Unfortunately I can only get around 6 hours a night during the week.

Usually 5-6 hours per night. Ideally, I'd like 7 hours.. But this is working okay.

So, basically, 4-5 hours of sleep. I feel good in the mornings, especially when I sleep in the shower.
