Is there any way to detect the arrows at the players body? Would be really cool!:D
Arrows displaying on the player are just a visual effect and can't be tested for. You can attempt to use /execute on a fast clock to check for arrows that happen to fly near the player, but won't necessarily be accurate:

No, nothing has changed regarding arrows sticking out of the players' body.

Oh, that's too bad.
But is there a way to detect when a player takes damage from an arrow?
