How do you deal with it when your friends / family are going through it? I started this topic because just moments ago I found out my brother got anAppendicitis. He is now getting the surgery to have his appendix removed. I hope anyone who ever has to go through a surgery comes back safe!
Um... it's not good when someone you love has to go into it?
Well there is a chance the doctor is the doctor from surgeon simulator 2013 but that's a like a 0.000001% chance of that ever happening.
My grandma got hip surgery and she came out perfectly fine. I'm sure nothing will go wrong with your brother.

I really appreciate that, glad to hear your grandma was fine!
I've had a couple of surgeries so far, had problems after some of them but I have more health problems than most people do. I also know three people who've had surgery and only one of them had problems but those were caused by an alergic reaction.
Depends on how serious the surgery is. If they are going into surgery because of something life threatening, or if the surgery may not even be successful I would be very worried. But I understand it may be better to take the chance than none at all. Surgeries are good, they're obviously there to save/help people

What are your thoughts on Surgery?
My dad had appendicitis, but he came back perfectly fine
My grandmother out lived three hearts. Her own heart failed, so she had open heart surgery to replace it with a pig's heart. Then about 5-10 years later the pig heart gave out and it was replaced with a robot heart. (she eventually died of pneumonia a few years later)
If a frail 90 lb old lady can survive having her rib cage cracked open & her heart removed, not once but twice. Your brother should be fine. But surgery is a scary thing for everyone involved, just visit him when he comes around. Maybe bring him his favourite snackfood in the hospital (if that's allowed) while he's convalescing.
Talk to them! Remind them that people are thinking of them outside of the operating room. Talk about what you're going to go do after the surgery; get their minds off of all of the sharp pointy objects.
Edit: I gotta get my wisdom teeth done in two weeks.

I think I might have had him as my doctor for one of my surgeries...
I have a Spoon. Your argument is invalid.
I was actually the doctor from Surgeon Simulator 2012, but I got fired and replaced.
I'm in jail right now.

don't expect me to be on much.
He was a polite, nice, and good young man, without even a legacy.
It's horrible.
An alternate timeline emerges.
However, we must first start from the beginning...
