The starting price for all plots will be 500k, and you'll write a book with your bid, and throw it in the hoppers of the auctioned plot. Any trolling of the hoppers will result in a 7 day tempban.

Hello guys,

I'm no longer AlphaGuard or member of Staff in this server. (I retired) I serve currently under C-Rank and maybe later as Trainee/Guard depending how things turns out. (Guarding has always been the thing I really like to do). I have no other plans from future, but I hang around just like before.

Lot of weight on my shoulders has been dropped and I feel good about it.

I've noticed that the C quarry is now completely devoid of any coal of iron. I've mined of days and I've found not a SINGLE piece of iron or coal in the mine. Please fix this and make the mine once again the best place to make money.

DaChiimp and myself have obtained file access, and with this we have added several new changes.

- Added /omega for frees, which brings you back to omega. This is so you don't have to keep your home set at omega to be able to teleport back there. This command only works in the free world.

- Added guard armor, something that has been wanted for a while.

- Fixed issues with /kdr not showing the proper ratio.

- Added faction chat

- Properly blacklisted invisibility, leaping, and strength 2 potions.

- Properly blacklisted enchanted golden apples.

- Fixed faction members being able to hit each other.

- Fixed a few possible causes of lag.

- You can now properly rename your virtual chests.

- Other small changes that no one will notice.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I think that I'm the best choice for guard because Convicted has been through a lot of ups and downs lately, I want to bring back the server as it was before... Also, as you probably know, I'm a super active player which is something really important for a guard to be. I have also a lot of experience of being guard since I was guard for a while on convicted 1.0. I may not like everyone on the server but I would make sure that I Never abuse of my power, and do my best to keep the server safe for everyone. I would also be a great choice for guard because I like to help the new joiners, I would make sure they have the best time here on convicted and not getting destroyed by full diamond armor guys...

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I've been a guard before (frog1996) for quite a long time, and with the server struggling as it is, I think that I am active enough and care enough to guard frequently and fairly. Without guards coming to the server we won't have anyone to show off the particular genre and purpose of the server. And what with people already having prot 4 and sharp 4's due to the new enchanting system, we have no one to stop the current riots as all we have are a few trainee's.

I have been playing Convicted since may of 2012, my activity... ehh.

4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules?

Yes, NOAKII, Also because it has been a very long time since I last applied I re-read them to make sure nothing has changed.

5) Any experience with the prison genre?

I do have experience, I was a guard for the longest time, back in 1.0, got demoted for inactivity but I've been pretty active lately

6) What is your time zone?

My timezone is U.S. East Coast. (PA)

7)Why Am I the best choice for guard.

Now, I feel that I am one the best choices for Guard because I am an experienced, trustworthy, and honorable Player. I have decent - well PvP skills, which are a necessity as a guard to be able to stop a Riot. As a longtime Player with two accounts I was able to collect many swords and other items that would benefit my guarding experience. And assist me as a guard. To my understanding, there are currently no guards, except for alphas but that doesn’t mean there can’t be someone to have the possibility of getting the rank Guard/Trainee now ! My loyalty and trustworthiness as a player does depend on your opinion, but as I am a long term player and poor experiences in the past, I will promise to maintain my friendly approach towards the server, and being kind to all players, even the ones I dislike. Another reason for why I am the best choice for a Guard is because I know most of the tricks to gang up on Guards and my past experience as a Guard. I already know the tricks a prisoner will play when trying to avoid a jail, or tag, or even dropping of an item. I am sometimes in Teamspeak while playing on the server so I will be able to call for help quickly, (if needed for a riot or etc.) while in the heat of battle to my fellow Guards that may be online in the Server Teamspeak. I have got to know the players and the server layout very well indeed. I am familiar with the ranking process on the server, and the amounts of money required to rank up, so I can easily help out new people. I am very dedicated and if I were to become Guard I would allow a decent amount of my time to be a dedicated Trainee / Guard. Also, another advantage I would have as a Guard are being a donor on the account I intend to receive my promotion to Trainee, and eventually Guard on. As there are no guards currently, I do not know the status of their ability to warps, but guarding with donor will enable me to go parkour and stock up on items necessary.

5) Any experience with the prison genre? I've had a lot of experience with the prison genre. Convicted was my first prison server to play in and i loved everything about it.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs) The reason why I'm the best choice for guard is because I have good pvp skills. Most of my time I'm guarding instead of some other guards who spend more time on mining or doing other things. I'm a very active player, and as i was mature at age 14 when I was a guard for convicted, I am even more now at age 16. I will not abuse my authority even if people get on my nerves. I am responsible and easy to cooperate with. I will make sure to enforce rules and never to break them. Being a guard is something I love to do. I can usually be on when there's not many people guarding. I'm always open on learning new things from alpha guards, and can become good friends with anyone on the server. I am trustworthy and If you guys ever need my help I can sure help out the server In any way as possible and can be contacted whenever through skype.

I have been playing in this community since February of 2012.

Indeed I have, and as Noakii stated, go Jesus c;

5) Any experience with the prison genre?
Of course I do. As stated in my biography, I have been a Guard on, Desolation Detention Center, Imprisoned, Trapped Prison, Killion Detention Center, SneakyBa$tard Asylum, Prison Eternity, Travel Prison and I have done some Guarding time on a friend's account on this very server. I am currently an Admin on the growing server of Imprisoned. Like P0TAT0ES, I only play Minecraft for the prison genre.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs)
I believe I am the best Guard for many reasons. I have put tons of time and effort into everything I have done for the server, including one of my accounts. I have made some regrettable mistakes and hope to compensate them by helping the community out more than I already do. I know my duties as a Guard, seeing that I have been a Guard on many of the most renown servers that minecraft offers. I know the necessary commands in order to do the job and can execute them correctly. I have been an Owner of a server named Ashcraft and managed it well until the day I was impeached. I am currently an Admin on a server named Prison Eternity and I am doing my best to gain experience by not only using the proper plugins, but also coding my own. I have been coding my own plugins since 2010, and am doing great work to not only bettering myself but also the community that needs such services from me.

I know that you are looking for a mature and sensible player and I think I am cut out for that position. I am a very friendly player and can make friends easily. I always use proper grammar when I type and know how to spell. I type at a steady 81 words per minute and never cease to beat anyone in a typing race. I never rage and keep myself calm when and if I get scammed or die and lose my precious items. I have donated 30$ to the server whenever we had the Christmas Discount going on. I have made a ton of great friends here and not too many mortal enemies. I believe I am a great PvPer and can handle the on coming hoards of C prisoners and believe I am good enough to take on a riot from the deceased Winter clan. I have applied for this position many times in the past on my other account, intendowii, but to no avail.

I have been with this community through thick and thin and I hope to do the best that I can in helping out the community and the staff of the Bains Penitentiary.

Yes, and I find it very annoying to people that do. But sometimes, I find it fun to nag hexacyanide about things.
