How would I make a resource pack that when you name an item a certain name, it changes texture, like in the ITEMBOUND RESOURCE PACK?
I really want to make one, but don't know how to, so if anyone knows how could you please tell me?

This should tell you everything you need to know. Just a heads up though. With 1.13 coming up, you should avoid using number IDs when matching items, otherwise your pack might not work in 1.13. For example: do matchItems=apple instead of items=260
