Lately, I have really wanted to remake this huge parkour map (with about 23+ stages) that I built on a server into my Singleplayer world and publish it. Problem is, the map is so big that my natural laziness does not allow for time to do that. I searched up many inspiring ways to solve and overcome this laziness, but still - nothing. Can any of you help me? This could even change the fate of a really good custom parkour map, you know. Also, it's kind of unique because I made my custom achievements for the parkour.
Two things that come to mind are music and exercise. Find a good track that suits what you're building, or makes you feel pumped and motivated.
You could also go out and move around for a bit, or take a short walk, just to get the blood flowing. Usually it helps me, and when I get back to my computer, I feel more motivated to get some work done.
This is also a side-note, but it could be the environment you're in. If you're on a laptop, try moving to a sunny spot, or somewhere with more natural light.
Exercise helps me get up and be willing to do things(Heck, even 10 simple push-ups works). If I wanted to create something, I just look at other things people did for inspiration. Try looking up other cool parkour maps and maybe add some tweaks.

Just thought of a lazy solution, assuming that the server was running at your computer.
You can simply copy the world file in the server folder to the "saves" folder in ".minecraft".
And then publish that folder compressed in ".zip", ".rar", ".7z" if that's what you want, ".tar.gz" if you want it to look like an uncompiled Linux package, or whatever. You get the point.
You can also try copying the whole thing using WorldEdit then exporting it as ".schematic".
Load the ".schematic" in MCEdit, then export as world save. Then publish that save.
So you're forcing yourself to play a video game?.... logical.

The Commies count their quarters and the ArtSci wish they could, the Engs have the longest pole and slam it home for good, so big, so hard, so tall, it reaches all the way to heaven, so shut your hole, we climbed the pole, we're sci 1 ing 7!!!

If you aren't, just use what the others have said.
I haven't abandoned this forum just yet.

Whaaaat, can't I enjoy a good and catchy song just because it's popular?
I'm forcing myself to hover text in a video for a scene that lasts 2 seconds.
To each their own, eh?
