A zombie attack breaks into your homeland and you are forced to prevent against these attacks. What would be your signature zombie apocalypse weapon?
Mine would be a spiked baseball bat.

Cus there is nothing more fun than having to yank and pull should the bat actually get stuck inside of one. xD
Probably be my pistol, assuming its the same as all games and movies, one shot in the head and its done.
My Benelli 20-Gauge semiauto with the anarchy A scratched into the stock, and my .270 with the same thing. Nothing on my handgun, because it's made of metal.

I agree a pistol is more effective but its kind of boring. thats just my opinion though, just wondering what people would use.
All right i've been thinking.. when life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade, MAKE LIFE TAKE THE LEMONS BACK. GET MAD! I DON'T WANT YOUR DAMN LEMONS! WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THESE?
Nothing can stand against it, and time will be on my side. Just bar myself in the basement for a short time with my stash of apcolymeal and wait them out. After all, they'll eventually decay or starve themselves to inability. Even if they're the parasitic or virus type once they infect everyone available they'll have no method to eat or reproduce, so they'll starve, or cannibalize.
Wear my skiing gear, and go to the mountains. With the cold, steep incline, and my speed on skis, I could wipe all the zombies in the area out with my ski poles in 30 minutes, enough time to go back to the now abandoned resort until they starve.
I'd carry a Remington 700 rifle, a glock 17 with ragular parabellum and hollowpoints, and a heavy wood bat.
Remington leaves huge holes in things so I'd use it against tough things.

A bat for when I need to create some distance. I would keep away from any sharp weapons because I find them useless in a zombie scenario. It sticks and you have to pull which is time consuming. Also the fact that when you get up close and personal with a zombie would mean that you are in a bad situation. So a blunt melee weapon is ideal because it doesn't stick and can apply enough force to knock a zombie over so you can get away.

Oh my god, if a zombie apocalypse happened, I would buy an axe and 20 purple monsters(Energy drink).
The fun I would have.

Face it, everything's against their asses.
My DeviantArt, so sexy
Yes.
Basically just brass knuckes with a knife sticking out the end.
You don't have to reload a blade.
A Crowbar would also be acceptable.

That was the most epic thing I've ever seen someone do with a keyboard. Though TBH, you'd probably want to reinforce the out of it.
Personally, I think I would go with some sort of pump-action crossbow. I saw instructions for one once (very detailed) in a '60s Popular Mechanics.
