Tynebris dreams, but doesn't notice that he is doing so. It's been a while since the last time he had one. Lying in his cave, the cave-cover is gone. Wondering what is going on he cautiously has a peak outside. The sun shining bright, blending his eyes, no clouds above. Light wind breezes, a calming feeling.
Suddenly everything turns black: the trees gone, the sky disappeared, as well as his cave. The dragon is frightend and looks around, starting to feel the cold void surrounding him. Everywhere he looks it is black; even the ground, if it would even exist. He is however standing on a ground, but it doesn't feel like the ground.
A dark purple to black entity closes in at Tynebris' position. The dragon feels the air around him warming up and then spots the entity. Desperately he growls, but the entity isn't reacting. Tynebris attempts another desperate action: breathing fire. However, shortly before he was able to breath fire he woke up again in his cave. His heart rapidly beating, he tries to calm down.
After the apes left to set up their new colony, most of the mantisects began to set up camp. They had finally managed to get their meat salted, and were preparing for nighttime. All of them, but Zaxon. He wanted to see if the lizards he had seen earlier were still close by. Walking further up the coast, the smell of reptiles grew stronger, and before long, he found them. It looked like they were asleep, but he noticed one that looked like it hadn't quite fallen asleep yet. He quickly backed up into the forest, accidentally stepping on many lizard tails

((Bigger. About 50cm bigger. And because they were bigger their legs could support them briefly))
I wake up. My fingers push into the soft ground. I look around, the other Skirenn are awake and some of their tails seem to have come off. Ouch. I see a figure in the darkness and we start to chase it. It passes through a patch of light and I see that it's bright green, with long arms that have numerous spikes on them.

In the beginning the universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.

Upon hearing the internally loud charge of tritor, drilik's eyes snap open to see a large creature running at him. Without hesitation, the skirgit, along with most of his kin, dart for the ocean. Without looking back, drilik runs for his life, and soon swims for it as he dives into the waves.

Tynebris attempt at calming down isn't very succesful, his heart still beats rather fast. He can't recall any nightmares in the past, but he can't recall many dreams at all. The dragon decides to exit his cave hoping that the wind can calm him down a bit. He flies up and starts hovering mid-air, trying to focus on the calming wind.
((randomperson: I have updated the map to include the general territory of the Skirgit. Is the territory area accurate? If his kind is scattered, stretched out, and/or somewhere else, please tell me.))
The Tritor snaps at Drilik as he (Drilik) dives into the waves - misses! - The Tritor growls as tries to get the taste of saltwater out of its mouth. After some angry roaring and growling at Drilik and the rest of his kind, it furiously stomps off. (#59)

The wind succesfully calms him down, although he is quite calm again he remains hovering in the air. His eyes closed, he unintentionally imagines the dark purple entity from his dream. However his heart doesn't beat ferociously, but he feels fear. The dragon fears the dark entity, seeing that anything he tried didn't stop it. He immediately opens his eyes, trying to forget the it. Tynebris doesn't return to his cave, because he is aware that when he falls asleep again he will dream about it again.
When drilik finally looks back, he sees the shore as barren as it was before the ordeal with tritor. Slowly, cautiously, drilik swims to shore. After a short while, he calms down, then drinks from the ocean. After that, he then begins to plod along the shoreline once more.((edit: sorry, the above post is post 4.)

Tynebris feels tired, but he tries to fight it. Nevertheless he stands no chance against his tiredness and decides to go back to his cave. He enters his lair, searching for the second darkest spot, hoping that might prevent a nightmare.
Are you accepting Spore-made animals? If so, then..
Name- Rogue Xorg
Age- 17(roughly considered 'young adult' for their species)
Race- Xorg
Gender- Male
Personality- Curious
Appearance- He is a blue mammal with some robotic replacement parts.
He looks approximatedly like this:
Bio- He is an unique nestless creature that slightly behaves like a robot. Even though he is a half-robot, he has no signs of intelligence. His own species was wiped out to near extinction by a race of carnivorous predators, and he is one of the few survivors wandering around the planet.
Other- Only two other Xorgs have survived from the attack. They are scattered around the planet and live as unique animals.
If race is really required...
Name of Race- The Xorg
Appearance- Just like the Rogue Xorg.
Starting Population- Only 3 in the planet. 2 Males and 1 Female.
Other- They are Omnivorous animals(Even though in Spore they have the D'Orca mouth that is carnivore) that would otherwise be very weak without the robot replacement parts. They are only reasonably strong because their robotic parts are made of steel, thus making it harder to kill them, and making them stronger. Their steel hand can literally make a dent in another animal.
((I accept anything that is basic in form enough. If you remove the robotic stuff then I think you are good to join.
A race along with your character is not required, but if you wish to control and edit the race your starting creature is apart of, then it is required.))

Tynebris lies down in second darkest spot, a bit light from outside manages to go through tree-cover shining upon him. The dragon is calmed down by the light shimmer. He yawns and shortly afterwards he even falls asleep, not haunted by the nightmare.
(( EDIT: I'm also ready for a timeskip. ))

((Evolution points are based on posts, not time.))The creature runs too fast and it gets away. I sigh and we trek back to the coast. The moon is up in the middle of the sky. I look over the shimmering ocean as I drift off to sleep. In my dream I see the crystal. Then me before I changed. I don't know why I'm dreaming this. It's the first time I've ever dreamed. I wake up suddenly. I look around frantically, but there are just trees, the beach, water and the other Skirenn. I shut my eyes and try to get to sleep.((I'm good for time-skip))

After a few more minutes of searching the shore, drilik gets tired, and moves over to the same root he slept by before he was chased to the coast. He lays down, and before long he falls asleep

((Aww, isn't there a method of them keeping their robotic stuff? It gives them buffs, sure, but it also has penalties. For example, they are more vulnerable to water as their iron parts cannot touch any fluid substance, or they'll be eletrocuted to death. They are also bad at hiding, as some of the mechanical parts make some noises, although not much loud. The weight of the robot parts also makes them slower. And also, they still have the basic necessities every animal haves, like hunger. Only thing they don't have is bodily odors, because that would be impossible to get rid of, as they can't take a shower.))

(( And explain what is then basic about robotic parts? To enforce the arguement against robotic parts: not even in Spore you can have robotic/metal parts in the cell phase, creature phase and tribal stage. ))

((Uh, exluding the Cell Stage, with the Spore Bot Parts[[Also known as Patch 6]]you can from the Creature Stage and beyond.))
((Opel: The issue is that there is no technology. None, zip, as of now. Even if there was, everyone must start out basic. To clarify (and I have had to re-clarify to people because I suck at explaining, as people on the thread can testify): basic in this thread is anything not only with basic needs, but also basic shape (your creature has that too), and basic tech. Just having tech incorporated into the creature suggests they are creatures who build, make tools, etc already. Even if the tech parts were a part of them because another creature did that to them, you would have to have a race that has that tech to begin with. Edit: Again, if you don't want a race along with your character, then you don't have to.
randomperson: That post isn't quite long enough to count toward a stage/change. Anyways, if you get bored because your character and race is a bit isolated from the rest, you can suggest things that could happen to make things interesting or have your character and/or some of your race travel.
Regarding timeskip: I will wait for *one* more person to say yes to a timeskip. Just so everyone is on the same page: Do we want to timeskip a day, or more than a day? Sorry for the delay.))
