If not try to sleep more,I find that it helps me if i have had a good 10 hours of sleep
Brony overload.
Anyways, actually I have been getting a lot less sleep lately. I got a good 11-12 hours last night though, I feel alright today, but perhaps a little groggy because I haven't gotten good sleep in weeks up until now.

I'm a Java programmer, and I'm a terrible artist. Anything else, just ask me.
Caffeine can actually disrupt sleep if the drinker consumes enough on routine. Plus, caffeine withdrawal can really take a toll on how you function during a normal day.
Caffeine can be a solution for a short-term issue, but with something like loss of sleep, it really isn't the wisest of choices.
Why is this happening and is there a way to reverse it?

Are you maintaining a healthy diet? Have you recently been going through any stressful events? Are you getting enough sleep?

I play hockey and work out 3 days a week, so my diet is very good. Nothing stressful is going on, I think it's a loss of sleep.
Working out and being active is not your diet. What you eat is your diet.
What do you like to snack on?
My diet usually consists of this:
Breakfast:
Breakfast Burrito (ham, cheese, eggs)
Buttered Toast x2
Orange Juice 1-3 Glasses
Water 1-2 Glasses
Lunch:
Any kind of meat
Any kind of side
Water 1-3 Glasses
Dinner is just about the same as lunch, with milk instead of water.
I hydrate a lot during the day drinking water a lot.
Snacks:
Goldfish ( )
Crackers
Peanuts
Granola Bars
Fruits
Like I said, I think it's a lack of sleep.
You're more varied than I am. I've been eating a bagel every day for the past five years, lol.
And no, I'm not Jewish. I'm Armenian.
But hell if I know.
Found your problem.
My DeviantArt, so sexy
I lol'ed.
Nope. Never drank or smoked or injected, ect. in my entire life.
