i still haven't gotten the ip even thought im accepted urtar or w.e his name is again sent me a mesasge on skype welcoming me to gotei 13 but never told me the ip and that was a while back and still nothing from him i even sent a message to him saying thanks for the welcome and asking for the ip but he never responded to it since
