Thanks for the offer, JorBinks, but it looks like CoM is having some downtime. No one is answering any messages, no I do not know if this clan is even alive..
I honestly do not know if I have the time to do it, it is quite the time-consuming effort. The way I see it, unless there is a clan-based server coming up (and there is), there is not a need to have a clan at all, simply a community. It would be cool to see CoM back again, but no way in hell I'm doing it on my own.
First off, it would help if Snack_pax responded so I could get the CoMClan account to fix the OP. Then start promoting the clan, finding servers to play on and get a decent website running. A new members list, complete overhaul of how this clan is run (needs to be discussed more, of course), and more active members. I can't start spending the same amount of time on gaming that I used to do, I have way too much other stuff to do. It would be a shame to see this clan go down the drain, but I guess all good things must come to an end.
First: Clan leaders + builders (6 in total from each clan) will be given access to the server 1 week early. This is so they can find a spot for the clan town and prepare both some starting resources and plan the town a little ahead of time.
Second: I decided to rebuild one of the last events from the previous vanilla servers; "The Garden of Emotions". This event will be open and available to you from day one (official opening when everyone can join) and there will be some small trinkets for finishing the event. Rewards for this event are personal and not meant for the clan (although you may certainly donate your hard earned winnings if you so desire).
At last: donations made before the official opening of the server will count on both servers and will carry across map resets. That being said, the greatest benefit you could possibly gain from donating is your own towny-town, which anyone in a clan will have access to (for protection purposes) anyway.
If you're unsure about anything stop by the website for more info, or contact me or any other staff member on TeamSpeak when we're on. You can also reach me through steam by signing up for the group and starting a conversation directly with me there (keep in mind that if I'm in a game I might not hear your message, or even get a notification, at first, so be patient and (in the case of TS) send another message a few minutes later.
dear brothers from The Circle of Magi, My name is Billy, acting leader of The Ikioi Nation. We have traveled far to come before you and ask for and Alliance. It would be an honor if you accepted. Billy
The Old Real (The Clan Server) is now open and running on 1.7.2. We hope that the clans will settle the continents soon.
The server is open to everyone and anyone (assuming they haven't gotten themselves banned, of course) but the Wilds are lawless (mind your language though) and an inhospitable place for those with enemies.
Luckily we already have a few people elligible for mayorship. Look to those few for a safe harbour in the Troubled times before Order arrives with the Clans.
Stay safe my friends.

Currently only the FTB server is alive; we've decided not to keep the clan server there seeing as no one was joining that. We'll still put up a vanilla RP server, but it's not a clan server anymore and it'll take quite some time to create.
Dang, this server still exists!? Idk if you remember me, but I was a member on the Kingdom of Lacertus original alpha server which then eventually became the CoM server. I had a ton of good memories with you guys of my first minecraft experiences and I have been up to quite a bit these days. I think I might visit sometime if I can get some freetime to.
I remember this. I remember the cool breeze as it swayed through the wheat fields of Com city. I remember the great and tall mage towers as they stretched their intenable arms into the sky. I remember Agion. She was a beautiful sight then. The Circle erecting grand cities, while in all directions nation after nation rose and took pride in their being. Renself, Aselegan, the Pirates, all of them. I remember.
Those times seem like so long ago now. Lost in the past. I remember you too. Mya, and potatoes. I remember still LibertyFreedom, and Valdrec. I remember them all. But more importantly, I have not forgotten.
I have not forgotten the glory that was Com. I have not forgotten of the political battles and immense culture that was inherent in the Circle. And I have not forgotten all that you did for me, then just a small, little speck of a player on a big world of Agion.
I was inspired by you, Com. Then, in the times of Unleashed. I saw you, a powerful and grand people, and wanted to do that for myself. Create a people of my own and be a leader to them. I saw the greatness of you and wished to emulate it.
Thus, the Grand Spencorian Empire was born.
We remembered, and because we did, we have thrived. We have created a new clan culture of superiority and the will of man. We too have had our ups and downs, but we still have trudged on with perseverance ever since we left those silver shores of Agion. And we live, because of you.
The circle may be broken, and the Magi may be gone, but you, my friends, shall never be forgotten.
Of course it is possible, I just don't have the time. I can help, but if not anyone else volunteers to help, I'm not going to bother.

Anyone who wants to take their last shot at rebuilding it can message ipreferpi8 for accounts and such.
Good luck. Break a leg. It was fun while it lasted.
