1. In game name: Henry9960
2. Are you married? Any kids? No i am not married and do not have any kids.
3. Tell us a funny or interesting Minecraft experience you've had: I was on a faction server one day and someone was raiding me but i had a underground secret area where i hide my stuff and after a few hours he broke through the first layer and he was really mad because it took him ages to just go through one layer :).
When telling sites what your age is, you really should pick one number and stick with it. Especially, since it is now one click to see your posts. We don't care too much about your age, as long as you can follow the rules. :-) (of course lying about your age, makes it look like you can't follow the rules.) We don't always care about past bans, if we feel like you have put that behind you and can (now) follow the rules. (I did see where you say that was because you could see his nametag.) So, I'm going to give you a chance.
Welcome, play nice and we can all have fun.

Amazing that people would want to do this. What joy is there in finding servers, applying for a whitelist, waiting for approval, joining and breaking a few things then get banned only to repeat the process. Sounds like quite a hassle to break somebody else's things.
IGN is TheMightyCyr, yes am married with one child.
In my early minecrafting days I once lost my entire pack of dogs to one creeper explosion. I had about 15 at the time, and had had to roam for a long time to find any to start breeding. At the time it didn't seem that funny. I guess it still doesn't.
Can you give the ip address? I'm not seeing it on the main site.
The address you are supposed to use in the "Server Address" box in "Add Server" for Multiplayer is "treestop.com"
If you do so, and it seems to give you problems, it may be because you are using the wrong version of Minecraft. When you run the loader, make sure the profile you are using loads Minecraft version 1.7.2 or 1.7.5 (and not 1.8, "newest," or some other version.)

In order to improve your service, you might consider making rules more clear for children who are new to playing on servers. My daughter insists she only took items from chests where a sign posted by another player invited people to take what they wished. If taking explicitly offered items is part of the definition of "stealing" then that needs to be clearly stated somewhere prominent and impossible to miss, near the spawn area and/or during the process of joining. Small wonder people get banned if they are tricked into breaking the rules.

I am sorry, there was misunderstanding. Personally, If I had my way that area you mentioned would have been "nuked from orbit" long ago (for essentially this very reason).
She did take items from that area, and that is fine. She also took items from a tree house area which is a different separate area belonging to someone else.

I suppose I should just let this go, but maybe by pointing something out I can keep similar problems from happening to others. My daughter says she opened the chest in that treehouse area (which was made by a RL friend of hers) and closed it without removing anything. I have to wonder if you are enforcing "no stealing" by way of a script of some sort which keeps track of when a chest block is "activated" by anyone other than its maker, and notifies the admin of the "theft"? This is the only way I can think of that someone would be flagged as having stolen items when they didn't actually walk off with them, only opened a chest. If I'm in the ballpark with that hunch, I submit that you might reconsider the method or at least refine it, if possible, to show whether items were actually removed and kept. Or at the very least, warn newcomers up front as to the definition of "stealing" being used. I just know my kid was aware of the rules and trying to comply, and did not want to risk getting banned. If she violated something it was unknowingly.

Not that I'm complaining, mind you, people like that make my job easy and is one of the few reasons why I am so willing to give people a chance...

Start minecraft and click on multiplayer
Click on new server
Name it whatever you want
In the box for ip address type in treestop.com
I believe that should work
