Peter-
I walked outside, having no clue of what the exact time was, and went to the coffee shop. I got my usual and went back home. As I sipped my frappuccino I logged into my laptop. I emailed Clara even though she was in my house.
Hey Clara.
I'm leaving town tomorrow. I'll be going somewhere far away with Luke. I have never
traveled far from Mist Creek so I wish to now. If you don't mind, please tell N, Xalox,
and my other friends why I've left.
-Peter
I hit send. I stood up and walked around the house, packing only what I needed.
Clara noticed that Peter was... was he packing? Where was he going? She walked up behind him, "Peter... where are you going...?" she asked softly, almost timidly, as if she expected a scolding for asking personal questions.

N looked to Drake in a worried way, he knew the failed experiment must be getting the poor guy down... "Teddy... I want you to uh... tell Mr. Drake breakfast will be here soon"
He walked down the stairs to make Drake some eggs and bacon, despite his decline, humans needed to eat.
~
Xalox walked off after the fight had ended. Taking a stroll through the park, he did notice a man walking with bandages on his arms, his lips parted slightly, Xalox guessed he was talking to himself. He slowly walked towards him and smiled, "Lovely day, don't you think, sir?"
~
Tawny smiled, "Hey, give yourself credit, I don't think many others would want a cat mutant living in their home" she remarked, though her voice held a slight tinge of breathlessness. Because that was true, nobody had really let her live in their house or room with them in any way. She'd had to work for her apartment.

"Elysia had somehow managed to engage the creatures in a mass tournament of Tic Tac Toe. "
Hajime continued walking through the park when he heard someone talking. At first he thought this person was talking to someone else, but on closer inspection he saw that in fact the stranger was talking to him.
"Not really... I've had better days than this." Said Hajime in a somewhat harsh, and hasty tone. Almost as though he is in a hurry to get somewhere. Hajime looked tired, their were dark circles under his eyes, and he was also sweating profusely. Hajime's breathing was also quite heavy.
Xalox began to walk a little more quickly, a slight breeze causing his black cloak to blow slightly backwards. "Sometimes the loveliest days are the days when nothing happens at all, if I do say so myself"
He noticed the man must be in a hurry, "Might I ask where you're headed? If I may?"

"Elysia had somehow managed to engage the creatures in a mass tournament of Tic Tac Toe. "
Hajime sighed as he turned to Xalox. "I'm on my way out of this town. I came here trying to find a place to relax, but it seems as though this place is just too full of life as well. I'm hoping to find some place far away from anyone else, and away from this place." He said as he put his hands in his pockets. "Now could you just leave me alone? I... just want to..." He said as he quickly grabbed his chest. "I... just want some peace... and quiet..." He said as he fell to his knees in pain. The energy inside him is building up...

((Breakfast at 3 pm? Typical teenager life on the weekends.))
Teddy waddled back into the room and poked at Drake's pants. "N's going to make you breakfast, okay? People need to eat, you know... [You're not Superman, Mr. Drake!]"
The man looked at his notes one last time. All they looked to be were scribbles now... The man folded the papers in half and put them down on the bed before slowly rising to his feet, his head dizzy as he did so.
"I'll just go down then," he told the toy.
N realized it was past noon and he should probably be making lunch... but wasn't breakfast the most important meal of the day?
Oh well, he cooked up some eggs and flipped a few pancakes into a frying pan, maybe since Xalox wasn't home, he could have some himself...
~
Clara's blue eyes widened, "B-But..." she took a small step back, feeling like the wind had been knocked out of her. Her eyes lowered a little, "Why...?"
~
Xalox knelt down next to the man, was he having some sort of attack? He couldn't simply walk away now, "suscípiet" he mumbled and twisted his wrist slightly. A dark wall of shadows appeared around them. He doubted this man needed a hospital, if he did he doubtfully would have told Xalox to "Leave me alone"

Teddy had asked Drake to carry it before they went down the stairs. It didn't want to fall over, of course. Being a clumsy teddy bear and all.
"Sure, Denny," Drake answered, bending down to pick up the toy.
"You're very forgetful, Mr. Drake," Teddy giggled. "Hehehe!"
"I suppose you're right..." Drake said dully as he began to go down the stairs. "Next thing you know I'll forget how to breathe (don't jinx it)!"
"Really?" asked Teddy. "That would be horrible! For you."
"It's impossible for that to happen anyway. So don't worry. Don't worry about a thing..."
N heard Drake walking down the stairs and quickly finished up the pancakes and eggs. He quickly grabbed two plates and scooped two eggs and a pancake on each one, grabbing a couple of utensils with his other hand and bringing everything to the table. "Breakfast or... Lunch-Breakfast is here, Mr. Drake" he smiled cheerfully.

"Elysia had somehow managed to engage the creatures in a mass tournament of Tic Tac Toe. "
Xalox smirked a little bit as this occurred. If he could convince this man to join his small amount of recruits, that would be tremendous. But this man didn't look like he would be swayed so easily.
He raised his eyebrows as the discharge of electricity ended, "How incredible..." he remarked, "Does that sort of thing happen often?"

Drake put Teddy down and smiled in appreciation. "Why thank you, N. That's very kind of you..."
He took a seat at the table and looked down at the fine wood/marble/whatevermaterialthetableismadeoutof. Teddy started to climb its way onto a chair.
"Hey, N," Drake begun. "You're a smart kid. I'm guessing you already know the whole situation with the invisibility formula..."
Hajime took a deep breath as the discharge ended. This one took a lot out of him. Yet he was still able to barely stand.
"Try having to discharge that amount of energy once every six hours? if I don't release my energy it will just build up until I can't take it... I f I don't discharge it, then I would be in trouble..." Hajime replied as he turned to Xalox..

The sheer power behind this discharge was tremendous, but not strong enough to break the barriers Xalox made.

"But why would some random person care?"
I tried to explain. "I'm 56. I've barely left this town. I promise I'll come back when I'm done traveling."
