great fear of any insect. He does not like the way they move.
Open-Response-Questions Each question in this section must be answered with a minimum of one paragraph which must describe the event in full. Please be as descriptive as possible and do not break character or lore at any point. ____
1. As you walk through the deep forests you hear the sound of whispering and snickering. Upon inspection you realize that a group of older elves are mocking a small elven child. How do you react?
Answer: Maehr shouts to the older elves, “Hey! Leave the child alone!” The older elves (I’m going to call them “The Others,’ capital letter included) turn towards him, wondering why he would get involved. Maehr takes advantage of their attention on him, shouting again, “That kind of behavior’s wrong. Why don’t you go back to wherever you call home and stop bothering the poor child?” The Others take a few steps towards him, but Maehr watches the child out of the corner of his eyes. He notices it crawl away and decides that now may be the best time to make himself scarce. The Others finally decide to reply, “Are you going to make us? This one deserves it!” Maehr stops listening and starts running in the opposite direction. The Others chase him, quickly catching up to him. Maehr refuses to remember what happened after that. He likes to think that he managed to escape, but, in reality, he fell and was kicked around a few times before The Others left.
2. Whilst wandering through the Elven forests you come across a frail old man with a walking stick. He collapses in front of you, falling to the ground with a sharp thud. Out of his pocket falls a small pouch of gold coins, which hits the ground and splits open spreading coins across the pathway. The man lies there, defenseless - what do you do?
Answer: Maehr rushes over to the old man. As he bends down to help him up, he asks, “Are you ok? That was quite a fall.” The old man nods and Maehr gets him to his feet. The stick has rolled out of the way, so Maehr helps him over to it. As soon as the old man is stable, Maehr finds the coins and gives them to the man. “Here you are, sir. Need any help to get where you’re going?” The old man shakes his head ‘no’ and goes on his way, not taking a second look at the strange person who would help a stranger and not rob them while they were helpless.
3. Whilst traversing the Elven Woodlands, you come across a small clearing in which a colored carriage sits. A trader stands outside of it and calls you over, telling you of his wares. He points out that his carriage sells just about everything, and that he's willing for you to haggle for a price. What does your character do? (Please include:- item, haggling for prices and the discussion involved).
Answer: Maehr looks over the carriage, keeping an eye out for anything that catches his interest. He sees drinks, foods, weapons, arrows, and clothing, but nothing grabs his attention. He is about to leave the clearing when something catches his eye. A small, leather-bound book lays under a tunic. Maehr points it out to the trader. He asks, “Can I take a look at that book?” The trader shakes his head before replying, “No, sir. You have to buy the book to read it.” Maehr frowns slightly, then asks another question. “How much for it?” “You can have it for 100 gold pieces. I think that would be worth the knowledge in it.” Maehr thinks a little, then shoots back a counter-offer. “I don’t know what it’s about, so I’ll only do 60.” “75” “65” “I’ll go that low. You have yourself a deal, elf.” Maehr takes the book and looks inside. Any knowledge would have been worth 100 gold pieces to him, but he’d rather pay less if possible.

Dranko

Human
Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary:
I am Dranko Almordi. I am a great fighter and will do whatever I can to help anyone. When I am not at war, I build. I have no family and was found in the woods near the Anthos Highway. I was taken in by the Almordi family, dwarves, who just lost their two boys in the war of Malinor that was created by the Mindlord Polgrath. All they found on me was a necklace around my neck and a small hammer. The hammer was inscribed DRANKO, thus the family named me Dranko Almordi. I was trained to be a fighter and after many years, joined the Legion of Dwarves and became a valued recruit. I eventually grew a beard to try to feel like I was a part of them even though I am Human. I still have yet to find where I came from.
After joining the Legion, I meet an older shopkeeper in Kastoria named Killzar. I told him my story and he was in awe. The reason he was in awe was because he had the same looking hammer when he was young and it also had his name inscribed on it. It was then that I realized that it was my older blood-brother. We then bought a home together in Kastoria and have been living there ever since.
What are your characters ambitions?:
To become a great warrior and a great soldier. He believes he can start this by joining the Legion.

Is there anything else you would like to say about your character:

Open-Response-Questions
Each question here must be answered with a minimum of one full paragraph, and detail the scene you are given in the way it would happen in roleplay. These questions should be answered in first person. Be detailed, not short.
Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response?
I would say, “Hail, what might ye be sellin’?”. Then depending on what the dwarf was selling is what depends on what I might buy. If the dwarf is selling food, my character would pull out a couple coins of minas and hand it to the dwarf saying, “I would like to buy one loaf a bread please.” Then the shopkeeper would take the money, and give me the bread and say, “Have a nice day.” Then I would say, “Farewell.”
You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do?
I would begin to walk up to the orc and say, “What seems ta be goin’ on ‘ear?” Then, depending on what the orc would say, I would react. If the orc said, “Oh, we are just messin’ around” *pats dwarf on head , then I would just leave them alone. If the orc were to begin to hit the dwarf I would step in and act saying, “Stop hittin’ him!” *attempts to push the orc off him . And if I am not able to push the orc off him I would do *fails to push him because he is too heavy .
Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?:
I help the old man back up and glare at the money. I then ask the man, “Are ye alright sir?” Then I would put the money back into the bag and give it to the man saying, “Here is your bag of minas.” He will give me his thanks and I will regret not taking any of the money. I then will say to him, “Farewell, and watch yer step next time!” And he will again thank me and bid me farewell.

1. Whilst mining deep in the undergrounds of Kalos you see a large deposit of diamond ore at the other side of the ravine you are on. There is a very thin rock bridge that looks precariously unstable, but it is the only way to access the deposit. What do you do?
Answer: Cooper being a tactician; starts looking around for any possible thing to attach a hook on. He spots what appears to be a single post of a wooden fence. Cooper thinks to himself "I might be able to get this here hook unto that fence post there". Cooper gets some string he had collected from spiders and makes a rope, ties the hook up to the rope and tosses the hook. After a few failed attempts he finally got the snag, then he proceeds to tie the tail of the rope to a stone pillar he made. Cooper then simply grabs the rope and starts to pull himself over.
2. You are sitting in the local tavern with a large pint of ale in your hand - sitting nearby you is a rather young dwarf whom is clearly going through a bad time. He is crying to himself, and clutching a small wooden hammer toy. In the other corner of the room two shady dwarves are sitting whispering to each other and pointing occasionally at the dwarf. They stand up, one with a small dagger in his hand and begin to approach the young dwarf. What do you do?
Answer: Cooper, being a very calm person, addresses the situation. He notices that the dagger in the one dwarf's hand was not a good sign at all. He also notices the look on their faces. After coming up with a plan, Cooper decides to bribe to dwarves to leave the tavern. "I assume you are not going to by the lad an ale are you guys?" Says Cooper. "Ye leave us to our business ye skruff." The dwarf with the dagger says. As they try to push past, Cooper pulls out a pouch of minas and smiles as the dwarves marvel at its size. "You leave, and it's all yours mates." Says cooper. The dwarves look at each other for a moment and make their decision. " Aye. We will leave." The dwarves take the pouch and leave the tavern. Meanwhile, Cooper buys the young dwarf an ale and tries to cheer him up.
Answer: Knowing that dwarves are very sensitive about honor, Cooper decided to have an ale with the bar owner. Cooper being fairly new to the Cavern assumes the bar owner has lots of experience and stories about dwarven history. Cooper asks the bar owner "What can ya tell me about these lands?" The bar owner starts telling Cooper about stories ofLord Marshall Thorik Braveaxe, Brazian Grandaxe and much more. Cooper now with a refreshed sense of history, thanks the bar owner and heads out to star his very own adventure.

1. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do?
Answer: I immediately shouted to the guards for their attention. The guards turned and noticed the dark-clothed figure, and immediately reacted by chasing him. The figure, however, calmly flicked out a knife, and, grabbing a young girl near him, used her as his hostage. He sneered, as the guards stopped, surrounding him, his knife gleaming in the sun. The knife itself had an interesting design on it, one I had never seem before.
"Step back if you do not want this poor girl beheaded!" He ordered.
The guards were obviously shocked, and were rather uneasy. However, one of them motioned to the other guards a sign I would never forget. He pressed his two fingers onto his forehead, and slid it down. Immediately, the guards in front dropped their weapons, and tried reasoning to the man.
The figure was obviously surprised. he slowly backed away from the guards. As his hands slwoly drooped downwards, the guard behind him reacted. He knocked the knife away from the figure, and had him pinned onto the ground. I immediately went forward, and checked if the girl was ok.
She was slightly bruised round her hands, bruises that were easily healed with the concoction I had made earlier. As a healer, I learnt many things from the forest, and one of them was which plants healed, and which killed.
The figure was lead towards the dungeon. He glared menacingly at the guards, and demanded to be released, but was futile.
Answer:
I stayed hidden in the bushes. I had always been playing in the forests since young, and have gotten used to hiding and keeping still. I slowly watched as the bandits took out their knives, and used it against the old man. The old man was clearly frightened, and took out a heavy pouch of coins, which clinked away.
I got up slowly, and crept forward. I had never killed anyone before, and never will. Using the blunt side of my blade. I whacked one of the bandits on the head. He looked surprised before crumpling onto the floor. The other bandit was too surprised to do anything, as i injected in him a potion of sleeping. He immediately fell onto the floor.
The old man was both surprised and happy. He thanked me profusely, and wanted to reward me, but I refused. He then chose to help me by telling me of where I can find the mandrake plants in the forest, medicinal herbs that I use commonly for healing. I helped him to tie the bandits up, and went on my way.
Answer:
I noticed immediately that he had some special mushrooms that only grow during a full moon. These mushrooms, called the lingzhi, was really rare, and was said to be able to make people stay young. I immediately asked for it, and was willing to pay 15 silvers for it.
The shopkeeper, however, felt that it was too little. "20 silvers." He demanded.
I knew that this mushroom was really rare, and that if I didnt buy it now, I might never have the chance to again. I immediately raised my price to 17 silvers.
The shopkeeper thought for a moment, and asked for 18 silvers,
I was tempted to buy it, but knew I only had 17 silvers left, as I was buying other required items for healing. I told him I had no more money left. He looked at me skeptically, but refused to lower the price.
Then, I took out a medicinal herb, and told him I would sell him both the herb and the 17 silvers for the mushroom. He looked shocked at the herb, which he immediately recognized as the flower of healing, a flower which can only be gathered on snowy winter nights. He immediately accepted my offer, and I went back happy with my purchase

1. Whilst mining deep in the undergrounds of Kalos you see a large deposit of diamond ore at the other side of the ravine you are on. There is a very thin rock bridge that looks precariously unstable, but it is the only way to access the deposit. What do you do?
Answer:"treasure ho!" i run as fast as i could to mine the diamond but get to sidetracked and fell right in between right into the ravine, still rubbing my buttox i feel arrows get plunged into my rear so i jump into action by tossing my pickaxe in boomerang formation and hits the skeleton and my pickaxe comes right back. Then on i mine a set of 64 cobblestone and i build a safe, sturdy bridge to the diamonds, since i mined all those stone my pickaxe was losing durability and couldn't hold much longer so i finally get up to the diamond and start mining and right when i mine the last ore .... SNAP my pickaxe goes, and i run home and store my diamond and drink a hot bucket o milk.

They stand up, one with a small dagger in his hand and beginto approach the young dwarf. What do you do?

He was content with only his books and with the vast amount of knowledge that he had in him. He also had 2 brothers who were some of the most renowned warriors around. Then once Chirr came to the age of 45 he moved out of the house, and started a life on his own! Eventually with his thirst for knowledge he came upon the son of one of the nobles of Malin, the son was carrying a gift from his father; a book that was said to hold the knowledge of some of the greatest Elven scholars of Chirr's time. So Chirr tricked the son into giving him the book for only 10 gold coins. When the noble heard about this he was so enraged that had his guards come to Chirr's house in the middle of the night, and throw him out of the city.
After Chirr was sent out of Malinor he wandered around the realm for years farming and completing menial tasks to earn enough money to get by, and with any of the extra money that he earned he spent it on more books. As the years went by Chirr drempt of the day when he would be able to go back to Malinor, and return to his family, but he was scared of what the noble would do if he went back, so to this day Chirr is still out there searching for a new place to call home.....

1. As you walk through the deep forests you hear the sound of whispering and snickering. Upon inspection you realize that a group of older elves are mocking a small elven child. How do you react?
Answer: As Chirr looks upon the mistreatment of the elven child, he turns to the group of older elves and says "Why do you mock this young elf like this?". The older elves than say "This is none of your business, and you better run along before you get yourself hurt". Chirr, not wanting to start any fights says "Why would you waste your time on this insignificant little kid, when you could fight someone who would be more of a challenge?" Then the old elves agreed to that.......... and started attacking Chirr, so he ran through the woods as fast as he could, and eventually the old elves stopped chasing Chirr, and he never heard from them again.
Answer: As Chirr came upon the old man who had fallen he went to ask if he was ok, but realized that when the man fell he hit his head and fell unconscious. Chirr then picked up the mans cane and all of his gold, and proceeded to carry/drag the man to the nearest healer, and used the mans money to pay for him to get healed. While not keeping a single coin for himself.
Answer: As Chirr comes upon the brightly colored carriage the salesman says "Hail traveler!", and Chirr stops to see what the man has to offer. The salesman opens a flap in his carriage, and says "Have a look at my wears, i have weapons, armor, clothing, food, even some books!". At the mention of books Chirr perks up and asks "What kind of books are you selling?". Then the salesman takes notice in his curiosity in books and says "I know just the one for you, I recently received the journal of an aspiring mage who died because of a failed spell, and it could be yours for only 50 gold coins". Chirr immediately accepted the offer; not knowing that he was ripped off, and that the mage only wrote on the first few pages before he died of his first spell.

Full Name: Jaffa Connery
Current Age: 22
Sub-race (if any):
Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):
I was born in Salvus but later moved the streets of Malinor. It may seem odd that I moved to Elven territory but my parents were kicked out of Salvus for attempting to steal bread from a local merchant. Malinor was the only place left, even though the elves strongly did not accept them, spitting at them instead of giving them their needs. My family was very poor. My mother selling her body for mina and my father begging for money on the side of the road to the elves was their occupancy in Malinor. I do not remember much of my parents because they were not in my life for long. The day they died was a rainy day; I was sitting sharpening a stick, while a war horn was being blown. I noticed people running frantically around the city, hiding in every bush. I then saw the mighty elven warriors march onto the streets with short blades and bows and arrows setting up guard for a potential attack of Malinor from the Holy Oren Empire. I could hear the horns and grunts from the men on the other side of the city wall. I was standing on the street when an elven woman approached me and told me to go hide and that I was going to die if I didn't hide. Right as she said that an arrow came from over the wall hitting a soldier in the head causing him to collapse. The first fire was shot. I ran to the nearest tree and climbed it waiting for my parents to find me. Both armies charged towards each other both gambling their chance of victory. Arrows rained from both parties, the Elven archers being behind me and the Oren Empire being beyond the walls blind firing into Malinor. My father saw me in the tree and screamed "Jaffa!" "No!".. He dashed towards me when an arrow coming from over the wall hit him in the chest causing him to fall in pain. I leaped out of the tree and approached him "Dad!" I screamed.
He said in his dying breath that my mother had been killed too in the battle. He also told me "Don't do anything foolish with your life like I did". I wished I could have taken that advice in the long run. As he died, a mercenary from the Empire came and took me away and dragged away from my father and pulled outside the city gates. He took me to his leader and asked them what to do with me. They told him they have no use for me and just to kill me but he refused to do so. He escaped the war stricken city with me. Katari was the mercenary’s name and Katari is the man I spent most of my childhood with. After I turned 10 he started training me to become his apprentice mercenary. He taught me basic skills like how to use a sword and how to shoot an arrow. He also taught me essential skills like how to build a fire and how to cook food. When I got a bit older around 12, he started letting me come along with him on some of his minor tasks. For instance when he had to threaten a man to pay up a debt to another man he would let me come and watch. Katari had a problem, instead of paying off his debts to men for armor and supplies he would use his fare to pay for training tools for me. This got Katari into trouble and eventually led him to his death by a powerful house of Oren. One day Katari had a contract going to the Dwarven province. He didn't intend on taking me but I snuck out and followed him the night he left. He was upset for untold reasons that I followed him but in the end he didn't turn back and kept walking (probably to teach me a lesson). As we were walking on the trail going to the Dwarven province Katari heard something and told me to go hide for reassurance. Thinking it was just a Skeleton I hid in a bush off the trail a bit. In a big hilly plains area an arrow came over the crest of a hill landing near Katari. Instantly Katari knew his "contract" had been faked and an attempt to assassinate him for not paying his debts to the powerful house. Another arrow landed even closer, causing him to fall to his knees in panic. Katari yelled "Go Ahead!" "Kill me right here!" Suddenly an arrow was sent right through his chest and another throw his hand. Arrows rained from the sky covering his entire body until his body was completely pierced with arrows. A man wearing dark armor approached him and took off his helmet. The dark armored man kicked Katari's body so that he lay on the ground instead of on his knees. He quietly said in a deep voice "Worthless Mercenary" He turned around and shouted to the now visible archers on the hill "Leave his body for an example to travelers not to attempt to cross us." "Also, find the boy he was with." The dark armored man was scanning the bushes and made direct eye contact through a patch in the bush. He then approached me drawing his long bow. "Ha!" "You'll be good as dead once I'm done with you!" I fired an arrow and missed me. I then got up and without thinking charged the dark armored man. He stood there in getting ready to block a blow to the torso with his long bow (He didn't have enough time to pull the scimitar off his back). The dark cloaked man had a look in his eye that appeared to me that he accepted his death and wasn't going to try and kill an adolescent if the adolescent was going to try and fight back. Instead I attempted to send a straight stab right through his neck leaving the sword exactly perpendicular to his neck. The sword went through his neck causing him to fall on his knees bleeding to death. Shouts were starting to arise from the archers on the hill and arrows started slowly landing near the bodies of the man and Katari. I ran into the brush behind me and ran downhill into a small forest. Eventually I ran into I hit a trail, taking me back to Salvus. After that I spent the next 8 or so years looking for work but try and stay away from unnecessary violence. I spend most of my time in the Capitol or Salvus.

Answer:
Jaffa: *Has an idea*
Jaffa: Hello sir.
Assassin: Huh?
Jaffa: What are you doing this fine night?
Assassin: Oh just going on a stroll and taking a detour through the palace
Jaffa: Then why do you have your scimitar equip?
Assassin: *stutters* Uh... I don’t have time for this *attempts to slash at me*
Jaffa: *Backs up barely missing the hit*
Jaffa: *Pulls out his sword* *Starts running towards the palace gates* “Guards!”
Assassin: *Starts to run away from me as he notices that guards are now coming from every direction on the pathway*

Jaffa: *Walks out to the large clearing*
Jaffa: “Hello” “What are you planning on doing to this man”
Bandit 1: *As he are tying the old man up on his knees* “We are going to kill him for defying us by borrowing money and not paying back”
Bandit 1: Now that we told you our plan we are going to have to kill you too!
Bandit 2: Unless you kill the old man instead of us! *chuckles*
Jaffa: *Jaffa notices the old man slowly inches himself towards the same knife laying on the ground and get the idea that the old man could free himself if and only if I distract him.
Jaffa: *says slowly to stall time* Hmm… What do I get out of killing this man?
Bandit 2: Your life! If you don’t kill him we will have to kill you for witnessing this!
Bandits: *Both laugh hysterically*
Jaffa: *Notices that the tied up man is near the dagger and will be there in a few seconds* *Jaffa also notices that the dagger is under part of a bag so it doesn’t appear that he is trying to escape from the Bandits point of view*
Bandit 1: *Tells the other bandit to keep guard as he inspects the house*
Bandit 2: *Nods head*
Jaffa: Fine. *Jaffa pulls his sword out and walks over to the man slowly*
Old man: *Grunts and looks me in the eye and back over at the dagger a few feet away from him
Jaffa: *Raises his sword but doesn’t lower it* *Instead Jaffa kicks the dagger over to the old man*
Bandit 2: *Had his back turned around and was peeing on a bush but notices that the man has a dagger and is freeing himself* *His sword lay resting on his leg*
Old man: *Cuts his hands free and gets up running towards Bandit 2*
Bandit 2: *Quickly tries to grab his sword but it falls to the ground in imbalance*
Old man: *Stabs the bandit in the side as the bandit is trying to pick up his sword*
Bandit 1: *Hears the screams of Bandit 2’s death and runs outside*
Jaffa: *Has sword ready for anything Bandit 1 tries to do*
Bandit 1: *Charges Jaffa as the quick old man charges him from behind*
Old man: *Quickly stabs the bandit under armpit*
Bandit 1: *Falls to his knees*
Old man: *Pulls the dagger out of his armpit and goes over to the house and grabs a shovel*
Old man: *Starts digging a hole big enough for half a body*
Old man: *Drags the still alive bandit over to the hole, places him in it and starts to bury him alive*
Jaffa: *Jaffa watches in awe and is unsure what to do*
Old man: “You’re lucky I’m a former assassin!” “Otherwise your ass would be grass!!” *chuckles*
3. You are standing within the mighty human capital when you notice a small man standing behind a colourful stall. Answer:
Merchant: Welcome to Maurie’s Emporium of Special Goods!
Merchant: What are you looking for today, fine sir?
Jaffa: Nothing really just browsing to see what you have.
Merchant: I have about anything since my store is rather big!
Merchant: If you want I can do a special deal on some armor made from iron
Jaffa: *Jaffa looks at this man interested at this man’s offer*
Jaffa: Say how much for iron armor?
Merchant: Just 700 minas for the whole set!
Jaffa: *Jaffa looks at this man in disappointment*
Jaffa: That’s a bit over my price range, sir
Jaffa: *Jaffa begins to walk away as the man beacons to come back over*
Merchant: What price can you buy it for and I’ll see what I can do?
Jaffa: 450 minas for all of it? I guess I can throw in these chainmail boots I found too.
Merchant: I’m running low on chainmail so I guess I’ll say yes to your deal
Jaffa: *Jaffa hands over boots and minas while the merchant goes to the manikin stripping the iron armor off of it*

In-Character
Character Name: Common name: Jacob Windwalker. Birth name: Akecheta Igasho (Ah-ke-chey-tah E-gah- sho)
Age: 20
What is your Race? : Human
Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):
Jacob, or Akecheta as those close to him call him, is a man with normally unsticking features. He reaches 5 feet 8 inches tall, has brown hair and eyes, and has no dominate facial features (I.E. large nose or ears). But upon closer inspection he is a little off. He’s strongly and lithely built as normally and naturally possible, like a runner. He is also moderately hairy with a skin tone that can vary from tan to Arizona stone red.
Jacob was born into a little known group of humans that live in a pre-city life style. There are capable of metal tools and a few of diamond. The history of these bands are little known as most records were destroyed along with the Temple, the peoples have faded into myth, and those that do join the major human groups keep their lineage secret. The bands live as simple hunter farmers, and have strong family and friend bonds. What is little that is remembered recalls them as good hunters, warriors with formidable skills in archery (possibly learned from elves), farmers, and animal raisers who had strong ties to nature. Due to their strong ideal of “live off the land not on it.” Few large or monumental structures have ever been built by them so their ability to do so is unknown. The people have had a very tragic existence as the orc’s and dwarves’ as potential enemies and fellow human view them as savages.
Jacob had a difficult life as his father was killed in an orc attack when he was three. Raised by his mother Jacob was also taught the ways of various plants, medicines, and arts, as well as those skills known by the men. He grew to be an able man in his group but at the age of seventeen his mother told him to leave the village so he could have a better life than they. He set out with his pack, bedroll, bow, hatchet, knife, and various tools and supplies. He hasn’t seen his people since and has wandered all the while. His and his people past has lead him to lead a peace seeking life, seeking friends wherever he can and only using force to defend those friends, and the innocent or when absolutely necessary.
Being a wanderer Jacob has been in his fair share of skirmishes. Those who witnessed or fought beside him often descried his fighting style the same way. “An odd sort of form, somewhere between a twirling dance and a street fight. He can fight as lightly as an archer or assassin, then he can go and throw an orc over hand like it was a large pack.”
He now wanders in search of an ally he met along the road, Aemon Stafyr.
Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? Immediately remove the elf from danger. If not possible to escape peacefully he will draw a weapon and defend the elf with his life.
Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? “Hello friend is there a place where I can get a hot meal and a bed for the night? If not, a place where I can resupply?”

When I was young me and my family lived in a small settlement built in a small mountain and we lived there for our whole lives until one day. One dark cloudy day a suspicious group of armed figures could be seen. Dwarves often patrolled around there making it no surprise to us of their coming. They didn’t stop they ran into the village, burning and slaying everyone, everything. My mother hid us in a cave that was planned to be used as a bunker, but it wasn’t secure while my mother left to go tell my father the Orcs have come the bunker collapsed. Everyone was either slain, burned, or suffocated in the bunker, but not me I lived I spent days searching for them under the great heap of gravel. I couldn’t find them only my father was found, he died trying to save my mother, my father’s body was burned my mother was only but pieces of cloths when I found my father.
After many years I started to rebuild the bunker as my home and started my own mine and prospered, at least for one simple dwarf, but the Dwarves greatest weakness, greed, one time I saw a large vein of gold glimmering and shining. I couldn’t walk away I started to mine them but unknown to me there was a dungeon behind and an Undead horde came pouring out and pillaged and raided everything. I was drove out, forced to retreat from my years of hard work and so I made it to the capitol of the Dwarven lands, Kal’Azgoth and I resolved to take my revenge on the foul creatures that robbed me.

1. Whilst mining deep in the undergrounds of Kalos you see a large deposit of diamond ore at the other side of the ravine you are on. There is a very thin rock bridge that looks precariously unstable, but it is the only way to access the deposit. What do you do?
Answer: I see the diamonds, shining and glistering in the torchlight I think that I should go after them for It would mean a good day’s pay for me, but then I realize that the only way of access was a small, narrow bridged that seemed very unstable and crooked. It was a long way down and no hope of getting back up however the diamonds would give me a great store of minas so slowly I start to walk across. I silently approach the diamonds, but then suddenly a great CRACK! Sounds and I start to sink down with the bridge. As I feel no ground I sprawl upwards tying to grasp what remains of the bridge and with one strong swing a big CLANG! My pickaxe gets stuck directly in the rock and quickly pull myself up and back on the bridge. I turn back and see that my pickaxe had fallen out and broke on the far down ground, so pulling out a small hand pickaxe I start to mine the diamonds thinking “this is gonna be a long time”
Answer: While I see the two Dwarves walking up to the young, sad beardling I am shocked and surprised for most Dwarves are loyal to their kin. Before I can think I find myself getting up and walked towards the beardling seeing tears and sadness in his brown eyes I ask “aye moite ye want an ale?” I hold out a small handful of minas to the beardling and make a slight notion to the Dwarf with the dagger. He looks back at me and I knew he saw the dagger as well, and getting up he says “Alroity d’en” and takes the minas as we walk to the bar to get some ale.
Answer: Admiring the Dwarves beautiful craft and mastery I hear a merry shout; “Oi, ye’! C’mere n’ get ye’rself an ale!”. I spin on my heel and see a heavily bearded bar-owner looking at me with a huge grin on his face, and a mug of ale in his hand. I think quietly to myself ‘he may be not be of trust, but what Dwarf would resist such hospitality’ I make up my mind and say back “Aye what Dwarf of these lands would re’sist ‘uch hospitality and a mug of ale.” The owner responds; “aye laddie 13 minas fer meh finest ale” “aye, I could do dat” I say as I hand the Dwarf 13 minas. We drink for a while and have a merry time sharing stories and jokes, and then I tell him my story of my family and he had pity for me for most dwarves have big families, but then he says; “hrm well I beh n’list’n in da Legion t’marrow I dink I’d be sma’t fer ye ta ‘oin to ladie.” With that I resolve to enlist and join the Dwarvish Legion in hope of finding my family, and avenging them

Amras is 6 foot 10 inches tall with white hair and brown eyes.

to share about your character:
Amras is
interesting because the way I think of him is a multi-path character. I still
don’t know where he will end up being.
Open-Response-Questions
Each question in this section must be answered with a minimum of one paragraph which must describe the event in full. Please be as descriptive as possible and do not break character or lore at any point.
____

____
Answer:
I walk up saying, “Hello good sir how are you today." He then replies, "Hello how may I help you?" I look at his goods and say, "I would like a loaf of bread.” I will give you 3 copper for them." he says,” Sorry no how about 4 copper and a silver piece?" "Sorry the highest I will go is three copper," I say. "Hmmm......how’s about 3 copper and a silver?" I smile slightly at the man's persistence and I say all right. Then I hand him the money and he hands me the loaf. "Thank you sir, come by again.”

Definitions
In your own words define the following terms.
In-Character Information:
Complete the following biography on your character:
Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin):

Answer:

He punches the man in the stomach and quickly strikes him across the face before hoisting him up. "Dontcha mess wit me. I avent the time tuh be playin games wit yeh."
Sabri swallows. He know he needs to help the man, but he does not know how to react. He let's out a deep sigh and shouts with a deep accent, "Halt bandit! Submit and be taken to Konigsberg!" The bandits jump, startled. They do not attempt to find the origin of the voice and quickly run away. Sabri lets out a sigh of relief and runs towards the man after he his confident that they are gone. He hoists him up, carrying him inside the cottage. He is grateful that the sword and armor were not needed.

Sabri stares at the many wares, fascinated and asking many questions about what some of the items are used for. The man is clearly tired. "Look, are you going to buy anything or not? I don't have time for people without money. Sabri pulls out a money pouch. He had recently helped an old man, and he was given a bit of money for his help.

Mostly because there was a lot of other blacksmiths in the area.
His family history comes from his great great great Grandfather Zondi on his mothers side. He always told the family how great of a blacksmith he was. He said he once owned a chain of blacksmith shops across the kingdom.

1. Whilst mining deep in the undergrounds of Kalos you see a large deposit of diamond ore at the other side of the ravine you are on. There is a very thin rock bridge that looks precariously unstable, but it is the only way to access the deposit. What do you do?
He is crying to himself, and clutching a small wooden hammer toy. In the other corner of the room two shady dwarves are sitting whispering to each other and pointing occasionally at the dwarf. They stand up, one with a small dagger in his hand and begin to approach the young dwarf. What do you do?
Answer:
When I saw them I right away stood up and said no you don't!
the one Dwarf said and who are you to tell us not to?
Theron: No problem. After that I continued on my way

Definitions
In your own words define the following terms. Do not take any definitions from elsewhere!:
Role-playing: Role-playing is creating your own character or person and "becoming" them in which you act out their lives and develop them further from the simple idea in your mind that the character once was.
Meta-gaming: Meta-gaming is gathering information that characters would have had no prior knowledge of whatsoever OOC and using it IC to gain an advantage over other characters.
Power-emoting: Power-emoting is committing an action IC to another character giving the other character no chance to react. Ex: Bob stuck his leg out and tripped Joe into a pile of nails. Joe may of had no idea that Bob was going to trip him, but that doesn't mean he wouldn't have not noticed a leg suddenly jutting out.

Complete the following biography on your character:

Complete the following biography on your character:
Full Name: Maehr
Current Age: 103
Sub-race (if any): High Elf
Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):
Ambitions for the Future:
Maehr grew up in Malinor.
I couldn’t find it)
Any other details you wish to share about your character: Maehr has a great fear of any insect. He does not like the way they move.
Open-Response-Questions
Each question in this section must be answered with a minimum of one paragraph which must describe the event in full. Please be as descriptive as possible and do not break character or lore at any point.
____
1. As you walk through the deep forests you hear the sound of whispering and snickering. Upon inspection you realize that a group of older elves are mocking a small elven child. How do you react?
Answer:
Maehr shouts to the older elves, “Hey! This one deserves it!”
Maehr stops listening and starts running in the opposite direction.
Answer:
Maehr rushes over to the old man.
Answer:
Maehr looks over the carriage, keeping an eye out for anything that catches his interest. “How much for it?”
“You can have it for 100 gold pieces. I think that would be worth the knowledge in it.”
Maehr thinks a little, then shoots back a counter-offer. “I don’t know what it’s about, so I’ll only do 60.”
“75”
“65”
“I’ll go that low. You have yourself a deal, elf.”
Maehr takes the book and looks inside. Any knowledge would have been worth 100 gold pieces to him, but he’d rather pay less if possible.

Character Name:
Dranko
Character Race:
Please provide an in-game screenshot of your skin here:
Is there anything else you would like to say about your character:
If I were to get in, I would become the brother of Killzar((Killzar))’s character who is already in-game.

Answer: Knowing that dwarves are very sensitive about honor, Cooper decided to have an ale with the bar owner. Cooper being fairly new to the Cavern assumes the bar owner has lots of experience and stories about dwarven history. Cooper asks the bar owner "What can ya tell me about these lands?" The bar owner starts telling Cooper about stories of Lord Marshall Thorik Braveaxe, Brazian Grandaxe and much more. Cooper now with a refreshed sense of history, thanks the bar owner and heads out to star his very own adventure.

____

1. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do?
Guards: “Get him!”
Assassin: *Attempts to scale a building to escape but fails and falls to the ground*
Guards: “We got the wanted man!” “Thank you sir for helping us find him”
Answer:
Jaffa: *Jaffa watches the men threaten the old man and tries to listen as the argument gets heated* *He finds out that they are going to kill the man if someone doesn’t
Jaffa: *Jaffa realizes that the men out arm him and he doesn’t stand a chance unless he causes a distraction*
You approach the stall and notice that the man is selling a variety of general goods - he says that he is selling just about anything and that he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to haggle and choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the discussion that happens).

Ambitions for the Future: I seek to to make my mark on the Orcs and Undead fight in battles and hewing off Orc head or ripping off Undead arm. Also I wish to return and find my long lost family.

I turn back and see that my pickaxe had fallen out and broke on the far down ground, so pulling out a small hand pickaxe I start to mine the diamonds thinking “this is gonna be a long time”
Answer: While I see the two Dwarves walking up to the young, sad beardling I am shocked and surprised for most Dwarves are loyal to their kin. Before I can think I find myself getting up and walked towards the beardling seeing tears and sadness in his brown eyes I ask “aye moite ye want an ale?” I hold out a small handful of minas to the beardling and make a slight notion to the Dwarf with the dagger. He looks back at me and I knew he saw the dagger as well, and getting up he says “Alroity d’en” and takes the minas as we walk to the bar to get some ale.
