All the girls at my school are morons too. And the slutty girls think all the girls like me who dress decently are "****ing nerds that should go somewhere and die, because they're never going to get anywhere in life, and no one wants them."
At least I know that I won't be pregnant before I'm 18.
It's not like I'm ugly either. Everyone I know OUTSIDE of school thinks I'm gorgeous.
And this is why I've never had a boyfriend before. Where I go to school, guys won't wanna date you unless you're a prostitute or a ****.
You're my ****ing hero.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Let your opinion be without bias, and be swift to correct yourself rather than others.
1. No offensive images or text on any clothes.
2. Don't show up naked.
Problem solved.
No that wouldn't work b/c everybody has a differing perspective on the grasp of what is inappropriate or what is appropriate.
For example:
My old school believed (and still does) that images of skulls, blood, guns, or anime (weird right?) is strictly banned due to the school board believing it is inappropriate for the students
That is why you specifically outline what is offensive in the national dress code.
I'd rather see a national uniform if you want something broad reaching. Make it something cheap, even jeans (or slacks to make everyone look nice) and a polo (no logos or graphics) would probably be good enough.
So recently in school, a bunch of girls have been dressing indecently, making them look like whores. Sooo... The principal decided to ban revealing clothing like short-shorts, leggings, etc. Now everybody is ranting on Facebook about how their rights are being violated, when I think that's straight ********. What do you think?
Let one of them get raped and see how quickly the attitude changes (Not that I wish rape on any person)
Fact of the matter is schools are allowed to have a dress code and students are obligated to follow it
Little girls nowadays dress way too slutty it's shows like jersey shore, teen mom and toddlers and tiaras that are really and truely destroying our youth. It really makes me sad the sate of mind I see some young people in. Most kids can't correctly identify where other countries are on maps, or know a damn thing about math and science, but they sure know everything about what the Kardasians think is cool.
At the rate we are going now in 50 years our country will be a cess pool, and we will be lucky to not be invaded by China, because we have nobody intelligent enough to do anything about it.
School is for learning not picking up girls, or impressing boys.

Jeans, please. I don't want to have to buy $120 pairs of pants............
No. I'm opposed to uniforms. I feel that letting kids choose what they wear (although with some minor restrictions) is the best way to go.
I am too. But yet to this day I have the crappiest school for it.
Rules they set down:
Read it and be angry like me Travis.
Shirts
1. Shirts will be maroon in color. Shirts will have a collar and short sleeves. Shirts will be plain, with no pockets, writing, emblems, or designs of any kind except a standard CHS logo. Also, approved school organization will be allowed to wear school approved non-uniform shirts on special occasions. (The occasions will be approved by the Principal or his designee.) The rest of the uniform policy and dress code would remain in effect of these days. For example, shirts would continue to be tucked in and ID cards, where applicable, worn even though the shirt would be non-uniform.

UNEXCUSED ABSENCES WILL BE GIVEN WHEN STUDENTS ARE SENT HOME TO TAKE CARE OF ANY OF THE ABOVE POLICES. STUDENTS WHO VIOLATE SET DRESS AND GROOMING POLICIES SHALL ALSO BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION. (TOR OR SUSPENSION)
They're control freaks where I go........
The amount of control they place is WAY over-done. It does not need to be so strict.
"OH YES!! We must ban long hair on boys because it's, wait....oh no....it's HOT! OMG we can't have that! We have to look alike! OH and WAIT! We have to all have the same hair color, so no individuality is displayed at all and everyone looks like a clone! OMG that's soo cool!"
This is what the school board believes.
(P.S. I copy/pasted those off the school's website....)

Just out of curiosity, what are you supposed to do on days that are at 5ºF (-15ºC)?
I'd be the moron wearing two undershirts, four polos, two pairs of slacks, three pairs of socks, and two belts. No sweatshirt.
Be careful, ya might be

I didn't see anything about multiple shirts, belts, pants, or socks. As long as they were all what the code specified, there really isn't much they could do.

They make stuff up as they go. They recently banned coffee.

You're my ****ing hero.
With a school it's just the principle not wanting to get in trouble for having a boner while staring at underaged girls. >.>
They will complain. A lot.
It's their problem anyway. Because, some guy just didn't want to see what's under their* pants.

They are something like $10-$15 at Walmart.
$20 - $30 at JCP.

They make us wear a specific brand of slacks. Crazy right? Never would've guessed it was a poor, low class rundown school.
I thought the same thing.
