Do you really want to go there? I just gave you every question answered, yet you still question me, you want a say in this, you go and tell them you want it like that, you go and edit the movie (for we all know this topic has fallen apart), you go and fix this, RIGHT. NOW.
Are you acting immature for a reason? Or are you trying to troll me?
First off, if they are going to make this live action, this should be a school play, not a movie. Second shouldn't the action be killing all the monsters, and the storyline being trapped in the blocky world by Herobrine and trying to kill an Ender Dragon so that you can escape and tell Notch you found his dead brother? Like I said, if they were going to be live action, it should be like Tron, but instead of live action all the way through, they should make it so that its live action in the beginning, and when Herobrine traps the gamer in the blocky world its animated like Bootstrap Buckaroo's Videos, and finally live action when the gamer is freed from Herobrine's curse. Listen if anyone tries to troll me because I said Herobrine 4 times, I won't stand for it.
The way you describe it makes me hate the idea of a Minecraft Movie even more. Minecraft isn't even close to an Action game, it's a sandbox survival game where the main point of the game is to build structures and explore. Herobrine isn't even a real NPC in the game, so your boat just sank.
If there's no storyline, you can make a storyline. For example, there are HUNDREDS of animated minecraft series on youtube, many of which have storylines. (Egg's Guide to Minecraft, Dig Build Live, Etc.)
You can make a 4 minute short story about Minecraft, if you even tried to make a 90 minute Minecraft story, no one would watch it. The storylines are so profoundly generic, the only people who enjoy them are children because it's mainly childish humour.
Minecraft movie? Ugh, sounds like it will be a waste of time. If it was a live action movie, covering a game like Call of Duty: World at War, then that's something I'd watch. If you're going to make a movie based on a video game, the video game NEEDS action and a story line.
It has potential, I wouldn't watch it though. The LEGO movie was painfully unfunny for me and I regret watching it really. If the animations are better than the ones you see on YouTube, it will look great, but I'm not sure if it'll be worth watching as there's no story in Minecraft, you just build, mine and craft. With LEGO you can create your own story which is why I think they made it rather successful.
