((Accepted. I guess I'll live with having the rest of the bio revealed later.))
Shortly after Wilson and Victor introduced themselves, a cheery young woman approached the group. She didn't seem nearly as cautious as the other two did. She introduced herself as Tetra, and Wilson remembered reading her bio, one that described her with the same red hair he saw before him. If the bio was correct, she was a master hacker. Most likely very useful. He stepped forward to introduce himself.
"These two got the message, but I didn't. I'm already part of this organization," Once again, he extended his right hand for a hand shake. "I'm Wilson. 'S', or Scion, is my boss. I'll only call him by his code name right now. Most of you are probably trust worthy, but his real name is currently on a watch list. I'm not going to risk it until we get inside his office."
(("Can only be 1 to 120,000 characters"
Well, the OP is too big. I'll start posting screenshots of this stuff later today in order to conserve space.))
Tetra watched, still in a particularly joyful mood, as she got their attention. One of the tall guys came up and introduced himself as Wilson and went on to elaborate as to why they were here in the first place. Feeling slightly more secure right now, and the after effects of Craze still on her, she quickly brought her right arm out of her pocket to allow for her to do gestures whilst speaking at the same time. Still energetic, she went on to talk once again.
"Coolcoolcool, cool ta meet ya all.", she said as she glanced and did two quick nods with her head towards the other two people who got the message(who Tetra very quietly noted to herself to being way too solemn) and shook Wilson's hand in a bit of a lively manner, before letting go and placing it comfortably back into her pocket, feeling slightly calmer as she once again felt her grenade. It wasn't long before she went on again.
"Well well well, organisation huh? Pretty neat! What's it about? Are we gonna get code names too?", she blurted out in a very excited mood with a smirk still on, appearing to have even achieved the record for the happiest person to have ever entered this desolate town. Not that it was hard to do so either ways, with the reputation of this place.
Claire had been very quietly thinking to herself about the current affairs of Lynnhaven and the world overall, and although her face didn't really seem to show it, she delved into very dark thoughts about things people wouldn't usually want to think about. Just as she was about to change the subject to a lighter tone, let's say infiltration methods, she was broken out of her daydream by a new arrival, who the bandit could've only described as... strange. No one was really ever this cheerful these days, not to mention playful. 'Surprise of the day I guess.'
Her attention now caught by the growing group, she decided to pay more attention towards what was currently going on, her arms still folded but now facing towards the group.

Wilson whispered a "shh" to Tetra, glancing around the street briefly. He turned back to her.
"Try to keep it down. We don't know if a gang is overhearing this. I can't say right now what our mission is. All of you will be briefed when we go to Scion's office. As for a code name, you can have one if you want. They can certainly be useful."
Her behavior certainly was strange to him, but he saw stranger things before. He thought he remembered seeing a codename in her bio, but he didn't know for sure, so he simply ignored it. Wilson felt a little nervous knowing that fellow agents were watching his performance, but he quickly pushed the thought to the back of his mind. He needed to stay calm.

Tetra got silenced for a very short while, one might even describe her as appearing slightly dumbfounded for just half a second, before, like a spring, she reverted back to normal. Looking around for a while, she then continued on with her conversation, this time an attempt at lowering her usual bubbly personality and voice being noticeable.
"Alright... we can get ta know each other though! Don't think I caught both of ya names, mine's Tetra in case ya didn't catch it the first time.", she said as she gestured using both her hands towards the other two group members, before placing them back comfortably in her pockets and leaning on the warehouse's wall as well. As she waited, she occupied herself by once again scanning the area, seeing that there wasn't really much to do yet but to wait, as she assumed from Wilson's implied meaning and the fact that she wasn't the only one here who got the message.
Claire, still somewhat caught off guard by Tetra's bouncy personality, took a while to take in what was happening before she stepped forward and responded.
"Well, you can call me Claire.", she said towards Victor and Tetra, her arms still crossed but now feeling a bit more open than she did when she first arrived here, still a bit weary of her company and the place where they were currently holding this meeting.
The message woke Dominic up. Dominic had been in between jobs at the time and had not expected anybody to contact him for at least 10 days. Additionally, he received the message through his secure contact line. Even professional law enforcement had not been able to hack that line yet. Dominic was, to say the least, intrigued by the vagueness of the message that had been sent to him. He decided to entertain the idea, but not without a little bit of security.
The Skinflex augmentation was always uncomfortable to use but it was a necessary evil. If Dominic was to get caught by law enforcement on the way, he couldn't risk being recognized. He decided that he wanted to seem like a rich 20 something with a trust fund. He began to dress himself up to look the part as the skinflex worked on his facial structure and skin tone. He put on one of his many realistic wigs. Specifically, he put on one with a special growth protocol that could be used to change the length and color of the hair. Dominic went over to the closet and grabbed one of his many suits as well as a pair of sunglasses.
After about 10 minutes, Dominic's wig and Skinflex had finished forming. Dominic placed the wig upon his head and swept his the hair of the wig to the left before tussling it slightly to give it more of a rugged look. He proceeded to grab a blue bowtie and tie it. He also grabbed a high end fake watch that could probably fool your average person into thinking it was worth obscene amounts of money. When all was said and done, Dominic looked like this:
Dominic hopped pulled out his phone and proceeded to search for the location of the coordinates before discovering that this meeting was to be held in Old Town. Dominic decided that it would be best to take a cab to the outskirts of of Old Town. Dominic went into a nearby drawer and popped out the false bottom. He grabbed the necessary amount of credits to pay the cab along with a metal telescopic baton, which he placed in his inside coat pocket. He was dressed too well to not be worried about heading to Old Town.
Dominic stepped out of his flat and walked up to the street. He hailed a cab and told them to take him to the edge of Old Town. The cab driver, being as nosy as every cab driver asked Dominic why he was headed to Old Town in such fancy attire. Dominic looked at the driver and lied directly to his face. "Between you and me. I am headed to a very high class party. It is being held in Old Town because the man running it is very eccentric." For the next few minutes, Dominic and the cab driver, who introduced himself as Ricky, discussed the party and what was to go down. Dominic kept a close watch on the cab's camera and made sure not to say anything incriminating.
Once the cab arrived at Old Town, Dominic paid the driver handsomely and began to walk towards the location of the coordinates, following a printed map of the city. He eventually came upon a warehouse where a number of people had gathered out front. They seemed to all be from different walks of life and there was no clear person who gathered all these people here. He scanned the general area, giving his social analyzer time to work and eventually identified that the short man in his 20s that was talking to a very hyper and excitable young woman in her 20s was the one in charge. Dominic placed himself in the man's line of sight and leaned against a nearby wall.

Wilson was too busy talking with Tetra to notice the man approaching their group. After she placed herself on the wall, he finally noticed him.
"Oh, sorry. Give me one second, sir," He then brought up the list on his phone again. After skimming through it a few times he couldn't find a bio that matched the man, due to him using skinflex, though Wilson didn't know that. His fancy outfit made him afraid that he was from a corporation. Then again, what kind of corporate would walk through Old Town dressed like that, especially alone? He decided to find out who he was before he got worried about it. Wilson put away his phone again and looked over at Dominic.
"I'm sorry, what was your name?" he said to him.

((Riot nerf pls. Vi OP. On a more serious note, your character seems to draw heavily from, if not entirely based on Vi from League of Legends. Just throwing that out there.))
//Honestly, i just really loved the concept of a character such as her. Such an interesting character is Vi, but the back story is rather the same, since I've been reading a lot of lore, and fanfics and my brain is filled with Vi.//
Victoria stared at the building and let out sigh "I... What?" She spoke looking around, not a single person on sight. She kept wondering if she even went the right way, though it was highly possible she didn't since she screws up a lot. She put her head down and turned around. She completely missed Old Town, she didn't know her way around the centre of town, but now she made way to Old Town.
Once she made it there, she was already quite beat. She started to huff to herself, her goggles about to fall off her head. She started to breathe heavily, and quietly, seeing a rather dapper man leaning against a wall. "Maybe..." She said to herself, this was probably her best lead to whatever she was searching for, or who ever.
Glancing back at the street he could see another person coming towards the group. He could remember reading about a person with pink hair. If he weren't already talking with the man who just appeared, he would have greeted Victoria. For now, he'd wait for the man.
Before he could get a response from him, a drone had swung down from overhead, spinning and making noises. Not knowing the what it was here for or if it was friendly, Wilson quickly took out his gun and aimed it at the drone. It briefly glanced around at everyone before it spoke. After hearing the response from the woman at the other end and noting that it did not look like a corporate drone, Wilson holstered his gun back into his jacket and replied.
"...well, I suppose not, but it would be nice," He couldn't really blame her for scouting the area with a drone first. There wasn't an appearance to go off of, but he remembered reading about a robot operator in the bios. He tried remembering her name for a moment before continuing. "You're Sophia, correct?" Wilson also hoped he would get a name from the man from before. He wasn't expecting things to get hectic so quickly.
((Does anybody have any advice for introducing Amy? I'm stuck.))

If I said something was a joke when it didn't seem like one, I'm making an excuse to avoid an argument I know is coming. Instead of telling me how not funny I am and how it didn't seem like a joke at all, just go along with it. Because flame wars suck and nobody wants to be a part of one.

((Rainbow, just read your app, it's strikingly similar to an app in the academy rp, but this is another world so who cares ;).
Anyway. Your appearance doesn't have to be flashy , maybe have your character appear from somewhere, and describe them as their personality is like , eg: if she is silent then talk about the lack of noise or how she seems to move in accordance with the wind (there is no wind at the moment, I don't think.)))
((That was my app.))
I walked slowly to the group of the group of people up ahead. Walking as lightly as possible, I snuck up on the group. "Hello." I said in my creepiest stalker voice.

Claire's attention, as she was still somewhat cautious of the area and people around her, was very quickly caught by a few newcomers. First was a man who was dressed way too particularly well to come to a place like the Old Town. She didn't give much attention to it, deciding to let Wilson ask all the questions for now. It was then when all of a sudden, a hovering spherical drone landed directly within the group's view. Reacting with lightning speed, she immediately reached into her jacket and brought out a throwing knife, almost ready to toss it before noticing that it had been talking directly to everyone. It took her a few short seconds to realise what had happened, before she placed her weapon back within her jacket. This was followed by a very soft sigh, before she once again leaned against the wall of the warehouse, with her arms still crossed and her face giving nothing away.
She'd silently curse to herself in her mind for allowing the bot to have caught her off guard. To be fair though, a bot in a dingy place like this was very unexpected. After this, only the pupils of her eyes had been moving, only very quietly scanning the area in an almost hyper-attentive mode. She noticed a group of three people who've arrived, and were most likely related to the message she got, assuming from their stances and way they had walked.
'A pink haired woman in goggles. A man in a red jacket with a sword... who seems to have pretentiously raised his head up and allowed the group, or particularly Wilson, a very generous view of one side of his face. A good first impression.', as she kept on examining her surroundings with great finesse, she managed to observe a skinny and short girl seemingly walk up to the group slowly, before then greeting everyone in a strange tone. Not feeling too social at the moment, not that Claire was exactly known for being social, she decided to keep her silent gazing and examination of the environment and let one of the many others in the group reply to her.
As Tetra got a name from Claire, she waited for the other man to introduce himself, but not before she detected a drone which had suddenly flown down from what she assumed was the rooftops. Easily becoming as animated as she was before, she walked a bit closer to the robot, a bit intrigued by it as she went on to see that it could even talk.
"Duuuuude, it's a talking drone! Sweeeeet...", she said with a high amount of interest in the technology, even tilting her head to the left slightly in a curious manner to fully get a look at the hovering bot.
"Hey, you can call me Tetra.", she said with her hand placed next to her mouth, almost whispering to the robot like it was a real person being here, which she guessed was the intention anyways.
Victoria shrugged and walked towards Wilson, she cleared her throat and spoke "Were you the one who sent that letter?" She asked, she brushed her deep pink hair and looked at the man. He looked like the everyday business person, though he obviously wasn't.
((Gone for a good 12 hours and I return to roughly a single page worth of new posts. A good sign. And ninja'd twice in the span of writing.))
Almost immediately after Victor finished his introduction, a shorter young woman in a bright neon jacket had walked up to the group. It was as if his question was answered for him. He was almost stunned by her energetic playfulness. She introduced herself as Tetra, who spouted on and on about a contact named 'S', the same contact that had contacted Victor. Wilson had replied, saying that 'S' was his boss, and that he wouldn't disclose his full name, yet.
Tetra spouted out several questions about the organization in question. Wilson answered them all with a bit of discomfort. Understandable, after all, nobody would expect such a... cheerful person. Soon, she went on to ask the names of his companions, or more particularly, Victor and the woman who had introduced herself as Claire.
"Just call me Victor. Nice to meet you, Tetra." Victor said, in a dismissive tone in a flawed attempt to meet her overly cheery attitude.
Shortly after, a particularly rich-looking man had arrived, leaning against a wall. Victor raised an eyebrow at the man with suspicion. He wondered if the man was a part of a megacorporation. Almost immediately after, a pink-haired woman had arrived.
"Just how many people did your boss recruit?" Victor said jokingly, not really expecting a response.
Using his enhanced senses, Victor could hear the distant whirring of an engine. He passed it off a car, but it seemed to be getting closer. Suddenly, Wilson had aimed his pistol at something Victor could not quite see. Instinctively, he reached for his own pistol, swinging around to fire at whatever Wilson was pointing his gun at. At first, the pistol was aimed at the corporate man, then at the pink-haired woman, then... towards the air? A drone floated above the ground by several feet, its camera scanning every person around. Victor grew a little suspicious. Was this a recruit, or a corporate scouting drone? His suspicions were removed when a feminine voice spoke from within.
She explained her own skepticism, claiming that she didn't want to arrive in person(along with her surprise at the sheer amount of members that have arrived). Smart, scouting out the area in case it wasn't a trap. Victor holstered his pistol. This wasn't a threat. Or he hoped, at least. Wilson assumed the drone was owned by a 'Sophia' person he had not known about. Presumably, this one was another recruit. Tetra was already making friends with the drone, and its operator.
In the corner of his eye, Victor could spot a man walking up to the group. He wore a worn red hoodie and had... a sword?
"Strange choice of weapon in the present, but whatever." Victor said to himself quietly.
Victor's enhanced sensors only picked up on another newcomer when she was close enough. Her greeting, quiet, hesitant, and almost creepy, surprised him. His training kicked in as he put his hand on his pistol once more. Victor turned to face the woman who had almost evaded his detection. She was small. Tiny, even. by comparison. It probably helps her stealthy maneuvers. He raised an eyebrow at the girl.
"I guess you're here for the message too?" Victor asked in a questioning tone. "Well, get in line." Victor said, not waiting for a response.
"You'll want to talk to that guy over there." he said plainly, pointing to Wilson, who was currently talking with the rest of the recruits.
Victor sighed deeply. "Did 'Scion' recruit a team, or an army?" he asked himself.

I apologize in advance if I don't post on an RP for a while; I'm still sorting things out.

Whatever I just said, I didn't mean any offense. Unless we're fighting, in which case I probably did.
If I said something was a joke when it didn't seem like one, I'm making an excuse to avoid an argument I know is coming. Instead of telling me how not funny I am and how it didn't seem like a joke at all, just go along with it. Because flame wars suck and nobody wants to be a part of one.

((That was my app.))
I walked slowly to the group of the group of people up ahead. Walking as lightly as possible, I snuck up on the group. "Hello." I said in my creepiest stalker voice.

((Sorry, I crashed for no good reason, and I just woke up. What did I miss?))
((Rainbow, Sophia isn't with them. Just the drone. Also, I've got about four characters coming at me at once, so I'm trying to wait for all of them to respond first.))

((Oops. I'll fix that; Amy will sneak up on someone else.))
