I know how to make hunger games servers and any other kind you can think of and i can use world edit and basically anything you ask me to do including custom enchants if given enough time.

I know when enough is enough and understand when to draw the line. With that in mind, I can dedicate well over 25+ hours a week to your server, and most of the time I'll be watching chat even when afk to make sure people are abiding the rules.
I understand that I don't know everything, people will have more experience than I do, and people will be more knowledgeable than I. I take these to heart because they give me a chance to learn, grow and become a better person in and out of game. As I said previously I am very mature and with maturity comes professionality. Most of the time in game I will type and talk with proper grammar and punctuation to make sure people understand me and that I get my point across briefly and effectively. I am firm but I mean well.

Well, For Starters you could use Fraps to record as it is reliable and its practically free, and using a mic is also something you could use, cause' i don't want to watch 10 mins of someone mining with no commentary or anything (at least music would help)
Fraps only allows 30 seconds, and i tried using vegas to edit my videos, it said i won't go through,also the mic would let out a crappy voice since i can't mix with bandicam mic and video sound

KeepCrafting is an SMP vanilla whitelist server. It is based
around Mindcrack, Hermitcraft, The Cube Smp etc. We want
a small community within our server where players help,
work and rec. together. This will be a youtubers only SMP
server as you will have to record on the server at least once
a week any less will result in a warning. Subscribing to your
fellow KeepCrafting members will be recomended as you
will be updated on what other members are doing aswell as
growing our fanbase. How many subscribers you have
doesnt matter as long as you upload and are active.
You MUST have a mic and good quality content.
