"We must call for aid! Executor, bring out the Reavers! ... What? What do you mean we don't have reavers anymore? Then... send the Dragoons! ... Ugh, then what do you suggest? ... What's a Void Ray?!" -Tassadar, Savior of the Templar

PSA: If you're in the tournament, go nuts. Launch attacks, begin gambits, it is your time to shine. Excessive sloth can only mean your character will just sit there and get laser'd.
As an aside, should we run multiple rounds in parallel using additional arenas?

But what is happening? I get it's a hunger games sort of deal but how are the teams grouped up? About how big is the arena? Are we just trying to kill enemies? Do we have special clothing? Will my characters just be with their teams? Do teams have a way to communicate? I know it's a bit to ask but it's so I can play fair.
But what is happening? Annual Tournament.

About how big is the arena? It was described by Dcat a page back IC. I'll hash out a more detailed description with her and post it in the main for reference. Not that you need to know it, the arena will be changing.
Are we just trying to kill enemies? You are trying to win. Death does not necessarily constitute a win.
Do we have special clothing? Whatever you want to wear.
Will my characters just be with their teams? Your characters will be on their teams yes.
Do teams have a way to communicate? In the arena? Only if they prepped something before hand. Team ETG and Tableflip do, but only because Team ETG has ETG-issue equipment and Jake gave some to his brother on Tableflip.
I know it's a bit to ask but it's so I can play fair. Ask away, I don't mind.
Quick and final question just to make sure I have a grasp on this; there is one arena but we will run several matches of team vs team battles in parallel to save time, yes? If so I recall there being a list of which team would fight which somewhere. This is the last bit of aid I need then I'll be able to get out of your hair

8 arenas interconnected using majyyks. You can switch which arena you view by thinking about it and also change which arena you see on which screens. There are also portals available if you so desire, and from the inside of all arenas it appears that the entire audience is at their arena, assuming they achieve a position with a view of the outside. Rigel just announced which arena which teams are fighting in, but the geography of the arenas have not yet been entirely established. Just have to wait for Matt to get on steam...
What do we do with Team BFAPhones, considering most everyone on that team is inactive at the moment?

If (the controllers of) members of your team are absent, another (controller of a) person on that team can take over for them. In the event that all 5 people on a team are either absent or nameless NPCs, they are disqualified. IC, it's because a member is missing.
If it does, it'd be a single boss fight, danmaku style.

I return from my trip around France. I feel culturally enriched and my body is suffering from jet lag. What I miss?
Oh no, it's a link to an awesome flash game!
