I've ridden three different ones my whole life.
My Dad brought me on one when I was 7, I was scarred for life.
That was in 2006 or so.
In 2012 I rode a roller coaster in Six Flags Fiesta Texas, San Antonio. It was fun, actually.
Last night I rode a roller coaster at my local theme park, called the Bullet, my friends made me ride it and so I tried it and it was fun as hell. So we rode it three times. Now I'm not scared of roller coasters.
The most memorable was riding space mountain or whatever it was in Disney with my eyes closed until the middle. It seriously screws with your sense of direction.
Here's the highest and fastest ride in my part of the state, if I recall correctly.
Used to be a Six Flags park before they broke away and made it their own park. It's called the Ride of Steel, and when you reach the top you can literally see for miles. And it's terrifying. (The winds make it pretty scary, too.)

On the third time we rode the Bullet we kept a straight face the entire ride.

The Beast (Kings Island) is the best one I've rode so far.
I've only been to one county fair and Kings Island,so those 2 are the only chances I get to ride roller coasters.
I rode the Kingda Ka about a year ago while visiting my grandparents. It's the world's tallest and world's second fastest rollercoaster, so I was pretty sure I was going to die the entire time I rode it.
The Intimidator 305 (Kings Dominion) is my favorite that I've ever ridden. It's the tallest and fastest roller coaster ever built in the east coast. I've also ridden the Shockwave, Dominator, Volcano, Flight of Fear, Grizzly, Hurler, Ricochet, Rebel Yell, Anaconda, Stunt Coaster...
List goes on and on.
I've ridden a few but I really hate them. I have an internal need to be in control of my own g-forces. I've driven race cars and flown a helicopter, but nothing makes my stomach feel as bad as a rollercoaster.

What about you?
Then a few years ago I rode a few at Universal Orlando Studios, my favorite was the harry potter one.

The best ones are the wooden coasters, where the cart is shaking and rocky. It really makes the experience better.
The whole ride is backwards.
And the Manta at SeaWorld, California
