Hey, just updated the pack. I updated the wood plank textures, added a partially finished chainmail armor, updated the Sandstone blocks, and one or two tweaks on other blocks. (5/22/2014 2:58PM)
Can't figure out how to embed the video. Here is a video of the textures.
The pack is very much a Work in progress. All the textures are mine, I do not give permission at this time for anyone to use them in any of their own packs (other than for personal use). There are textures that are just as place holders that will be changed, the leaves will be made unique to each tree, etc. The updates will not be frequent as I do not work on the pack daily, etc. Any questions, feel free to comment or message me personally. I do not know how to add files into spoilers so you'll have to view the video, and screenshots directly. Also I didn't think when I was taking the pics and took them all at night. >.> In the video you'll see things that aren't actually in the pack I'm uploading such as a half finished crafting table, recolored water, etc. You'll have to deal with Default or add your own at this time. Thanks for your time.
If I may make suggestion? With the creeper's face, maybe you could darken some of the pixels on the strands covering his mouth(Like just a little darker on the right sides of all the strands) I'll add a little more depth to his mouth Looks like a solid pack so far

The issue with that is that the mouth strands are one pixel thick. Otherwise I can see what you mean. It would give a better shadowing effect. Thanks for the comment btw. I'll see what I can do to make the creeper a little better. I suppose there's no reason I couldn't bump it up in size. For the most part the pack is 32x. But things like Coal and Diamond are 16x in size. I didn't need the full 32 pixels for them to work out. Anywho. Thanks again for the comment.
Np! Did you use textures from other packs as templates?
Templates no. but I did pull inspiration from quite a few. Mostly John Smith and Doku. Which I find are two of the best out there in the 32x range. I think I need to rework my textures a bit to make them blend together a little better, not a fan of the way I did the cobble either. but if other people like them, perhaps I'll give options in the future. We'll see how it goes. The only templates I used were the Defaults. I would load them up, upsize them to 32x and than build on top with another layer till I got what I wanted. accept for things like Cobble stone, etc. Which are obviously quite different. than they were just free handed. Anywho Thanks for showing interest and curiosity. Makes me feel good about my work and makes me want to try harder to actually finish it! :-D
