Use Amidst set to a vanilla 1.13.2 profile. The world generator hasn't changed between 1.13 and 1.14 as far as biomes go, as far as I can tell.
For locations of new structures, outposts, etc. that are 1.14 specific, you will just have to wait until Amidst is updated.
AFAIK Mineatlas uses Amidst like code to produce it's maps.

The shape differences between Oceans of 1.12.2 and 1.13.2 are imperceptible.

I have found that it is up to date and accurate with 1.14 so far.
It is not as good as mineatals as it doesn't show you slime chunks etc but it is good for looking at biomes.
I have also found that although not 100% accurate, mineatlas is still pretty good for 1.14.
(tested maybe 15 or so seeds and seems accurate)
In the end, you know it's all just blocks.
