It no secret that many pc gamers look down on gamer who play on console or mobile I for want to know the big deal with playing on ps4 or xbox one I have a good pc for gaming myself but I still find myself playing on console more than pc. I do believe pc is a good platform for gaming but a lot of pc gamers wont shut up about it and ask me my pc specs way to much and many claim that they are ascended gamers and because I sometimes like to play on pc im apparently an Pc Elitist and hate consoles. I just say everytime "Man you need a life these are video games devices not a cult who cares what you play on Its about having fun not being some sort supremacy".
Sorry but is it wrong to think the most important part of gaming is having fun and enjoying the game and not what you play on. If you like a game more on pc then it fine but don't ruin the experience for other gamers on other console just because they to play on a different plat for in the end were all gamers and same for console fan boys/girls gamers have the right to enjoy any game on any platform they want. Its like how I like terraria on console than pc it does not mean in console fan boy deserve hate for it in the all that matter is that we all just want to play games and want play to with friends.
Console games do the same thing it's an endless cycle of hating on each other and fighting over stupid thing all I care about is having fun playing the game's and playing with friends regardless if platform. Is it so wrong to want to have gamers just enjoy the game and not fight or yell at each other about what we play on.

sorry for the typo its now fixed and sorry about the way it written this for what ever reason my pc bugg out when ever try to put a space next to a period or at the beging of an article on a curse site any cures site
I was not referencing a typo... in fact I didn't even notice.
I was referring to the unreadable run-on sentences and poor sentence structure which made it difficult to parse and read.
In terms of irony, the irony is that you basically said that they need to get a life and stop caring about how other people play games while simultaneously complaining about how other people play games.
They also speak about how pc has better graphics but what they don't mention is the literally hundred sometimes even thousands of dollars it cost to get a graphic card it cost to run game 60 fps in 1800p while making sure the game you paid for is compatible with your operating system.
PC does have better graphics. Consoles are locked at 30 FPS and also can only run at 1080P, not 1800P (Which I'm not even sure exists; if it does it's definitely not common).
You never need to spend thousands on a graphics card for gaming. Usually anything past $250 is a complete waste of money for gaming (Unless you're running at a resolution higher than 1080P, in which case you spent at least a few hundred on a monitor and can afford a very high-end graphics card.).
To run any game on medium settings at around 30FPS (which should be similar than console settings), you could probably just spend around $100 on a graphics card.
Operating system compatibility issues are very rare these days. Unless you've got a Mac, (in this case all the money complaints probably aren't an issue and you can buy a copy of Windows for around $100) are running Linux (You should have looked up the limitations before installing it because "It's free". Again $100 can fix this though) or are running an old, outdated version of Windows (As far as I know modern games will still run fine on operating systems as old as XP. Anything older than XP and your computer is probably too outdated to run most new games well anyway.)
Basically this "paragraph" (Not really, because you used to grammar at all in your post) is full of stuff you made up just to "have a point". I've got nothing against consoles or people who use them, just don't make stuff up to complain about other platforms.
Ok, so I just did some translating for you, I think this was what you meant.
I've found that PC gamers tend to look down on the console users, I'm curious as to why they use PC instead of console, like myself. Personally, I think it's a good platform for gaming, but the users are too overbearing on PC specs and believe that they are higher than console gamers. Although the PC has superior graphics, a machine that can run a game at high graphics costs thousands of dollars and has a chance of being incompatible.
PC gamers also bug me about modding games, I do enjoy mods and occasionally use them in games, but they eventually defeat the purpose of the game and become annoying.
Another point that has aggravated me was upon purchasing Arma 2, I was criticized by many players for playing it. (I could not for the life of me decipher the last part of this)
So in my opinion, I prefer console over the PC, and am curious to know which you prefer, and please remember that you won't be judged by your preference.

And who are you, the proud lord said, that I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat, that's all the truth I know.
In a coat of gold or a coat of red, a lion still has claws,
And mine are long and sharp, my lord, as long and sharp as yours.
And so he spoke, and so he spoke, that lord of Castamere,
But now the rains weep o'er his hall, with no one there to hear.
Yes now the rains weep o'er his hall, and not a soul to hear.
I don't like the concept of consoles for three reasons.
1. Static hardware. Games built for console are not able to use the full potential of upgraded hardware when they are ported to PC. This can mean things like graphics, world size, gameplay, etc.
2. Console exclusives. I don't like how stingy Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo are with their 'exclusives.' This forces you to have to buy three consoles just to play all their games. If every game was built on PC or something similar, they would not be able to do this.
3. No modding. I love being able to mod the games I play to the way I like.
Quote from Scorpioniusjump
But anyways, I prefer the console over the PC. Sure, PC might have better graphics than consoles but I like gameplay more.
What's the difference in gameplay? You can plug a controller into a PC. Unless you meant the games more?
Quote from Scorpioniusjump
I am sure that one day, consoles will have graphics as good as the best PCs.
Consoles use similar/the same hardware that computers do. (As in the same architecture, usually consoles will have custom hardware though)
Because of this a console will usually cost around the same as a computer of a similar speed. Meaning that if a console had as good graphics as the best PCs then the console would cost a lot more.
The point of consoles is usually so that you don't have to spend a lot and don't have to worry about not being able to run a game. If consoles had the same graphics as PC games do then they would have the same exact issues of PC gaming.
Fix your post- a big wall of text is pretty hard to read.
But anyways, I prefer the console over the PC. Sure, PC might have better graphics than consoles but I like gameplay more. I am sure that one day, consoles will have graphics as good as the best PCs.
I myself also have a pretty good computer, but I know nothing about it, except for the fact that it's a big computer, it's brand and that it can run all games on medium graphics settings. I also think that people shouldn't care too much about their PC and others': I mean, it's a game. It's just for fun, right?
The time where Consoles produced better graphics or equal graphics to PCs ended some time ago, around the advent of 3D Accelerator cards. The disparity has become more pronounced over time and I doubt consoles will catch up. Consoles typically have an advantage in the form of initial price point, but that comes with an additional cost of being non-upgradable. Another advantage that consoles used to have is that you could be playing a game very quickly- however, now with the console systems performing "system updates" no less frequently than a typical PC system, that advantage has been lost.
When it comes to older titles it is often easier to play a PSX game than try to get the PC Version working on a modern system. Though I've no experience with the latest generation Xbox one and PS4, as I understand it their operation is more straightforward, particularly in the sense of the Out of Box Experience- you don't need to install any Operating System, Driver software, etc. and it comes completely functional out of the box. Some might argue that prefab PCs come this way too- and they would be right, but unlike consoles they also come with enough crapware to fill a cesspit.
Looks like someone went to r/pcmasterrace and took it seriously.

PS4 and Xbox One run 60 FPS, but Xbox One occasionally drops.
Hmm. Well, we might never know what the future brings, eh? Isn't it possible that, with new technology, consoles will produce graphics as good as PC graphics?
You're saying this as if consoles use completely different technology than PCs.
Both the Xbox 1 and the PS4 use special 8-core AMD Jaguar CPUs. This architecture is used in computers also: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaguar_(microarchitecture)
Consoles are basically computers with a special operating system. Not an alien device which runs on magic.
there is major flaw in this thread, now am not for the so called pc master race but am not against them either but really it just summed up pc fan boys yet you did not mention one thing about about console fan boys...
all hard core fan boys (not fans just the FAN BOYS) suck for any console pc wii u ps4 xbox one heck there seems to be a rise of 16-bit war was the best gen of all time guys...

sorry I typed the whole thing in less than in less than 15 minute's. Plus what I consider no life and what you consider no life are probably very different but i respect your opinion never the less.
I got a gaming pc for Christmas last year, so I guess I'm part of the pc master race. However, I prefer playing games on my Wii U. Why? I don't know, honestly. Maybe it's the way that the controller fits in my hand. However, I can't really make that complaint because I have an XBox 360 controller for my pc. Maybe it's because I really like to just sit on the couch with some friends instead of having to set up shaky servers and skype calls. Maybe it's because I like looking at my tv instead of my computer monitor. Maybe it's because the Wii U cost $320 and came with a game, while my pc, despite the reduced cost that goes along with building it yourself, cost $700 and came with nothing.
Whatever it is, I prefer my Wii U. I really only use my pc for games that aren't on the Wii U, and times when my parents are using the tv.

Your friends know absolutely nothing about computers if they spend that much on a computer just for gaming. For an extremely high end computer which will run games (not very well towards the last few years probably, but will still run them) for the next 7 or so years will cost you $1500 at most. I bought a HP prebuilt back in March 2012 for around $1600 (I over payed a lot for this also, if I had built or looked around more for better deals I would have been able to save at least $500) and 3 years later I can still max new games like Shadow of Mordor at around 40 FPS. I'd expect this computer to be able to run games well (as in maxed out or nearly maxed out at 1080P) for the next 2 years at least without upgrades.
