I went camping with friends for Schoolies (graduation party, but in Australia), and ended up having a sizable amount of cliff fall onto my head. It only needed four stitches, but I'm glad they gave me paracetamol.
Other than that, nothing too serious. When I was six, I needed fourteen stitches after splitting my leg open on a soccer goal post.
I guess a degree in 'being more careful next time' would increase my life expectancy by a decade or so.
My worst injury was definitely when I broke my leg skiing. The bigger bone (whatever it's called) actually twisted to breaking point, but somehow the smaller bone hadn't, so acted as a natural splint of sorts. That was the ONLY injury that has actually garnered an emotional reaction. I do remember quite a few good hits including when I chipped each of my front teeth, when I walked straight into the pointy end of a nail with my forehead (don't ask), when I got tripped over by an MLG360N0SC0P3ZHARDC0RE midget runner in a marathon and pretty much face-planted... And apparently I also broke my leg at the age of 2 when my brother pushed me off of the top of a bunk bed. No, that didn't result in tears, somehow.
The bigger bone is called a femur, and apparently breaking it is one of the worst pains in the world, only surpassed by childbirth (or maybe it's the other way around). Either way, that sounds super painful.
I was watching my brother and his friends play baseball and i was standing way to close to the batter qnd got hit right in the forehead, i pribably still have a scar, lots of blood

BMX: One year ago, I missed aa jump, rolled on the side safely, only to realize that the hill wasn't finished. Ended up in a thornbush with several scratches and a twisted wrist.
Rock climbing: Dislocating my shoulder after missing a jump. Fixed it myself, got some pills, everything's fine.
Snowboarding:Whiplash after falling like a rock while trying to break.
Fencing:You would expect an injury from a saber or something? Nope. Just Chuck Testa. Or maybe I fell down the gym's stairs and my "in-between" landed on a helmet.
Yet my worse one was breaking my foot while dropping a chess game on it.
A chess game.
No wonder I hate chess so much.

I don't Dyno anymore while bouldering because of shoulder dislocations and ankle issues or while climbing because taking a whipper sucks.
When I was a little kid, I used to have this really awesome three wheeled scooter. So, one day, I was riding it to school, down a really steep hill, going as fast as it could, when one of the front wheels fell off and I careered off into a power pole.

I've had quite a few painful injuries throughout my life. The worst three are as follows:
I was playing cricket in the backyard with my cousins, on the day before school returned, only to have my 19yr old cousin land right on my arm and fracture my elbow.
When I was 8, I was climbing a tall playground. Now, me being me, I got a bit excited and tried to get to the top of it. On my way up, someone that was around 12 decided it'd be fun to pull me off. On the way down, I hit my head on almost everything I possibly could and caused my head to split open in two places.
A few weeks before moving houses, I was over a friend's place mucking around for the last time. While I was on the trampoline, I miscalculated and got my leg caught between the springs, flinging me over the edge into the cement tank directly next to it. This caused my skull to split and I had to get 15 stitches and a week off school because I could not walk without becoming dizzy.
Either getting hit by a 60 mph baseball in the eye (it was swollen for a week and I couldn't see out of it) or having my forehead being busted open by my dog. (needed stitches)
One time, about five years ago (I was 11) I was playing tag with some friends, we were running around the playground at school, I decided to climb on top the monkey bars because I thought they couldn't catch me.... While taunting my friend to come and catch me, to my surprise he actually began to chase me. I turned, and my foot slipped off the edge, i tumbled awkwardly and landed mostly on my wrist, with the adrenaline pumping i stood up extremely shocked, the bone was protruding, and blood was running from my cut, amazed at how flimsy it was, when the pain set it i was on the ground crying, turns out i had completely snapped both bones in my wrist, one of which had stuck out of my skin.... enjoy!
The first (and only [for now]) time I ever actually seriously hurt myself is when I was 2 1/2 years old. I wanted some food so I grabbed a bowl of pasta and walked outside because I wanted my mom to put it in the microwave. I was on the patio (which was, before I moved, made out of stone) and tripped on something (air? a rock?) and was close to cutting my face open, because I dropped the plate. Instead, I saved myself using my right hand. I landed on it and bled badly. I had to get stitches, a cast, blah blah blah. Nowadays, all I have left is the memory (which I do remember clearly) and the scar.
I have never experienced broken bones or anything like that. Worst pains I have been through would be accidentally slamming the car door on my thumb, which didn't even slam hard enough to have the nail fall off; as well as the time I put aloe vera all over my body after a sunburn and had the most excruciating burning and itching sensation I have ever experienced for hours on end. There was also a time when I was just a wee lad where I accidentally stepped on a long nail and had it go through my big toe, but I can't really remember it all too well.

Split knee cap, this happened by missing a backflip, got resplit while climbing.
Double dislocated patella, also happened while playing football.
Dislocated both shoulders three or four times, most memorable was missing a Snatch and didn't let go of the weight.
Wrist, elbow, knee, shoulder, tendinitis, more chronic injuries.
Pulled a pulley, that was really unpleasant.
Three concussions, one from wrestling.

But I do remember one time that a small glass shard got into my toe. My cousin had to get a pincer to get it out from me.
And once, when I tripped into the street chasing another cousin, a bike passed right on top of my pinky finger.
Really, I wasn't that much of an 'adventurer kid', so I haven't hurt myself that badly.
This reminds me of that time I hit my nose with my own ball when I was practicing basketball.
Needless to say I dislike doing sports.
Chipped teeth are not fun, I speak from experience.

One time my sister pushed me off a bunk bed purposely. I fell and broke my leg.
