((The introduction was exciting, I'm looking forward to this.))
I slept well overnight and was continuing far into the morning, I would of kept sleeping until my mom called my down and said it was a letter. Slowly, but surely, I made my way downstairs and went over to my mom. "What is it about?" I asked.
"It's from the elder," she brought the letter to me and I couldn't believe my eyes. I skimmed through the letter, my eyes widened after finishing.
"... Woah."
I rushed upstairs to my my room and put on my best clothes, which was from a friend of mine. I put a wide smirk on my face and headed down to the kitchen. There was a wide variety of cupboards and shelves for cooking and snacks. I grabbed a pack of jam-filled biscuits and a water bottle then headed out for the Elder's residence, "See ya mom!"
Appearance (Image or Description): Varg stands at about 5'8", a bit on the short side. He's rather lean, and has no pronounced muscles. His long, jet-black hair is pulled back into a ponytail and his eyes are a bright blue. He wears a set of lightly damaged black leather armor.
Citizen, Survivor, or Corrupt: Survivor
Personality: Varg is a smart one and a good survivalist. He can keep his emotions in check to prevent clouded judgement and approaches the process of making a decision carefully. For the sake of survival, he has a tendency to attack only when he determines the conditions are optimal. Rolling the dice on a combat situation is something he often avoids doing.
Ability/Abilities: Varg can control raw magical energy, to be used as he sees fit.
Starting Inventory: A strange runed sword, a water bottle, and a small bag of simple food such as bread and fruit.
Backstory:
I was an orphan, hated by the town. If I had to guess, I'd say it's because I didn't have a family. Even so, I've not a clue why that would cause them to ostracize me so. The townsfolk barely did business with me. I survived on doing odd jobs and hunting. Some of the populace were kind to me, like Danielle Moravec, for example. Even so, one would expect kindness on a larger scale from such a town. Of course, when the corruption came, none of that mattered.
The smoke turned everyone into disgusting monstrosities. It didn't help that there were more beasts coming out of the smoke and killing people. Fathers weighed down by the children they carried, mothers with a lack of physical endurance, and innocent children who had no idea what was going on all fell victim to either the miasma or the creatures that emerged from it. People begged me to help them. Perhaps they though that my history of being neglected would make me more willing to help others.
I simply ran. Anyone with good sense ran. The corruption had no intention of sparing any of us. Staying meant dying, and I refused to die.
I was lucky - I had nothing to be attached to in that town. No items with precious sentimental value to retrieve. No family to battle the corruption futilely in the vain hope of saving. Despite this, I did take one object of value. To escape the corruption, I fled through the cemetery. One of the graves had a sheathed sword in it. The rune-covered blade belonged to the town's greatest - and likely only - hero. Knowing that acquiring a weapon would be necessary for survival, I made a point to remove the sheathe from the ground and claim it for my own.
That was about four years ago. Everything after that is less important. I ran into a variety of other survivors, some friendly, some less so. One of them, Leon Cain, was kind enough to stay by my side for a time and teach me how to effectively use the blade I had acquired. I suppose I would describe him as the father I never had, but never having had one, I'm not entirely certain how they are supposed to act. What I can tell you is that he is the only person I've ever cried over losing to the corruption.
Somewhere along the way, I picked up that Ruxanthal was the place to go if you were alive and intended to stay that way. It's been a while since I started towards there - a few weeks, perhaps, I'm not really sure how long. With any luck, I'd find other survivors to get along with. Whether or not there's any hope left for humanity, I have no doubt that we'll need to work together to last as long as possible.

((I'm gonna try something different..Let's see how this goes.))
[Aria Kirke]
I wasn't sleeping. Oh, no. I didn't get a wink of sleep tonight! Not an uncommon occurrence, in all honesty, I've had problems sleeping for as long as I could remember, so I easily brushed it off and did what I usually did in this situation; I planned.
Smiling, I mumbled to myself. It was normal for me to talk to myself, just like with the sleeping. Talking frequently helped, but the people in this town couldn't be trusted, so I speaking to myself was the best I could do.
I always found it funny how I was the traitor, but I couldn't trust them. No, no..If I trusted them, if I told them my plans, my beliefs, my life choices, anything about myself that was true, I'd mot likely be forced to leave. They'd abandon me..
One more time. If I'm left by myself one more time, someone's dead. This whole damned town will be dead! They'd regret the day they forced me out!
But that won't happen. At least, I hope it won't. To ensure that people don't get suspicious, I put on that disgusting happy, innocent, sweet act.
What they don't know is that I have fooled them all! I could care less about anyone in this town, their foolish beliefs, and their stupid goddess. They all seemed so..Naive.
A smile made it's way across my face, a laugh bubbling from my throat. I stopped my laughter abruptly as a swift, quick knock sounded at my door. With a sigh, I heaved myself up and quickly put on an innocent look as I maneuvered my feet and body towards the door. I flung the door open and smiled brightly with fake joy.
"Hello, h--"
Then I noticed something. No one was there. I glanced around and, as I was about to close the door, I caught sight of a paper on my door step. I threw open the door once again and grabbed it, stepping into the night. Shivering at the cool night air, I hummed quietly as I read the letter. Once I finished I just stood there, finding the black letters upon that snow-white parchment rather entertaining.
Silently I headed inside, closing the door behind me. As I sat in my favorite chair, I began to speak quietly, too quiet for anyone to hear.
"Now, I knew the people in the village were..Not the brightest, but the Elder? I thought he was smarter than this, I thought he read me like a book, but I guess not. Oh, and his plan! The fool thinks they can beat this corruption? Ha! Amusing, really. Though, I suppose I'll go..Perhaps I could lead the dimwits away..Manipulate them, break them until they're begging for mercy.."
I laughed softly.
I read the note over and smiled gently, my laughter long gone. Those fools! Those poor, poor, fools...
"Off I go, then. If I want to 'save people' I have to be early!"
Glancing around, I grabbed a small backpack. Inside was half a bottle of water. Nodding, I looked for my knives, soon finding them. I hesitated, wondering if I should put them on my waist. Finally, I attached their sheathes to my belt, sliding each knife in individually.
I allowed my eyes to dart around the room quickly before I left. Opening the door and closing it silently behind me, I staggered towards the Elder's abode in the dead of night, most likely long before anyone else. I didn't enter, I just stood there, with false happiness, innocence, and perkiness, awaiting any other people, sitting on the ground.
Strangely, I fell asleep on the cold, hard ground.
((Hm.. I feel like if she had a theme song, it would be "This Day Aria" from My Little Pony.
By the way, if she seems too dark or insane, tell me. I get carried away with evil and dark character sometimes..They're my favorite!))
((Panda you're fine, acting as your character would is part of RPing, and everybody has a dark side *laughs maniacally*))
Sirius:
I was awoken by a light tapping sound. I guess one of the downsides of being a hunter is that you have to learn to hear and remain unheard, so I was cursed with being a light sleeper. I immediately rolled off of my cot, going to investigate. The sound didn't return. Either I was finally losing my mind under all this stress or somebody was messing with me. However, nobody would have been stupid enough to mess with me, at least nobody around here. I'm one to shove a knife into your chest and ask questions later, so unless somebody had a death wish that wasn't the case. Seeing as the small house that I lived in had no windows, it must have been coming from the front door. I flung the door open, knife in hand, ready to protect myself if necessary. Strangely, nobody was outside. That's when I noticed the piece of parchment that had been left outside. Reading over a few times, I stood in shock. What did the Elder see in me? After all, he should be way to smart for that. On the contrary, he must have a reason for choosing me. Maybe because of my stealth? My ranged skill? Who could know. He was a strange man, but nobody ever dared question the Elder's ways. He wielded the knowledge of gods, and although he had no physical strength whatsoever, brawn wasn't everything. Without him we might as well just give ourselves to Aatos. Finishing my thought, I slung my quiver over my shoulder, grabbed my bow and my knife, and headed out into the night. I could get my own food, no need to bring any with. As for water, there was plenty of it, at least inside of the barrier. I'd only ever left once, and I promised I'd never do it again, but with the Elder's plans Aatos would likely kill me before the corrupted did if I stayed. As I approached the Elder's home, I noticed a girl sleeping on the ground. I recognized her, but I was unsure of her name. Nice girl, but I didn't usually talk much. In these dark times, survival was the name of the game, and I could survive by myself. Walking over to her, I shook her. "Hey, the ground's no place to be resting, you'll freeze out here." Why was she out of her home this late to begin with? Had she been attacked? I didn't see any wounds but I sat and waited to make sure she was okay. Just because I was a lone wolf didn't mean that I was a jerk.
The voice was so clear, it was almost like it was inside his head. In fact he wasn't even sure if he heard it in the traditional sense. It was like a little voice inside his head. Zachary was confused, and terrified. It sounded like a warning but as far as Zachary knew he was alone. This train of thought lead to one end, that he was hearing voices. He hadn't been alone for that long had he? For long enough for him to start hearing phantom voices? Nonetheless, Zachary spoke out loud, trying to answer the voice.
"Who's there?" he said nervously, "Where are you?"
He turned slowly around, drawing his dagger just in case he needed to defend himself. Even though he had supernatural abilities now didn't mean that he knew how to control them very well. Besides if they were too close then it would be best to have a weapon ready. Zachary was trying to keep watch out for anyone but something distracted him. Something that warranted more attention than a voice inside his head.
As Zachary turned a knife came out of nowhere, it narrowly missed his back by a great stroke of luck. It did clip his arm leaving a scratch. Had the knife been thrown any harder then he would have been in trouble. His arm hurt but it wasn't anything to worry about, especially when under attack. Zachary's heart started to beat faster, he thought of only one course of action.
He turned suddenly and ran. He ran quickly, trying to lose his assailant in the trees. He had gotten lucky with the knife, it didn't occur to him that the knife was a warning. And currently he didn't care. All that filled his mind was escape, his legs were tired and they ached from walking. But that didn't stop him. The adrenaline urged him to run faster, his feet kicked up dust as they moved. He didn't know who they were or what they were. He didn't know why they threw a knife at him but he just knew that it was anything but a friendly sign.
In a panic he tried to use his powers. The astral projection could not be used as he ran and it would put him in a vulnerable state. Instead he had to rely on his less trained power, the electrical control. It was difficult to focus while he ran but he managed to shoot a small bolt of electrical energy behind him. It travelled directly behind him and was very inaccurate. It was very likely that he missed but he could hope that it would at least make them think twice about attacking him again.
As I went over to see the Elder, I noticed two people, a beautiful girl and a boy that was much older than me. I didn't pay much attention to them, but I wondered if they were invited too. Sighing, I drank a few gulps of water from my bottle I eyed the sleeping girl, it seemed out of the ordinary that someone would sleep on the floor suddenly. But she could've had a sleeping syndrome, who knew?
"Hey, were you invited too?" I asked the older boy, "I'm Brendan, nice to meet you."
I sat down next to the other two and looked into the sky, it was all I would do when I was waiting. To me, my powers weren't worth much, if I was in trouble, how could I fight back? I hadn't fully discovered my other ability yet, or I really hadn't been able to use it. Being safe in the town felt wonderful, with not much to worry. Yet it wasn't comforting to know that everywhere else is rotting and being corrupted. It wasn't much to worry about, I thought about a more happier topic like the gem I always kept with me. It looked like a blend between a marble and a mirror, it was so colorful and so reflective, I pulled it out of my pocket and grinned a it.
Askalis:
Obviously hearing my message, The boy yelled out , possibly hoping that it had been a friendly message. Lucky for him, the knife barely missed him, and it was hard to tell if it had made any contact. It was then that the boy realized he was in danger and ran. I of course followed, looking for a way to stop him. I wasn't done with my toy yet. As I chased him he quickly turned back, shooting a small bolt of lightning at me. It was poorly aimed, yet apparently poorly aimed well enough. It hit my right shoulder, throwing me off balance. I twisted around and landed on my back, immediately springing back up. Sure there was pain, but it was not enough to turn back, so I continued the chase. Then I saw my chance to finish him before he could get that electricity under control. There was a decently sized boulder nearby, which if aimed well enough would cause him to likely jump out the way, slowly his pace. Once I got close enough, I focused completely on the rock sitting a few meters away. I then brought it in front of me, spinning it around in the air. Then I let it fly, headed right where he would likely be in a matter of seconds.
Sirius:
While I sat waiting for the girl to respond, I heard something nearby. I immediately grabbing my bow, pulling back an arrow and taking aim in the general direction of the sound. When I saw that it was a boy approaching, seemingly unarmed, I lowered my weapon and watched as he took a quick swig of water and sat down. He inquired about whether or not I had been "invited." I had no clue what that meant, until I thought about the letter, the real reason I was out here. "If you're referring to the Elder then yes. And my name is Sirius." If this kid, apparently named Brendan, had also been invited to this meeting with the Elder I had no clue what to expect. I'd never seen him before but he seemed to be harmless so I had no reason to mess with him. He started examining some sort of weird crystal thing, so I simply looked back at the girl and waited for her to respond.

I jolted up as soon as I was shaken, letting out a soft, barely audible growl. After a pause, my eyes shot open, and I placed a smile on my face.
"Oh, uh, hello!"
Upon hearing the casual note in my voice, I let out a sigh of relief, but quickly played it off as a yawn. Glancing between the two, I chuckled a bit.
"Did the Elder summon you here, too? Wonderful! The more help, the merrier! If we want to beat Aatos we'll need as many people as we can get~."
It hurt me to say that, it really did, but I didn't let them know. After a pause, I shot a hand into one of my pockets, retrieving the note from it's depths. The note, the one that got me to come here in the first place.
Sirius:
The girl was awake. She was as positive and cheery as always, but I still had no idea what her name was. She had inquired about the note, so I held mine up between my index and middle fingers. Pointing over at Brendan, I said, "That's Brendan over there, apparently he got one too. I'm Sirius. I remember the note saying something about three of us, so I would assume that we're those three." Suddenly, I heard the sound of a door opening.
The Elder stepped out of his home, looking at the three who were know lying on the ground. Scanning over them, he was pleased to see that all three of them were here. Looking at the group, he said "What are you lot doing sitting around? Your life and that of everybody else depends on each and every one of your actions from now on, and every seconds counts, so stop wasting them." He immediately turned and headed back inside, gesturing for the three of them to enter. Aatos was not going to wait for them to vanquish him.

I nodded slightly. Brendan and Sirius..So these are my teammates? Alright..This may be a little harder than I thought, but I'll go with it..
As I was opening my mouth to say something, the door to the Elder's creaked open, so I turned my attention to the house. There stood the Elder and, after speaking, he went back in. I quickly stood up and followed him in, the same smile upon my face.
As I entered the house-thing, I surveyed my surroundings, still with that same, broad smile on my lips. I'd stop smiling, but that was unlike the me they knew, so it wouldn't be a good idea.
Once my look around was completed, I turned my gaze back to the man who had summoned us here. As I folded my arms behind my back, I awaited an order, or just anything, really.
((ChrisX3 I think that you may have missed FearTheKumquat's application (post #22) and BlockBreaker170's question (post #11)))
Zachary was running, running for his life. He hadn't stopped running, why would he stop? As far as he knew whoever threw the knife at him was right behind him. So he just kept on running. His legs burned and ached, begging him to stop. But Zachary was not listening, the primal fear of death was what drove him onwards.
As he ran he noticed that the world had grown a little darker, but only in one spot. It was like a shadow had appeared. The shadow was large and moving as he did. He didn't know what it was. But there was one way of finding out, slowly he tilted his head upwards. And above him was... a boulder.
There he was, running for his life with a boulder flying over head. But the boulder was not flying, it was falling. If Zachary kept running this was it would fall onto him, most likely killing him. Zachary did not want that to happen, in fact that was why he was running. He had to get away from the boulder's flight path.
Zachary had two options, stop or run a different way. Stopping was the first thing to come to mind. It seemed like a great plan until he realised that it would ruin his escape plan. He was running away from something so if he stopped then that something would catch up. So Zachary had to try something else, he had to change direction. The boulder was almost on top of him so he had to do it quickly.
Zachary suddenly turned to the left, his momentum causing the change to happen as a curve rather than a sharp corner. Unless the boulder could change its path in midair he was safe... well safe-ish. Something had caused the rock to take to the air, something that was either powerful or very strong. Zachary didn't have much time to figure out which. He was still trying to escape after all. The fatigue was getting to him, his pace slowed. He worried that they would catch up to him. But he wasn't going down without a fight. He tried his best to shoot another bolt of lightning behind him, hoping that he could do something to deter his attacker.
I smiled, I was finally going to meet the people I was going to work with for my... job I guess. I didn't know what to think of it, but it made me happy that I was actually chosen for something. Sliding my beloved gem into my pocket, I stood up and walked into the Elder's dwelling. When she wasn't looking, I glanced at the girl who was sleeping, she seemed a little strange in the way she was talking. I turned away and listened for the Elder's instructions and what was really going on.
((Sorry for being late. I went to the beach yesterday, but I'm back now.))
[Ronin]
I have been traveling for... two years, now? I think it was two. Even with my unparalleled speed, being on another continent from the city of Ruxanthal didn't help things. The trip by ship I took about a year ago took almost three months, and even then that was probably the shortest part of my journey. However, I was close now. A few days at worst. My journey has been long. Too long, in my opinion. But I was close. So very close. I could finally take a break from sleeping with one eye open. At least, for the time being.
As I was wandering through the thick, brush-laden woods, I heard a wrenching sound. It was very similar to the sound a tree makes when it's chopped down. I instantly whipped out my sword and held it in my right hand. The instant I heard that sound, I made a choice - if whatever had made that sound didn't come into sight in the next ten seconds, I would bathe the entire forest in flames.
10... 9... 8... 7... 6...
At 6, a large corrupted came lumbering out of the trees. It was a quadrupedal monster almost three times my height. Its maw hung open like that of a hound's, saliva dripping from the jowls. Its body was like that of a serpent, but its head looked like a lion. Its tail was long and prehensile, but the tip appeared to have been severed.
"1," I said as I shot a spiraling flame directly at the beast's head. It screamed in agony as its mane caught fire. To put it out, the monster began to rub its face on the ground, but as it started to do that, I buried my blade into the creature's eye. It raised its head, taking my sword with it, and roared again. It quickly swung its tail around and smacked me away. The attack caused me to ragdoll through the trees, eventually landing in a bush.
The monster looked around in the trees I landed in, crushing trees it stepped on as it moved forward. It ended up passing right over me, and its stomach looked particularly exposed. Oh, serendipity.
I quickly put both my hands on its stomach and channeled streams of fire through both my hands. They burned clean through the beast's stomach, penetrating its back and firing into the air like two large flares. The creature let out a tortured wail and fell over, dead as a doornail.
I got out of the bush to discover that the forest was unfortunately burning. The hit from the tail knocked out one of my teeth, but I miraculously sustained minimal damage. I got up and started sprinting out of the burning woods at a breakneck pace.

"We must call for aid! Executor, bring out the Reavers! ... What? What do you mean we don't have reavers anymore? Then... send the Dragoons! ... Ugh, then what do you suggest? ... What's a Void Ray?!" -Tassadar, Savior of the Templar
((Thanks for pointing that out Willow. Breaker you may play as an insane corrupted but you likely wouldn't have any powers seeing as your character wouldn't even know how to use them. Fear as for your app, could you explain what you mean by "control raw magical energy," because it's kind of vague.))
Askalis:
The boy had made a split-second decision, and it wasn't the one I had wanted him to. Instead of doing something that had allowed me to catch, he had simply turned and avoided the boulder completely. What he didn't realize was that my powers involved more than playing with rocks, but he would learn that in due time. Leaping upwards, I landed on the branch of a somewhat tall tree, at least compared to the others, and began leaping from tree to tree in a very graceful manner. Eventually I caught up with him and managed to get a lead, being a few feet ahead and to the left. Suddenly, without warning, I jumped out the tree, knife in hand, and landed directly in front of the boy. An evil grin took shape as I looked into his eyes. "Nice meeting you here," I said. With that, I ran at him.
Sirius:
The Elder had requested that we come inside, so of course I listened. Following Brendan and the girl inside, I closed the door behind me and stood in front of the Elder's desk where he sat. Then, he spoke.
The Elder looked over the group. It was quite a motley crew, the archer who never spoke to anybody, the boy who seemed to be nothing above average, except for his powers of course, which were far above unique. Then there was the girl, Aria. She was an interesting one, always wearing a smile, the most positive girl in the village, as the townsfolk saw it. Then again, everybody had their own opinions. Looking at each of them as he spoke, the Elder continued. "If you somehow have not figured this out yet, you three are special. You're different. Ricadia always saw something in you, and one would have to be stupid not to. At this point in time, it would be far to confusing to explain why, but you all share a connection with the gods. This is why you three alone are so important, because without you three Aatos will have nobody that can truly stop him. Now, you will face challenges, there will be danger and people you can't trust." As he said the last part of the sentence, his looked directly at Aria and then paused. Continuing, he said "And it is imperative that you set out now. Time is limited, and sadly it is the one thing we'll need the most. Enough about that, here's what I need you to do first. I have limitless knowledge, however there are things that no human being has been allowed to lay eyes on, including me. It is the one thing that stops Aatos from freeing himself. It is in the form of text on a scroll, and if it were to fall into the wrong hands then there is no hope. It now lays in the ruins of an ancient village, and only those who have pure intentions may retrieve it. Of course, it is guarded by the corrupted to ensure that people like you don't take it and destroy it. Once you have it, bring it back here. I am the only one who shall read it, for anybody other than I will be destroyed by the curse that is placed upon those who try to unravel it. The village can be found a few miles east of here. You will know where to find the scroll." He turned and gestured towards a window behind him, out of which the rising sun could be seen. "Go now, for the more time passes the less we have."

((I don't mind at all, in fact I would like it if someone appeared to help Zachary))
Zachary didn't know if he was still being chased, but he thought it safer to assume that they were. Why were they attacking him? One answer did come to mind, the corruption. Zachary had only thought it to be a story until the corrupted creatures attacked the caravans. He hadn't seen his family since then, he always thought of all the merchants in the group to be part of his family. He realised that he was letting his mind drift away from the question. Why were they attacking him? Was it the corruption? Could it affect people?
Zachary stopped suddenly, the reason for this being someone just appeared from the treetops and landed in front of him. Were they his attacker? Zachary hadn't seen them at all, not when they threw the knife and not when they sent the boulder flying. Now they were standing in front of him weilding a knife. They grinned, but it wasn't the comforting kind of smile. It seemed... evil. It was quite unnerving. They spoke, saying what could be considered to be small talk. Zachary had a feeling that they didn't mean that, especially when they began running at him with a knife.
Zachary was frightened, as most people would be if they were in the same situation as him. His legs were tired from running which was a problem if he had to try to rely on his agility to evade their attacks. He could try astral projection but that best worked when his body was in a safe place. A forest with someone running at him with a knife. So he had two options, try his best to keep out of harm's way or use his other ability. He quickly concluded that the second option was the best way to go.
Zachary summoned some of his last reserves of strength and channeled it into his electrical powers. Sparks arced between his fingers as the energy built. He began moving slowly, it was a vain hope of evading the knife as the energy continued to build. He aimed at the attacker and released the electrical energy. The bolt of lightning flew from his fingertips, Zachary could only hope that it made a difference.
((Effectively, what I mean by "control raw magical energy" is his power is something akin to sorcery from the Dark Souls series. His magical attacks don't have an attribute like fire or lighting, but rather are comprised of pure, weaponized magic.))
When I emerged from the burning woods, something caught my eye. The first thing I noticed was a huge boulder launch itself out of the trees in the distance, flying towards a most unfortunate individual. He made a turn and dodged the boulder, but after he narrowly escaped death, it came back for a second round - an black-robed woman suddenly jumped out of the trees in ambush. Almost the instant she emerged from cover, she ran at him with a knife. I could have just let him die, but when that old man saw my town enveloped in corruption, he didn't sit back and let me be devoured by the corrupted. He saved my life, and it was time to pay it forward.
I was at the top of the hill looking down on the victim and assailant, so I had a good view of the surrounding area. I no longer had my sword, but with my pyromancy, I actually found little need for a weapon. I charged down the hill at incredible speeds and quickly closed the distance between me and the attacker. As I closed in on the woman, a long slender rope of fire formed around my body, slithering in the air around me like a snake. When I had gotten close enough, I stopped and shot my palm forward, and the cord of fire launched forward in a straight line straight towards the woman.

I felt my heart skip a beat as the Elder stopped, looking directly at me for a moment after saying something about people we can't trust. Did he know? No, if he did, he wouldn't have chosen me, and I'd be dead now.
"Okay.." I smiled, nodding.
Oh, what they don't know will hurt them..
"We'll do our best, and we'll bring it to you.."
No we won't..
My happy, determined exterior hid an interior that contradicted my words, and proved to the Elder that he did not know all. Perhaps close to all, but not everything.
"Ancient village, guarded by corrupted, pure intentions..Gotcha."
Pure intentions? Oh boy..Hopefully there's no shield-thing or something..
I looked over the small group, trying, and succeeding to keep my smile from growing.
This will be easy..
Nodding, my gaze fell upon the Elder once again and my smile turned into a smirk within seconds.
"We'll get that scroll and give it to you, even if it's the last thing we do!"
We'll? No, I'll, and you won't be getting it..Not if I can help it..
((I don't mean to interfere or anything, but I thought I'd say a few things. I am currently writing up my app right now, cause this roleplay looks really interesting. But a few questions have been getting in the way. A corrupted character seems to be little more than a survivor who fights for Aatos. Are they willingly for Aatos, or did the corruption...corrupt them? Or maybe either is possible? Also, do they share the whole weak to water thing that the animals have, or do they still need water? Thank you when you answer.))

I'm glad people support my dragon raising. Could I ask for assistance with this one now?
Check out my dragon scroll(http://dragcave.net/user/Heric) if you want to see the dragons I have. I may get more dragons later.

Name: Varg Reznik
Gender: Male
Age: (18)

Look behind you
The voice was so clear, it was almost like it was inside his head.

[Aria]
"Do-Do you two have one of these notes, too?"
[Aria]

((Hey Willow, mind if I have Ronin join up with Zachary?
Also, would it be OK if I applied for another character?))
"We must call for aid! Executor, bring out the Reavers! ... What? What do you mean we don't have reavers anymore? Then... send the Dragoons! ... Ugh, then what do you suggest? ... What's a Void Ray?!" -Tassadar, Savior of the Templar
There's no kill like overkill.
[Ronin]

Would you rather read a story of knights and dragons, or be in one?
I'm glad people support my dragon raising. Could I ask for assistance with this one now?
Check out my dragon scroll(http://dragcave.net/user/Heric) if you want to see the dragons I have. I may get more dragons later.
