Seasons five or world five of the Candid Realm is faction themed! For those interested in applying for this realm I would suggest reading the entire thread thoroughly to not only help yourself but to not waste my time when I go to accept people.
Candid Realm is a small group of people who primarily communicate with each other on discord. It initially started off as a minecraft realm but all of the active members now play many other games with each other. We currently have just over fifteen people who are able to join the realm when they wish.
All communication is to be done through my discord server or on the actual realm itself. We do have a big golden rule that has been enforced since the very first world. However I'll get more into that when the rules section appears.
I am looking for active and social people to join the Candid Realm. People who will be on every week at the very least and will also have no issue mingling in and befriending others on the realm. Realms is a multiplayer format after all, you're wasting your time on here if you won't talk to others.
As stated above this world is based around factions. The players will be split up into teams and all of those teams are pitted against one another. Stealing is allowed so the ultimate goal would be to become the best team on the realm. Each team can have a maximum of five players and there is a overall maximum of sixteen teams. We've never had a limit to the amount of players invited to the realm before but due to the team circumstances the limit is 80 players. I highly doubt we'll even reach half of that, but I feel I should say it regardless.
The first player in a team can be considered the leader of that team. Being a team leader only gives you the right to accept or decline offers from other players to join your team. There is a catch though, you must send me your reasoning for declining people. If it's a pathetic excuse of a reason I'll bypass you and let said person join. I would suggest to only apply for this realm if you want to be on a team with people. Joining a team-based realm and wanting to be a solo player is very odd and I personally won't like it.
Team leaders can also request to kick people from their team. Team WHITE is a reserved team for players who have been kicked off their previous team. You can only get kicked off a team once, so be careful. If I have to go and remove people from the WHITE team I'll remove them from this season of the realm.

The discord server will also have team-exclusive voice chats and regular text chats. Myself and the moderators will have access to these channels despite being on opposite teams however will not actively go and look at the chats. We're just added to make sure someone doesn't need to be remove from the server.
≛ No griefing, breaking blocks and destroying structures etc.
≛ Stealing drops from a player from an opposing team is LEGAL.
≛ Stealing from chests is ILLEGAL.
≛ Spawn camping for more than five kills is ILLEGAL.
≛ Non-ironic discrimination is not allowed nor will it be tolerated.
≛ Hacked clients and glitching is prohibited.
≛ The only mod allowed is optifine, ANYTHING else is banned.
≛ No PVP within 175 blocks of Spawn.
≛ Don't spam the realm or the discord.
≛ Making unnecessarily loud noises on voice calls is prohibited (screaming, shouting, yelling and so on).
≛ Be eighteen years old or older, I'm not here to babysit.
≛ Every time you're on the realm you must be within a voice channel on the discord server. Whether you talk or ghost everyone is up to you, but you MUST be in a voice channel every single time you're on the realm. It doesn't matter if no one else is online, it doesn't matter if you're not talking. It's out golden rule and it will be followed strictly.
The world has a world border of 75,000 blocks to prevent people from travelling hundreds of thousands of blocks out in order not to be found. Overall it's there to prevent people from over-doing it. This world like all of our others is at the highest difficulty and that will NOT change, do not even waste your breath asking.
