Banjo and Kazooie is pretty similar to Crash and Spyro, right?
I don't know, actually. I think Spyro and Banjo and Kazooie had some similar elements. Crash Bandicoot though, not really. Crash was more fast-paced running to point A to B, but it was SO much fun.
Yes, I remember them. Crash Bandicoot: TWOC was the first game I ever owned. I wish they hadn't done those titan ones, though, they had very few of the original Crash mechanics and the repeated levels were really annoying. The best one, in my opinion, was Twinsanity, I wish they'd do another one like that.
I've played a few Spyro games, didn't like them as much as Crash.

No, there has never, ever been a sandbox game with a story or ending... except Grand Theft Auto... and Saints Row... and Red Dead Redemption... and Crack Down... and Assassins Creed...
It's a pity that 2 doesn't work anymore though, that one was my favorite.
Yeah, I have all three of them but the audio is messed up at parts. I guess that's the price paid for a working console and game of that age.

Crash bandicoot games were great even bash, ctr, tag team. didn't mine the titans.
It's great to be able to play games with such nostalgic value; no 'modern' game series could ever compare with them in my opinion.
Though to be honest the Crash Bandicoot games are, by far, my favourite
