Manipulation of biological thingymabobbers. Like from cosmetic changes to sickness and mutation. I was thinkin about having like, The ability to mechanical summon. The spider droids/drones I make could inject the biological problems and stuff that messes with people. But it seems like all the abilities I come up with are either underpowered, or overpowered. If i did have drones like that, I guess I could make them form a suit of armor to protect me. And it might even be helpful, because if someone is good with tech, they could reverse-engineer the drones and make them produce cures or helpful medicines.

Half full? Half empty? Something else altogether? You decide.
It looks cool-ish, but my character's main abilities are mostly in his mechanical intelligence. One ability that might be cool is opening a portal to another dimension and allowing strange creatures to come through.
Plus, Rewop is kinda dead.

Normally I would put an advertisement for a game that doesn't exist or a stupid sign telling you you've got a virus.
Not today.
If you are a citizen of the United States, or anyone who is involved in any way with the United States, I urge you to watch this video. Your government has a serious problem.
((I would just use creatures, and only biological ones at that. Kinda like a cross between the Zerg and Xen.))

Hey guys, I'm considering starting a new RP for people of intermediate to advanced skill level(preferably at least. I'd like to reduce the amount of one-liners). It's a combat-oriented war rp involving magic and steampunk. Would appreciate thoughts on this.
If I do not reply to my posts, I either have no internet connection, or am busy with college work. Alternatively, I may be writing up the post now. It all depends on the situation.
I've seen you RP and it seems that you do so relatively well, but your descriptions seem to vary from several paragraphs to one-liners. Just try to lessen the amounts of short paragraphs and I think you'll do well. Although, if you need some advice, I always tend to write about character dialogue, character thoughts, the general surroundings, or perhaps my character's reaction to something in addition to the character's action.
TL:DR: I'm accepting anyone, as long as they do well, avoid one-liners and follow the basic rules of RP. I think you'll be a great addition to the RP, just need more people interested before I make the official thread.

There is absolutely no elements of roleplay involved, the entire thread is just character profiles that are written into a story the OP creates around them.
To me this looks like something that would be either in general off topic or culture, media, and arts.

Same. The idea of forum roleplaying is that multiple people collaborate to create a story. Not a single contrivution then watch the story unfold, it doesn't work that way(or at least, it shouldn't).

If we get 3 others to agree I'm going to ask a mod to move it.

Well pokefan, that probably is something to discuss with someone over a PM. It might not be a good idea to do so without permission or doing it publicly so you can keep it secret from the rest of the players.

While that may be true Kaz, we both know that when bio's intertwine it creates a much more intriguing plot. It's basic knowledge, that's why my next roleplay will be a deeply intertwined society where everybody is a somebody connected to another somebody.
First, don't call me Kaz, there is an R in my name
second, this is roleplay, a collaborative effort, you can't force players to intertwine their stories because they don't know how others want to develop their characters or what their plans are. If you were writing alone, sure, you know how your characters will work with eachother and you have a plan completely figured out for each of them. Seprate people with their own characters don't work that way, you can only get so deep.
a good example is when Solawind had a friend join HMA only to have them be part of his plot without telling the rest of us, This made a character who didn't care for anything BUT the plot they were intertwined with. It was a bad move.

It would be quite fun, and most of my attacks would be from the creatures/people/robots/things. I might also pull weapons from dimensions.
What do ya think?

I would love to join your RP. The thing is, from what you have seen, I have probably done a lot of one liners.
But, I have been cleaning my act up.
Would I be able to join?
