The Beginning:
This is my own Resource Pack which is far from done. I am posting this early because when I am posting this I am "super" bored. Anyway, the Resource Pack looks pretty good in my opinion, and the "Oil Paint" filter in Photoshop has been my best friend on this one. By the way, if some of you want to use this in your YouTube videos, feel free to. (You don't need to link the resource pack if you don't want to)
NO, IT IS NOT JUST A FILTER ON A COPY-PASTE TEXTURE!! I MADE THE TEXTURES MYSELF, AND THEN APPLIED THE EFFECT.
Okay, you people ready for some epic stuff?
NO?!

You need to have screenshots of your pack before you post it. Also, don't use f*ck in your main post. It'll just drive people away from your pack due to your vulgarity.

I suppose you only used a few filters, but none a less I really like the style! I think you've got a fine texture pack idea going here. Also, please provide a non-ad link, that is needed.
Sure, I can add a direct link, but I would REALLY appreciate it if you people used the ad one. Really helps me out. You see, I set up the ad link to see if I can get enough to buy Wacom bamboo which also helps me to make better textures.

It looks really good, but really strange, I'm not going to use this pack because it is just a filter, but it's a really good idea, maybe make a new texture and use the filter on it

I don't really understand what you meant. I made the textures myself, and then used the oil paint tool.
I'd advise against relying on filters too much for texturing. The block in the middle which I think could be some kind of log is the best so far because it's more defined than the rest but it still could use a bit of work. The other blocks are essentially coloured noise, there's nothing that defines them or makes them recognisable as the block they are. using lines and shading to form shapes will benefit your textures then if you really want to, you can apply a filter to colour in.
Thank you for giving me advice, but keep in mind we have different tastes and very different ways of texturing. Either way the resource pack is not done (something that I mentioned earlier) and there is almost a 100% chance that I will come back to these blocks and retexture them. By the way, I recently got Photoshop (used to use Paint.NET before) and I still have to get used to it + I can guarantee you that there are a lot of features and tools that I most likely have not heard about.
I checked out your resource pack called "Clouds Descend" and I really liked it, but then again it is 16x16 pixels (might be 32x32) and very.. Dark and simple, however my Resource Pack is 128x128 pixels and I have to put extra work into texturing. I do agree with you about the "simpleness" of my texturing, but then again I will most likely, as I said, come back to the Resource Pack and look at the whole concept. Maybe retexture a little. Also, this is a learning proccess for me and I will not release the whole thing until I am satisfied with it.
Hopefully you understood (probably not) why everything so far looks like sh*t. Anyway, have a nice day sir.
