PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CURRENT VERSION IS ONLY FOR 1.12.2
(I cba making for other versions since I don't use them, but if the skin format is the same 64x64 as with this version then it should be easy enough to convert these resource packs to those versions)
This is exactly what it says it is.
I've spent ages scouring the internet searching for an HD resource pack for the Minecraft Comes Alive mod, and haven't been able to find any whatsoever.
This resource pack adds 1100 new skins to the game, meaning you'll never run into the same NPC twice regardless of how many villages you find!
Bare in mind though that the clothing is repetitive since I'm only one person making all of these textures from scratch and it really does become super boring and tiring after a while. (If anyone out there would like to help contribute and create assets for more diversity in the skins, feel free to send me a PM here on the forums.)
This Resource Pack will be updated over the next few months with more variation in clothing, as well as hair and facial features. Have also been thinking about incorporating freckles/blemishes/scars/dirt, but haven't come around to it and wanted to get this Resource Pack out there regardless of whether it's complete or not.
WARNING: RECOMMENDED TO USE IN A NEW WORLD AS I'M UNCERTAIN IF IT WILL CAUSE BUGS WITH ANY EXISTING WORLD CONSIDERING ONE FILE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IN THE MOD .JAR
Requirements:
-Original MCA 1.12.2 and dependencies
Installation Instructions:
-Only one file needs to be replaced in the original mod .jar (this is only because my mod adds 50 skins to each job)
-Right click your MCA 1.12.2 .jar file located in your mods folder and open archive with 7zip
-Navigate to assets\mca\api\ and replace the skins.json file with mine down below
-Drag and drop your resource pack version of choice into your resourcepacks folder (can be accessed by clicking Options in game and selecting Resource Packs, Open Resource Packs Folder)
-You can switch between any resource pack while in game without any bugs.
Some images of the skins ingame:(Note: There are a bunch of villagers added so it's nearly impossible to get images of all of them ingame)
Downloads:(Note: x64 female skins look a bit janky, too much effort to fix so I would suggest using x128 if your computer can handle it if you don't want full HD) REQUIRED - skins.json

This is the first (and probably only) resource pack I've even attempted to make, don't expect it to be perfect.
