When I lived in Southern California, fires were always prevalent. I've been evacuated a lot, all the times though never actually turned into a serious scenario.
There was once a massive dust storm that pretty much engulfed my city in dust. Watching the giant cloud of dust speeding towards us was crazy.
It was not fun to clean though.
I was also in a minor earthquake over in California.
A tornado once ripped off the roof of my house. Surprisingly enough, my house was the only one damaged by it (The tornado was small). Nothing much, other than that.
Also I slept through an earthquake during an overnight field trip
I slept through an earthquake from the comfort of my own house. In fact, it was my mother calling me on my phone to make sure I was okay that woke me up
Plenty. We had the first day of school delayed last year because of an earthquake. Hurricane Sandy last year, a tornado 4 years ago, and another one 2 years ago.
I've felt probably about a hundred earthquakes, though all the biggest ever did were to knock a few things off shelves and the like. Possibly the biggest one would have been about a shallow 5.9-6 magnitude earthquake in Christchurch while visiting relatives there (Christchurch had an Earthquake four or so months before hand that killed almost 200 people).
New Zealand, despite all our potential hazards (extremely high levels of volcanism and seismological activities as well as occasional cyclones and flooding and the constant threat of large tsunamis) seems to have very few deadly disasters. Since 1900, we've had two big earthquakes kill 250~ and 180~ people respectively and a train crash because a lahar washed out a bridge, killing 150 odd people. Other than that, no other significant natural disasters off the top of my head.
Course when lake Taupo erupts big time again everyone in the country (and possibly the entire world) will be in a spot of bother.
I live in Alaska so we mostly just have to deal with earthquakes and snowstorms. We also just broke our record for longest winter and most amount of snowfall, I'm so glad its summer now.
Currently, I'm quite near the blazing fires in Colorado, but I've never been in any others.
How about you guys?

An obviously natural type of troll disaster. (Forest fires from a variety of Flame Wars are pretty common also).

Cats.
Here in Florida (at least here) Hurricane's aren't so series cause we're so used to them.At least they were in 2004.
I remember during like the third Hurricane of that year me and my family sat in the living room and played cards. Yea that was a fun year.
don't expect me to be on much.

Once my neighbours house got struck by lightning. That was pretty scary.
