I don't know about that. I only know a few skaters, but they're pretty chill guys. Not assholes in the slightest. Maybe they're chill because they smoke an illegal substance. But really, what's wrong with that?

Marijuana doesn't kill. Sorry, from consumption there has never been a recorded death. Yet it is illegal. Alcohol causes (from consumption only) thousands of deaths every year. That DOES NOT include drunk driving etc. So smoking illegal substances (usually this means pot) is really not that harmful...

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to make everything symmetrical.

Long term health effect? Maybe some social complications, with friends, family, etc.?
How about the impact of such information on minors. This. People don't take into consideration.

Oh I see your point completely. That is why there has to be an age restriction on it (18 or 21, whichever you like). But really, long term effects, so many people smoke pot (I am not one of them. I'm 21 and I've smoked pot maybe 10 times total) and there haven't been any recordings of long term effects that equal or exceed alcohol or tobacco. It just isn't as dangerous, period.
BUT YES, youths should not be subjected to this legally, I agree completely. Just like 16 year olds aren't allowed to purchase alcohol or tobacco, they shouldn't be able to legally purchase pot. That is just one persons stance, though I know of a lot of people who agree, smokers or not.

Atheists:
They are immoral and are a bane in society.
As for Marijuana posts;
There are far WORSE things to do to your body... But I don't really do any of it (maybe too much screen-time but wtv). As for deaths... You can technically overdose on -anything-, including oxygen, water, and sunlight. Now, this includes marijuana also, though it seems that it doesn't happen often. I would argue that is marijuana was as accessible as alcohol, you'd see an increase (though doubtfully equal to alcohol) in deaths related to marijuana.
I'd say my position is all recreation drugs should be -legalized- though heavily taxed. They should also be restricted from minors (to me, minor age group ends at 20) just like anything else. Of course, any argument I make referring to recreational drugs can easily apply to substances such as Caffeine which are bad for you and are addictive (like other drugs). This opens a slippery slope as to what is considered a drug, what should be taxed, and how much control the government should have.
I mean, I sorta agree with the Junk Food tax which was considered, but again, that's a slippery slope. Conversely, if we just say "let people decide what people put in their bodies" general taxes will sky-rocket due to higher death rates due to drugs, obesity, and dangerous lifestyles.
It is truly a difficult issue whether or not the government should be involved, and by how much.

There has not been even a single death attributed to marijuana consumption. Period. Alcohol, that's a different story entirely. YES, you can OD on pot, but you'd have to smoke about twice your body weight in a 24 hour period, which is humanly IMpossible. People die everyday from consuming too much alcohol in one sitting, not a long term effect, but consuming too much in ONE sitting. This has never happened with pot, period.

Every CoD player is a rage filled 10 year old who thinks everyone worse than him is a total noob and everyone better than him is a hacker.
Also, those silly Asians can't stop reproducing.
Super LOL at this. Even though I've been a past avid CoD player, I can definitely laff at this (laugh, yes i know is the correct spelling). People need to lighten up in general, that's is my personal belief.

I am a heavy CoD player. I rage from time to time, yes. I am better than a fair amount of people, that is K/D wise and strategic wise. I have a 2.17 or 2.19 K/D. That's when I last checked, which was about 2 hours ago. And I know for a damn fact. There are legit players that are better than me.
anime nerds: anti-social fatties that are extremely passive aggressive. And they smell.
LIESZ!
I am skinny.
I am kind. (i hope)
I try to be social.
That's why it's a stereotype.
I'm into anime, manga, comics, cartoons...all that awesome stuff.
And I work out 5 times a week for an hour and half. Why does that matter? Because I don't look the part for my interests (according to stereotypes). I had a friend I met in the dorms who pinned me as a person I was not. It wasn't until I hung out with him on a friday night and watched him play paper mario, providing insight on the side, that he said "ya know, until we did this I thought you were just a sports dude. A jock".
Same kind of stuff happened when I went to anime club with a friend when I was in school....it was an interesting experience.
They definitely treated me differently. Like I was some poser/outcast trying to move in on their interests.
See, I came from a weird upbringing where I was encouraged toward my interest in art and cartoons...but at the same time physical activity. Both of my parents were professional natural body builders. So I got into working out and stuff through them.(Mostly because I got tired of being picked on though)
So to most of the kids at anime club I looked like some kind of jock. The same kind of **** who probably picked on them growing up.
So I could understand why anyone would be skeptical. Everyone makes snap judgements. It's a natural instinct for us. I mean...I was picked on pretty hardcore growing up too. Like I said, I had an interest in all things cartoons/comics growing up. Plus I liked to draw. I was quiet too. So I got bullied very often. In fact, bullying was pretty bad in my school. Think hollywood style stuff.
Anyways...point being...people aren't always the paper cut outs we think they are from a simple passing glance.
Ooooooh fun
The French: wear berets and black and white stripped shirt, always have a baguette, shower rarely and can´t ever speak any other language than French
The German: fat belly beer drinking Bratwurst/brezel eating and wearing lederhosen
The English: loud slap happy drunk hooligans
The Italian: loud yet lots of arm speaking, Fiat drivers pretending to be driving a Ferrari and have way too greassy hair
