Hello, everyone
Now I have been running this my private/public server for at least a month now, and I can only log in with my IpV4 address but not my external Ip address.
I am running a bukkit server, port-forwarded, router is a Dlink-601B1.
Port forwarded: 25565 in both TCP and UDP and I use my Ipv4 address.

So again, I do not know why I can't use my default gateway Ip rather that the Ipv4.
Ps. I also allowed the TCP and UDP 25565 port through my firewall using inbound rules.
