I was disappointed that FVDisco only OCD'ed the blocks in his oCd resource pack, so I searched the Internet for a finished copy. However, remixes such as Epic OCD were either not completely finished or not updated to the latest version.
Therefore, I made a resource pack. I combined the original oCd pack (by FVDisco) with Epic OCD (by Epicmidget123), found a few mod textures, as well as making a few textures myself. So behold, OCD².

Requirements
For the connected textures and random mobs, you need to install either MCPatcher or Optifine. MCPatcher is recommended, but Optifine is OK too.

Updated to 1.8, with the official OCD textures!

Flowing water and lava finally works, new splash text, and one of the horses have been OCD'ed. Can you find it?

I am actually piecing together a texture pack for personal use, and love the GUI of the OCD pack. I noticed on the original OCD though, it does not have the new "Lock" button next to the difficulty selector. Does this pack include that lock image on the GUI?
Actually, it doesn't. But thanks for pointing that out, I will add it as soon as possible!
I haven't have time to OCD the horses yet, since there are a lot of horse textures. But they're definitely going to come in an update soon, maybe just in one big update, or slowly added through multiple updates.

I am having a problem. I have the resource pack selected and then when I quite the game and then open it again the resource pack is deselected and I am using the default resource pack. What should I do? Nevermind it just starting working again.
