As the attack fails, Jack, with a mixed sense of caution and urgency, grabs Boris's arms and quickly begins dragging him towards the mansion.
Jack, still dragging Boris, replies with a quick, "Got it," as he continues to drag Boris towards the entrance door. Releasing one of Boris's arms, he opens the door before dragging Boris fully into the mansion's foyer, ushering the others in.
Trixie enters in after Jack. Keeping Buttons held, she shuts the door after the others get in.

Apparently this is what some of my friends think of me here:
As Ei's giggling dies down, the interior of the mansion starts getting twisted. Hallways seemingly extend for impossible lengths compared to the size of the building, making several aileron rolls along the way while the furniture and everything else inside seemingly defies gravity, sticking to the floors and walls without falling. The walls of every room start pulsing as if the rooms were beating hearts, and cracks appear in walls, through which hundreds of unblinking eyes peek into the room for a few moments to stare at things inside (they seem especially keen on staring at creatures) before closing again, this progress repeating continuously, cracks opening, eyes peeking, cracks closing. And throughout the building, the sound of creaking floorboards can be heard, as if something is wandering through the halls searching for something. Meanwhile, all the doors and windows slam shut, sometimes locking shut while others just become difficult to open. The doors that do manage to be opened lead to places they shouldn't. Sometimes leading to completely different rooms, sometimes leading to the same room as the door is in, and some lead to... nothing, just an empty void.
Meanwhile, outside, the mansion looks just as peaceful as ever, as if nothing is going on.
As Trixie enters with Buttons and Sluggy, Jack gives a sigh of relief, stating, "Good. We made it. Should be safe here," removing his helmet as he finishes his statement and taking a look around.
It is then that he sees all of the oddities surrounding them. "...what the hell... kind of place is this?" He makes his way towards the center of the foyer, still glancing around and taking in everything- at least until he notices another person nearby.
Silas listens until Santa's laughter dies away. Then he simply puts his face in his own hands and lets the tears come, weeping away, relishing in his own lonliness.
Jack stares down at Silas, taking a moment to recognize the man sprawled on the floor in front of him. "We meet again, old man." Pausing for a moment, he pokes Silas with his boot as he realizes he is sobbing. "Hey, uh... you alright? Something happen to you?"

Lyudmila sighs, and takes a look at the label.
"Just 500,001 years, Revel? I expected at least 500,002 years from someone like you." Lyudmila says, chuckling. "In any case, thanks."
Lyudmila takes the bottle, pours herself another glass, and grabs one of the cookies. After all, cookies are cookies, and cookies are good, no matter who you are.

While Chisille was munching on the fifth cookie from the bucket, Lyudmila, mid conversation she was having reached over to grab one of her cookies. She felt quite protective of them, even though they were only chocolate biscuits. As soon as Lyudmila had snatched one of the oreos, Chisille decided that they were hers. Not for sharing. She got out of the seat and dragged the entire bucket over to one of the corners of the room, then laid down in front of it. Now if either of them wanted to get at the sweet treats, they would have to get past Chisille.
While she was doing this, she was thinking the entire time. 'I mean... sure all this feeling confident and stuff is making me... well, confident... I just wonder why am I so relaxed when it comes to, you know... eating with them? I suppose eating and being around ones that don't chase me away is fine, but when all of this feelings and stuff ends... do I still want to? This will probably teach me to not be so scared of them... or will it? Ah... only time will tell I suppose. Meanwhile I got my food that needs protecting.'
When the giggling stopped and all the strange things with the walls started to occur, Chisille sat up, still with her bucket of cookies protected, though she was a little slower to rise then normal thanks to all the food sitting about in her belly. When one of the cracks opened up near her, she peered inside and saw a large amount of eyes staring back at her shortly before it closed up again. She was confused, and sort of wanted to get to the bottom of this. Normally she probably would've moved away from every wall she could find... or run out of the room trying to find the exit. Instead she looked over to the others. "What do you think cause this?" she asked them, yawning afterwards.

Since Silas was helped from the floor, and the one pending factor of receiving his will was that he makes the effort to get up himself, he only feels a quick passing sense of will power surge through his system, leaving him somewhat empty again. Suppose he may have to wait for the next opportunity to make a real effort at doing something, so the will can kick in properly.
Meanwhile: Already inside the Foyer for a while, and with the conversation with Jack and Silas starting up, Buttons finishes taking a look around and lets out a long drawled kiity moan then looks back at the door with terribly sad eyes.
No one quite knows why he moaned until a loud thud is heard striking the outside of the door. The Thud is followed by another, then another and another. The continued thudding on the door probably sounded distinctly like someone repeated walking into it.
"Somebody please let that doofus in..." Buttons cries out.
Boris who had continued to sleep on the floor, was now starting to rouse from his sleep. His snoring became erratic, he snorted a couple of times, and then his eyes flickered open.
"Daw...." He said, sitting up with a quick straight motion. "Boris smell food."
Sluggy, looking at Trixie's wand, pulls his soggy face with a sleazy grin, and remarks. "I have a wand too, sweetness." But Boris definitely had a point, despite all the weird stuff that was happening around in the house, the smell of a roast was definitely in the air. "Maybe after sharing a romantic dinner, we can practice our magic together."

When the distortions to the house were made, Revel answer's Chisille's question. "O, we may have mentioned her once before. It''s just an old monochrome friend of ours."
He then looks through at the watchful, unblinking eyes during one of their randomized peeks from the wall, and gives them a wink and a good old Revel smile, knowing full well that whatever they obverse would be information Ei should be aware of.
"Good to see you again too!" He tells Ei. "I see you're still up to your same old tricks. I wouldn't want it any other way!"
He looks at Lyudmila. "Looks like we're in for a big night of entertainment!"
He looks back at the eyes again, asking; "Would my old friend Ei-ei like her good old pal Revel to make a few preparation as well? Or have you got this situation under control? I mean, really, as much as I enjoy a good show, I wouldn't want pending circumstances to prevent you from joining us for dinner. Should we be expecting you soon, or no?"
Ezmond’s assault on the dark figure is somewhat successful, be it only momentarily. With both strikes of the dart, their person is instantaneously frozen, only to immediately resume its former state. At the close of Ezmond’s assault, the figure appears to shift its head, lilting it ever so slightly to one side… but that is all. It was at that moment that Ezmond somehow finds himself entrapped. Unable to move. He is enclosed within a rustic colored aura.
With said method of prevention set in place, the dark figure proceeds to join the other nine figures in their ongoing efforts; the rapid succession of short, sharp sounds begin once more to emit from their person.
Ezmond isn't a darn bit happy about being captive in all that unhealthy sounding rusty light. But that ain't no real big issue, because just as the dark figure dude starts his weird-butt noises again, the rusty ol light surrounding Ezmond goes away. But it doesn't just go away either! The aura breaks away like it's been turned into actual rusty metal and shatters into tiny pieces all over the gosh darn place. When all these shards of rusty metal hit the ground, Ezmond gives a good swing of his arm at the dark guy, and this causes all them thousands of really sharp shards to lift up off the ground and fly like bullets at the dark figure, hitting him all over his body! And you better believe that that's not all of it, because each and every one of these thousands of little shards are hot enough to cause a Sperm Whale to combust!

While all this is happening, A whole bunch of animal noise can now be heard coming from somewhere in the mansion! Elephants and cows and chickens and rhinoceros', and even ducks can be heard hollering out!
Fin fell back from the force of the blow, lying splayed out on the roof, while the billiard flew into the air and landed back in his satchel. *Groan* I think I'll just lie here for a bit... Fin hated it when that happened...
Soon, the pain from pulling out the needle ends, and Fin starts feeling sleepy again, since removing the needle didn't remove the toxin from his veins, right when he prepares to throw the billiard ball. Fin still throws the ball, hitting Arin in the back of the head. The billiard ball bounces back and hits Fin on the head.
((@Darthrafae: Thanks for throwing out that hint there, but apparently it wasn't gosh darn SUBTLE ENOUGH! HAHAHA!))
Aaaaanyway! Just to make sure the job is actually done right this time round, three more needles shoot Fin in the butt! So let's just make a note of the super obvious fact that all that toxin in his body isn't really going anywhere at this very moment in time. So while Fin is lying all splayed out on the roof and whatnot, maybe he can find time in his busy schedule to pass out already! UNLESS HE HAS SOMETHING BETTER TO DO AT THE MOMENT!
Oh yeah! While Fin is getting another a dose of these needles, Arin gets a few more needles shot at him from behind as well, just to make everyone gosh darn clear and brightly certain about what's meant to actually happen next!
Please feel free to pass out in the best way that you see fit! XD Good times!

"I've got no time for your antics, Revel." A voice speaks from out of the cracks in the walls in the Dining Room. "Unlike you, I've got matters that matter to take care of. Here, take a look." The voice says as an arm reaches out from the ceiling, grabs Revel by his shirt, and drags him to the nearest window, pushing his face against the glass as much as possible.
"See those cultists out there? You do, don't you? Or have you gone blind. I get the fun job of dealing with them. Fortunately Maras is being a gentleman and is attacking them too, y'know?"
The arm then drags Revel back to his chair, puts him on the chair again (the wrong way around), and pats him on the head.
"So, if you'll excuse me, I've got things to take care of. You're welcome to help me, but I've got a friend to protect up here, so don't expect us down for dinner anytime soon."
With that, the arm vanishes again.

Revel just lets Ei drag his human form around, thinking that it's all very entertaining.
"Well duh, Ei, I'm aware of what's going on." He says with his face pressed against the glass. "It kind of goes hand in hand with being omnipresent. Why did you think I was offering to help?"
Back in his seat, he turns himself back around and smiles for Lyudmila. "Told you she loves me."
Revel then grabs the hand of the arm Ei sent out as it is retreating, and gives it a gentlemanly kiss. "The pleasure's mine, my lady. And do let me know if you actually want some help. Not that I'd want to spoil all your fun." He takes another bite of his turkey leg, then mumbles under his breath to Lyudmila;
"How was it not obvious I was offering to help so she could take a bit of time to have dinner with us? She must be a real headache to live with." He shrugs. "Oh well, I guess if she doesn't want me to help then I won't. I can take a hint."
As he holds up the bottle and offers Lyudmila another drop of the wine, the animal sounds not-so-coincidentally start up from somewhere else in the mansion. "Maybe one more sip of this and we will find ourselves in the mood to join the fun those two are having. I've always liked the circus."

Jack looks at the door as the thudding begins, glancing at Buttons as he cries out. "I got it." He makes his way over to the door- still supporting Silas with one arm, and thus dragging him along with him- and opens it long enough for Bob to enter before shutting it again. "Alright, that should be all of us, then..." Glancing around the room, he feels like one is missing, but shrugs it off. There are more important things to be focused on than a mere suspicion, after all.
There was also the man sleeping in a chair nearby, though Jack didn't pay him much attention.
Boris who had continued to sleep on the floor, was now starting to rouse from his sleep. His snoring became erratic, he snorted a couple of times, and then his eyes flickered open.
"Daw...." He said, sitting up with a quick straight motion. "Boris smell food."
Jack looks at Boris as he sits up. "Oh, Boris. You're awake." As Boris brings up the food, Jack takes in a few whiffs, realizing he can smell it too- were there more than just the old man and the sleeper already here? He couldn't think of any other reason for the smell of food to be present; after all, sleeping people and people weeping while sprawled on the floor don't often prepare meals.

"Thanks Jack!" Buttons says, and while Bob continues to stumble aimlessly down the nearest hallway, Buttons decides he needs to leave Trixie and find the source of the food smell as fast as he can.
Jumping from her arms, Buttons takes off running through the foyer, through the open door, down a hallway and around the corner, through the foyer again, back through the same door as before, down a different hallway, through the bedroom that Ariel and Betty are in, into a lounge room, down through yet another hallway that somehow brought him to the attic where he jumped over the bed that Annie is laying on, before he ran out the next door, through the foyer one more time, back through the same door he had passed through twice already, then through a library, across the basement cellar and up another set of stairs that led into another hallway, around the next corner, and then finally found himself in the dining room where he skid to a stop.
He looks up at Lyudmila and Revel, to a Dargon eating Oreo's in the corner, and then asks whoever is willing to answer his question:
"Any fish on the menu?"
Revel raises his eyebrows at the talking cat. "Impressive. And yes, by all means, have some fish." As he says so, a plate of grilled fish appears on the table for the cat. "Dig in. Enjoy!"
Meanwhile, back in the foyer, after seeing Buttons run past three times, Boris looks to Jack a little confused, but in the end finds something more to say.
"Mr. Jack..." He holds out his Bone for Jack to take a look at, pointing to a plaque on the handle; "Before we go and find that yummy food, can you tell Boris what that writing says?"

Jack is equally confused by Buttons's jaunt through the house. He looks to Boris as he is addressed, taking hold of Bone to get a better look at what is inscribed on the plaque. "Sure Boris. Now, let's see..." He clears his throat, putting on the sort of voice that might be used to announce the arrival of royalty or some important noble as he reads the plaque aloud.
"Revel Yell, Enchanted Dragonbone. To my enchanting friend, Boris the Bonecrusher... From your ever watchful admirer, Revel."
Jack hands Bone back to Boris, continuing in his usual tone of voice, "Revel... wasn't he the one 'hosting' our fight with the Knight in the colosseum?" While he hadn't exactly paid much attention to Revel's opening speech when he turned the battlefield from the church square into a massive stadium earlier, opting instead for considering battle strategies, he had picked up enough that he recognized the name.

Boris thanks Jack with heavy nod of his head, and takes his eyes to admire his bone again.
"Enchanted Draaaaagon bone...." He says in a voice of wonderment. "Revel Yell.... that's its name." He glares back up at Jack, a curious tweak in one eye. "My weapon has a name too, Jack. And Boris thinks you might be right about what you say. That name Revel sure does ring a bell for Boris." He turns up his eyes to think dreamily about what Jack had told him. "Boris has an admirer...."
After dreamily considering just what all this might mean, he takes his attention back to Jack again, and gives a quick look to Trixie as well. "Maybe Boris and you guys too should go find us some of that food."
As Chisille pulls away the bucket, Lyudmila is just too late to grab a cookie. Poor Lyudmila, didn't get to get a cookie...
Revel then grabs the hand of the arm Ei sent out as it is retreating, and gives it a gentlemanly kiss. "The pleasure's mine, my lady. And do let me know if you actually want some help. Not that I'd want to spoil all your fun." He takes another bite of his turkey leg, then mumbles under his breath to Lyudmila;
After a getting her question answered, Chisille returned to crunching on a few of the oreos while Revel talked to one of the cracks and, after apparently taunting who was behind all this disturbance, got grabbed by an arm that had spontaneously appeared from the ceiling. It pressed his face up against one of the windows as it talked about cultists. Chisille could swear she heard the telltale squeaky noise that comes from being rubbed against glass. At least, when humans do.
'Wait a minute. Cultists?' she thought to herself and, temporarily abandoning her bucket of cookies she walked over to one of the windows and looked out. Actually, walked is a generous word. With all the food inside her she was lucky that she wasn't waddling. If she couldn't fly before, there was no way she was going to get her plump little belly off the ground now.
She recognized the cultists straight away, even through the smeary glass where Revel had his cheek squished all over. They were back. As she remembered what she unwillingly willfully agreed to, combined with the lack of fear she wanted to go out there and give them a piece of her mind. Though that would be stupid. If she got surprised so easily by one, there was no way she was going to be able to deal with more. "They're weird." she mutters before going back to her bucket, once more lying down in front of it. Her tail wrapped around it's base if that wasn't protective enough. No more cookies were being eaten for now. She was definitely, absolutely and positively full.
He looks up at Lyudmila and Revel, to a Dragon eating Oreo's in the corner, and then asks whoever is willing to answer his question:
"Any fish on the menu?"
Revel raises his eyebrows at the talking cat. "Impressive. And yes, by all means, have some fish." As he says so, a plate of grilled fish appears on the table for the cat. "Dig in. Enjoy!"
Chisille watched the new arrival come in. A cat. A talking cat it seems. One that doesn't appear to be very frightened of walking into this place, they even demanded some fish to enjoy. Revel of course approved of what he saw and gave the cat the fish they requested. Chisille liked fish sometimes. Flames didn't work in water, but claws did. They were some of her better meals.
With all the food inside her combined with it being rather late and her youngster mind, she was starting to feel very sleepy, if that wasn't obvious before. She rested her head down on the ground, stretched out her wings and claws and yawned one final time before she started to feel the drowsy effects of it all. She was still half awake with one eye open though, considering everything that was going on, but she could fall asleep at any moment.
Trixie had let Buttons go, but she told him to be careful while going around this place.

Trixie ignored the other people for now, paying attention to Jack and Boris. "Revel....revel....He was the one to made Trixie human for insulting him." she remarks. "Who are these other people?" she asks Jack and Boris.

Sluggy looks around the foyer for the other people Trixie might be referring to. He feels a little confused about her question.
"You mean that old man Silas, or the guy sleeping in the corner?"
Trixie is confused by that. "Well, hes certainly part of that. Sluggy. How do slugs eat anyways?" she asks.
"Ohhhh, baby, you know the right questions to ask, don't ya." Sluggy licked his soggy lips and gave Trixie's fine neck a looking over; "I'll eat however you want me to." He presses up against her neck, excreting some mucus on her skin. "Let me tell ya, there's plenty more where that came from."

Trixie does a sigh at that. "Not now...maybe later. I've got...things to do right now. Not involving you...but later." she smirks. This slug certainly likes her, for whatever reason.

Jack stares down at Silas, taking a moment to recognize the man sprawled on the floor in front of him. "We meet again, old man." Pausing for a moment, he pokes Silas with his boot as he realizes he is sobbing. "Hey, uh... you alright? Something happen to you?"
Trixie stays close to Jack, keeping Buttons held firmly. "We need to be careful. We do not know what to expect..." she says. Drawing out her wand. She looks at the old man intently.

Meet Ashen the shoulder dragon!
Silas stops his weeping, and looks up with teary eyes. "Is it... is it really you?" Wiping away his tears, he brightens up a bit. "It is! Hello again, Jack! As for what happened to me, please don't look at me with pity. It won't help. Please, get me up, as I fear I do not have the strength to pick myself up by my bootstraps..."
Silas then looks over at Trixie and immediately his face registers a mixture of emotions, of fear, distrust and confusion, as well as a plethora of other emotions that do not need to be described at the moment. "You are...?"

Jack kneels down, sliding his arm under Silas's before standing, lifting him to his feet. "How'd you get here? Did Maras lead you here as well, or did you wander here on your own or something? And..." Jack looks around the room again, unnerved by the staring eyes. "What's with this place? Did my sanity decide to call it a day, or can you see it too?"
As Chisille pulls away the bucket, Lyudmila is just too late to grab a cookie. Poor Lyudmila, didn't get to get a cookie...
