Baghdad, Iraq, Holy Islamic Caliphate July 6, 2021
A lone podium stood in front of a lavish garden in the Caliph's palace. A huge Caliphate flag hung from the wall while two Caliphate Marines stood straight with their rifles on either side of the podium. The Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Defense stood at the rear, stoic in the face of the sea of reporters. Around half a dozen microphones occupied the podium, and a sheet of paper with the Caliph's speech was prepositioned on it. All they were waiting for was his arrival. The address was scheduled to begin very shortly, and many people in the Caliphate tuned their television sets to Al-Jazeera to watch.
At last, the Caliph appeared from one of the doors flanking the raised platform, and walked briskly to the podium where he set himself up. A short process of him shuffling papers and adjusting mics was in order, but he quickly finished. In front of him, a television crewman held up his fingers and counted down.
Three, two, one. Live.
Al-Narab cleared his throat and looked up at the cameras:
"Good afternoon, Caliphate. Today is a very important day for the future of the Caliphate and for several million Muslim brethren outside of our borders."
A wave of silence swept the audience.
"As you all know, the United African Republics has committed terrible atrocities against their people, and has degenerated into a state of all-out civil war. To compound this crisis, the New Roman Order has shown complete disregard for peace and stability with a rapid military buildup in the wake of their leader's assassination. If someone does not stop them, they will invade Africa and present a very grave threat to national security."
Al-Narab paused, letting the words sink in.
"The Caliphate is the sole defender of the Islamic faith worldwide, and we cannot let such an act occur. Our ability to assist the UAR's fragmented people will be hampered, and the NRO aggression will put many people in Egypt in danger. So it is only natural that we must defend our country and the Muslims there. I have spoken with the local rulers in Libya and Tunisia, who wholeheartedly accept our protection and presence there. Men and women of the Caliphate: today our nation expands. I have annexed Libya and Tunisia peaceably into our conglomerate. But that is not our only change! The UAR poses a significant threat to our security as well, so we have decided to take military action with UEEMN assistance to liberate the oppressed Western African peoples."
Al-Narab stared back into the shocked faces of the reporters, still silent.
"Men and women of the Caliphate, do not fear! We shall extend our protective shield to our brethren in Africa. Today is a new day: a new day for the new and greater Caliphate! Allahu Akhbar!"
And with that, he was finished. The reporters leapt up out of their seats in the audience to begin asking questions, but al-Narab ignored them and turned back towards his palace. A ring of guards kept the anxious reporters out as al-Narab disappeared into his vast complex.
There was now anger lurking the streets, most of its source coming from the now cancelled war. The "war-seekers", or as the ones who rather stay diplomatic like the government called the troublemakers, were starting to form a protest on the streets. The group was small, but it surely showed their contempt.
"Quit cowering and let us fight!"
"No war, no long-lasting peace!"
This was, sadly, the drawback of neutrality.

The President's office, Beijing
The president was watching the Caliphs speech on the T.V. and deciding on how to react to recent to events. He was contemplating attacking the UAR's remaining forces when he hears the Caliph say that he will take action to liberate the people of the UAR. "I think this is good. The people of the UAR need more freedom, freedom the Caliphate will provide." he says to himself. the speech finishes up and he turns off the T.V. He heads over to his computer and starts writing an email.

I just watched your speech and saw that you have decided to take military action against the UAR. I, along with my country, shall support this action. I offer support of your attack whether it is military or not. Just know that you have another ally in this attack and will have support if the NRO decides to attack. They are a much larger threat that the UAR. And as always, have a good day.

Location: Almaty, Capital Building

Yedil Batry watches the Television, tuned to an international news channel, a recap of the violence against the Muslims in UAR. He looks with what could be described as veiled horror as the jet mows down unarmed Civilians. "This is... quite unfortunate for the people..." His foreign adviser, Franz Joseph, a man of German descent but a national of URCA, and best friend to Yedil said, "Yes most unfortunate. Here we were hoping the world was going to change for the better but instead it looks like it's in even bigger of a hell hole... Let us move onto something less depressing but more stressing shall we? Foreign Relations. We need to send people abroad if we can to establish trades, alliances, and the likes. Perhaps we could start with the East Asian Union? They, unlike our Russian Friends up north, have no prior claims to us within the last 100 years like the Russians.."
Yedil looked over at his friend with a smile, the first anyone had seen in days. "That sounds like a good idea. See if we can get contact with them As soon as possible."

To: [email protected] From: [email protected] Greetings President Situ,
I am President Yedil Batry of the United Republic of Central Asia. We would like to offer a trade agreement for the betterment of our two great nations economically, and politically. We have a great wealth of resources that we believe could be better used by another power than sitting around doing nothing and taking up space. Please respond back with any queries should have have any.

Thimphu
Never have Bhutan been so filled with people. It was nearly impossible to tell how this place formerly had seventy thousand people living here. Parts of the mountainous roads were packed with vehicles, but most of them weren't tourists nor normal civilians. Instead, most of them were people of higher class, or soldiers with simple weaponry, loaded into storage trucks. Excluding a few planned towns soon being placed on those mountains, the government has decided to create a military base twenty miles away from the borders of Thimphu.
At the same time, several buses were following and swallowed up in the long line of vehicles, waiting to pick up some residents of Bhutan who were leaving their hometown to get to EAU land. Normally a trip like this one would often take days to finish in order to get to China, but thanks to their relations from the past several years, a road, called the Paro-Yadong Highway (though many weren't sure if a narrow, long road counts as an average condition of one), which convieniently connected with other highways to Thimphu and Lhasa. To favor the citizens of Bhutan, they were able to keep RSEA residency if they decide to return to the country or stayed in it.
If RSEA is able to prosper continuously like this, their land would unanimously expand and will rise from the ground with the others. Soon, several hoped, RSEA would become a country everyone couldn't look down upon.

((yes it is.))
The advisers all gathered in the Almaty Capital Building. The president requested a breakdown of the nation. The foreign Adviser Stepped up first.
"Sir while our current offer to EAU is good, we should try and expand our relations with anyone we possibly can. Perhaps get another Trade Agreement in somewhere?"
President Yedil nods and calls up the Health and Public Safety Minister. He stepped up and, "Thank you for recognizing me Mr. President. We are currently surveying the land. We have reports of unexploded bombs and missiles in the wilderness. We also have tried to see if theres any traces of the virus left over.." The president cut in. "are there?" The health minister started back up "We don't know sir. We couldn't identify it. it could be completely dead or it could be dormant and we might never know.. Back to the missiles and bombs though, If we are careful we might be able to reverse engineer them and create more of them." The Economic Adviser then steps up "Sir I support the idea to increase trade agreements around the world. It could strengthen our economy. On a side note, I have received word a small company is requesting a government grant and small amount of land suspected of containing oil. They are requesting about $500million(USD) to start up the drills and places for workers to stay. Currently this is all I have right now. The president nods and says "Allow me to get into contact with them later and we'll negotiate a deal between us." The Minister of War stepped up. "Sir we have reports of Afghan tribal's attacking civilians in our southernmost territory. I suggest we either send in the military to kill them off, or build a wall to prevent them from getting in." The president looked at the Minister and said "We will send in the military to defend until we can afford to build a wall. However I believe we need a stronger military. Can you ramp up recruitment efforts and increase it by about 10% in the next two months?" Minister of War replies "We can certainly increase the recruitment campaign sir."
After another hour or so the briefs ended. "Thank you all ladies and gentlemen. Thank you all for coming. I would like to get into contact with that oil company please.

Half of your population cannot be in the military, because total economic failure.
I think it might not be good to settle in Greenland's Northwest area, as it can go either way. First of all, as noted, your population is logical, but your military force, in Greenland I think, should be no bigger than 2,000, to be honest, even for a military country.
Also, as I see, there is no current village in Greenland right now, because it's so cold. Trade would be almost impossible unless in the summer, but the perks are, no one would attack you, since a barren tundra isn't very much fighting for.
I suggest you pick somewhere else, in my opinion.
