Some of the more messed up custom stories in Amnesia where a monster could just teleport in your face any moment, with no warning.
Also, like the person 2 posts above, I'm quite afraid of heights but I love traveling in planes.

Other than that I don't get scared by anything unless somebody happens to get me which I give anyone that can that I know perfect respect.
I can also walk up to people and stand next to them for a couple of minutes before they relize I'm there, scares them every time >
Ticks. Well, not ticks themselves, since i can always pull them off, but Lyme disease or that Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever -- especially the fear that I will have the disease and not know about it until it's irreversible or done something permanent.

I don't mind planes however because most of them are fairly safe and I know only a freak accident will cause them to crash.
