I have played Portal 1 for the Xbox 360, and I love the game. However, I felt that the game was a bit short. Haven't played Portal 2, but want to. Is it worth buying it? If so, for the 360 or PC?
Note: I have a laptop, and I do not know if Portal 2 will be smooth for my laptop. So, can there be a refund if it's rough?
Portal 2 was better than 1, in my opinion, and well worth the purchase (especially if you grab it during a sale). According to my Steam library it took me around 8 hours to complete the single player campaign (I haven't done any co-op or custom maps for it).
It's much longer than 1, and is just as good if not better. I personally would buy it in a steam sale though (two days left atm). If you're unsure of if FPS issues will happen, try running the demo which exists for a reason.

Of course, definitly buy two! It's got a great storyline, and amazing graphics, and humor, and mechanics! I played this one first and beat it in like, 12 hours. Then I played the first and got 3 hours. I would give it a buy and definitely a whole playthrough.
Yes, Portal 2 is definetly worth buying as funny as the first one. Plus if you buy on pc and it can run it you can transfer to your PSN if you have it. I don't know if it's the same with XBox though.
YES! I recently played it again, and I missed a lot of the plot line. So pay attention! IT's well worth it, especially if you played 1. The Plot in that game is just amazing.

Since you liked Portal, I can say that you'll like Portal 2 even more.

I got it for $5 during a sale, and it is much better than Portal 1. You don't need a very good PC to run it, but download the demo if you're unsure. I'm sure it would be better on PC, but if you can't run it then Xbox will be fine.

I'm just a regular kid who likes to play games. 'nuff said.
I would recommend any first-person game be played on PC instead of a console. I enjoyed Portal 2 a lot.
The co-op multiplayer is really great too. You would think it would just be the singleplayer modified a bit, but really it's completely separate and you absolutely need to be cooperative to beat it.
