Ok now I see you've made that as a group(correct me of I'm wrong) but have you made anyone that specific rank yet? Capitalization can help tremendously. Can I see you entire perms list? Also where are you getting 'Build: false'?

I think it's having trouble with the lack of indentation, also the indents have to be spaces because it can't handle the ASCII equivalent of tab.
EDIT: unless I just can't see your indentations because of the forums layout.
