Yes,i said beta 1.7.3.

This server is for 1.7.3 for the ability to experience the old minecraft with other players.

How to join while still keeping your old minecraft.jar:

1.Make a new folder on your desktop.
2.Open your .minecraft/bin and drag your minecraft.jar into the folder you just made
3.Go and download the 1.7.3. jar
4.Place it in your .minecraft/bin

It appears minecraft_server.exe for 1.7.3 is unreachable atm.

You were using the .exe to run and operate the server? You didn't even have the jar when you put up the server ad? This is seven different kinds of silly right now.

I have the 1.7.3 server jar, if you want me to run that I could and then post the ip on this thread.
