Trust me, no one here is going to like you if you're an all-out cocky person. It's better to keep that iPhone you just bought in your pocket rather than bragging it to everyone around your class at school.
There's a line that needs to be drawn somewhere before it can be defined as big-headed. Cocky can be annoying as well, but only in high frequencies.
I know I am an amazing, confident person, however I don't brag about it like someone who is truly big headed.
Personally I hate to tell people that I am A and B, and that I'm also C, etc. People will judge me based on what I do and what I've done, and it's not going to be done by bragging out about it.
Then again, some people are comfortable by hearing praises from other people, so...

I'm leaving the forum, if anyone cared. You can find me on OC or FFR.

The only time I ever brag is to shamelessly pat my ego on the back after I do something amazing, or to make it clear to someone exactly what I'm good at.
An average American will spend an average of 6 months during his lifetime waiting at red lights. If you were to spell out numbers, you would you have to go until 1,000 until you would find the letter "A" Every day more money is printed for Monopoly than for the US Treasury.
American Airlines saved $40,000 in 1987 by eliminating one olive from each salad served first class. Q is the only letter in the alphabet that does not appear in the name of any of the United States

Like when I play League for example.
Ehh...that I get it. Again, some people.
Honestly though, in my view, that could make you look like a low-class pro gamer.
I do. Whenever I see this kind of talk it reminds me of the over-prominent pessimistic attitude found in a lot of people nowadays. Why? I dunno. People suck.
I'm not certain why you're perceiving pessimism, where I'm perceiving a lack of polarization.
"I know nothing, I am insignificant, I may not even exist, my life is meaningless "
Which is short for..
"I am so amazing and annoyingly humble because I like to think of the possibility that my existence is worth nothing."
To the contrary, the acknowledgement of some form of inherent non-existence, and lack of purpose is, as I said, divergent. I'm speaking only for myself of course, I don't know or care about any other people you've interacted with. To me life can always be dissolved to a duality, which can then further dissolve into something multifaceted all it's own. Innate positive and negative in every situation.
It's the same line of logic that would produce "I know something, because I know, I know nothing." It's inherent contradiction in anything and everything, an unsteady, but perpetual equilibrium. To be honest, I haven't even thought these type of thoughts in, a long enough time that I can't quite recall. I know the type of person you're referencing, they drown themselves in the finer paradoxes, build their walls, use it as an excuse to lie stagnant, yet put themselves on a lofty plane above others. That is the definition of waste. However, if someone constantly drowns themselves in the material world, a world of myriad colors and tones, and often nonsensical substance, how is it a bad thing from any angle for them to dry to draw a contrast. An anchor. A perceived difference between something and nothing.
Divergence of thought is an excuse to cripple the self, for some. But not all, I'd say they're just a minority that happens to stand out simply because of that fact.
And then there are those cocky sobs who like to think there is a possibility they are God, because surely there is a chance that this universe is centered around you.
Not quite what I was getting at. It is is an interesting thing, and I think almost everyone sloshes it around their mind at least once. I call immediate bull if you try to claim that line of thought has never occurred to you.
I was more talking about a collective whole. The balance, ripples, intricate mass of multicolored strings, cause and effect, all of it that ties us as a race together. Even on a quantum level. I'm not religious honestly, and I don't believe there is any "God" beyond the individual, and our infinite ability to make choices and exact our will on the world around us. That is the only God I see. There is a difference between contemplation, and visceral belief.
And if anything, these conversations also shows off the prominent Atheists attitude of, "If there is no proof, it doesn't exist," which to me is also just another way of say, "I can't think for myself."
I don't know or care much for Atheists. Many of them almost treat it like a scattered and decentralized religion. I just live my life, religion plays no part. I'm an Atheist comparatively, when run up against religious ideologies. I think that everything requires first hand experience of some form. I agree that the dogmas of the "rational world" are inherently limiting and akin to just another slavery of the mind. But that's a whole different conversation.
It's sooooo irritating every god damn time I hear these kind of conversations, and I can't help but scoff anytime I hear anyone talk this way.
Then join in. Contrast is the best way to show your disgust, and I would actually say, in most cases, that's the best thing anyone could do for anyone else.
Asexuals.
Leave them to their own problems, Ghastkin.

Your Facebook friend, who apparently, from I can see, is a love-hating, pessimistic piece of garbage who should die in a fire.
And that everything is just plain impossible.
