Sorry for not posting in a while guys, power outages became quite frequent in my region, and only had the time writing a proper response once everything had been sorted out(not to mention that after my response had been written and promptly deleted, I decided to take a break).
The following posts from me should be better from now on, so you'll have to excuse the quality.
If I do not reply to my posts, I either have no internet connection, or am busy with college work. Alternatively, I may be writing up the post now. It all depends on the situation.
That is the Tutorial Chapter pretty much complete. (Etorias needs to finish off the last couple of Kobolds.) Stay tuned for the story is about to kick off.
Chapter I Complete, Rewards:
Caerwyn Willowgrove, Pearce Allan, Etorias Ahmes, Elena Cataegis, Hikaru:
Ooh fabulous. I think... I think I'll add one to my INT and get First Aid. Yeah. Should I add those to my main character Application, so that's updated?
Also, what might the top level of different abilities be? Like, level 10 STR could hit like a cannon and lift anvils practically, or something, right? What about all the rest? Does level 10 DEF mean arrows bounce off your skin and you can jump off a cliff? Level 10 DEX shoot arrows with pinpoint accuracy, and also able to catch arrows shot at them? Level 10 INT means they could create a rocket to the moon, if they really wanted to? Level 10 MAG mean they could create a tornado of flames, a mile high?
Those are all just guesses, of course. I really like these things, so I was wondering what the specifics were.
Edit: Oop. Just read again what you said about 1 being average and 3 being awesome and 7 legendary and stuffs. So you don't exactly have a direct change, but I see.

Channel Spirit: Archon of the Storm - Elena loosens the seal on the bound elemental within her to bolster the effect of her spells at the cost of her other bodily functions.
If I do not reply to my posts, I either have no internet connection, or am busy with college work. Alternatively, I may be writing up the post now. It all depends on the situation.
It's also worth considering this numbers relative to your opponent. Level 10 dexterity would be good for a marksman archer, but their shots would have less of an effect against a light elemental who could zoom around at a dexterity of 9.
Of course, if you've got two big brutes in an arm wrestle, it'll be a close outcome. It looks like you can go PAST level 10 though, since it seems like you need 25 magic or something to raise the dead...

15 MAG for resurrection. 11-12ish is rumor level, 15+ is mythic level, in terms of skill.
Skills with a 20 requirement are not really designed for repeated use in a campaign. You're more likely to see them in specific story tied events.
Meritania, try to supply new powers before you get the chance to select powers, otherwise there's the situation where everyone is just creating new powers at each power up and the spell list just keeps expanding, i'll let it slide this time since a reckless shot that sacrifices guaranteed damage for higher damage with risk is a good power for an otherwise range-lacking skill pool.
I think we should advance to the following day where we are ready to set off, not only is it a perfect statement to end on but we need to catch up to the B-Team.
That sounds like a good plan. We could continue with our characters at the gate and ready to leave. Assuming that we're allowed to time skip, of course.
I might wait until tomorrow to post, hopefully sabertooth posts that that they follow with Atorias and Elgar towards blarkenvurk, just so that there's no desync of time on this side.
I hope custom curses are allowed? I'd like the bonus ability slots but I don't think any of the ones you've mentioned would mesh well with my character; however, I fear mine might put too much of a spotlight on my character in comparison to the others. If not allowed I can re-spec my character. There's also a customized spell that I would like reviewed (two, actually, but one is a weaker version of a spell you've listed).
Name: Gilor
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Appearance: Gilor is a relatively unassuming human; he is very slightly muscular in stature; 5 feet and 8 inches tall, with a tad of stockiness to his girth. His skin, though normally white like a real-world Caucasian, has been tanned by days spent traveling. He has a thick mat of black hair along with an embarrassingly whispy "beard" that Gilor normally keeps shaved with his knife. His eyes are brown and display an unusual variety of emotion as he speaks; they are perhaps one of his few distinguishing traits. He wears an ordinary peasant's tunic and pants, though they are rather clean and well-made. He also has thick, expensive boots made for travel.
-Moving Illusion: Gilor is a petty thief, yes, but as it turns out it's a lot easier to steal coin if you have a distraction. Gilor has a particular gift--compared to most humans anyway--with magic, and the Moving Illusion is his trademark technique. Gilor has had to teach himself much of what he knows, but the Moving Illusion was taught to him by an old friend in his homeland and is one of the few spells he knows that has been developed formally.
-Gilor's Glistening Cloud: A variant of the Glitterdust spell, known throughout Gilor's homeland, that Gilor has managed to develop himself. Holding out his hand in front of him, he can release a blast of light and silver dust in a cone extending 5 feet from the palm of his hand with a maximum radius of 3 feet. This will blind and daze any enemy relying on eyes for vision for a single round. Although it can be casted multiple times in succession, enemies will very quickly adjust to the cloud and will no longer be affected save for a slight accuracy penalty. Conversely, casting it when an enemy least suspects it will daze them for a bit longer. Quite helpful when you've got an angry guard on your backside.
-Shifty Spectral Steed: Another improvised spell developed by Gilor; due to his uncanny habit of getting chased by guards, he has developed this out of necessity. It is like the standard Spectral Steed, but it requires a small amount of concentration to work at full efficacy. Without this concentration, the steed will begin to shift and flicker, losing speed. Worse yet, if Gilor begins to panic or becomes equivalently distraught, the steed will dissipate entirely. It's not the proper Paladin miracle or illusion it's typically thought of, but it's better than nothing. Perhaps with a proper tutor, he could learn the formal version.
-Keen Eyes: Gilor is a thief and an illusionist; he's good enough at what he does to not fall for his own tricks!
-Stealth: Gilor's been thieving long enough to learn how to evade sight.
Weapon: Gilor carries what appears to be a slightly rusted knife with a thick, curved blade. Despite its appearance, it is surprisingly sharp and durable, leaving thick, bloody wounds that do not easily close. That said, it's still an utterly mundane knife, and won't do much at all to an attacker wearing armor. He carries it in an equally-plain sheath on his hip. Since it is just an ordinary knife, it won't arouse suspicion against a potentially-inquisitive guard (or something with a similar motive) as long as it stays in the sheathe.
Other: Being a thief, Gilor has stolen a bit of cash in his travels; he has 83 silver coins from his homeland; quite small coins, too. But, what worth could they have in Spindol...?
Curse: Pursued:Something wants Gilor dead.
Periodically, something aggressive (or several somethings) will attack Gilor with murderous intent, and very few bystanders will attempt to intervene favorably (i.e. if someone is going to help Gilor it's almost definitely going to be a PC). Gilor's Pursuer does not take one form; rather, the Pursuer will take a form appropriate for Gilor's surroundings. For example, in a city, the Pursuer might be a group of guards that "recognize his criminal past". In the middle of a forest, however, the Pursuer might be a very large and very hungry bear. The Pursuer will almost always attempt to antagonize Gilor by attempting to kill him, and will almost always be quite a bit stronger than Gilor. Gilor must evade the Pursuer either by moving far enough away from it (either by outrunning it or by distracting and misleading it into moving away on its own) or by killing it. There is no tangible reward to killing a Pursuer (no EXP if that's a thing or loot).
After Gilor has evaded a Pursuer, another one will show up some time later. A Pursuer will take longer to appear if Gilor does not stay in one place for long and/or if the previous Pursuer was killed rather than evaded.
The Pursuer will typically only have eyes for Gilor, and will only divert attention from him in specific circumstances: either another being is acting as an immediate threat to the Pursuer (in which case it will retaliate until it ceases being threatening or if retaliation is impossible) or if contextually the Pursuer would have a dire need to divert its attention (e.g. the Pursuer is a guard and a dragon attacks the city; the guard might attack the dragon instead of Gilor even if the dragon is not an immediate threat, because a guard would consider the life of its city to be much more important than killing a common thief).
Gilor, however, is unaware that he is cursed. He just thinks he's woefully unlucky. The most he knows is that the more he moves, the less he'll have to dance with death (hence why most of his spells are self-made).
To me, I think. Looks like Solawind changed my Pursued curse to Marked, judging from the fact that Marked is now listed among the curses in the OP.
Speaking of which, Solawind, how much would my character know about the Marked curse? He originally wasn't aware he was cursed at all when I drafted him with Pursued, but since Marked leaves a physical mark on his hand, I'd imagine it's not a huge stretch for him to associate the presence of the mark with monster attacks, assuming it still works like Pursued did.

Random question: Spectral Steed is technically a paladin ability, and therefore doesn't consume any spell usages (?). Would a Spectral Steed being cast by means of having the Moving Illusions spell rather than Paladin Training consume spell usages, or would it still be free to use assuming paladin abilities have infinite uses?
There's a good chance I wasted most of Gilor's magic on making horses...
Edit: Also, how would the Psuedo power word affect a Moving Illusion? As far as I know, Moving Illusion's only effects are visual and auditory, unless Moving Illusions can affect the physical world. Wouldn't it essentially give Gilor a bunch of mostly-free Moving Illusions?
Yeah, it uses the moving illusion spell If you're not trained as a paladin, I haven't put a time limit on the moving illusion spell, so technically the steed costs 1 spell use per day. (It fades into the back of your mind while not active or something.)

Aye, that would make sense. At least now that Gilor's met the source of the mark, it seems clear that only he would be in real danger.
If people think they'll a hard time remembering to use Gilor's pseudonym (Gilante) I can edit my post to have him use his real name instead.
