I've read both. Post apocalyptic literature has been going under improvements the past few years. If you even told to someone about post apocalyptic literature ten years ago they would laught at your face.

So basically if I told someone in 2003 that Fallout would be good, I would be scoffed at? Good to know.

Damn A World Devoid was such a good adventure... had you played Mobster's adventures back on Spore days?
I can't say I remember if I had. The most memorable adventures I had played were those created by Jschwegman. Those were some beautifully done adventures, awesome story telling. I loved them.
Other than that, Rebecca's Valley of the Dragons if only for the horrible use and reuse of artifacts. It very quickly became a cliche in that series that you had to collect three non-descript "artifacts" to solve an otherwise unbeatable situation. It was rather comical.

I've played quite a few memorable adventures. I still remember HRMatt's The Words series. As well as the recreation of Saving Private Ryan. Quite a few were memorable. Others were just plain old stuff.
It's funny how people think that "war" means "one captain against 30 enemies. Kill them all".

Lol.
I think I did the Saving Private Ryan adventure once but always had trouble on the beach, so I beat it once and didn't go back.
Oh, and there was another horrible series I played at the insistence of a friend. He told me it was good. I played it all, it was not. Legend of Blaze... Another generic-as-all-hell Dragon OC series that I had so many nit-picks about the creator blocked me.
Ryujin was a nice adventure maker too. Vilage too, he had some pretty quirky fun things going on. Happy Fun Town is the best.

Eh, I was talking about literature.
Fallout wins though. That, and Wasteland.
Start up nation seems pretty nice, i kind of like reading about history and war too.
I dont know why really, it's just interesting to me.
