Wilson has short dark brown hair, a five o’clock shadow, dark blue eyes, and light skin. He is tall and thin, standing at roughly 6’1”. He is usually seen wearing a solid black baseball cap, a white t-shirt, a light black jacket with a collar and detachable hood, blue jeans, black tennis shoes, dark gray fingerless gloves, and sometimes wears a dark gray backpack to carry miscellaneous tools and a spare set of clothes as a disguise. Sometimes he uses a smooth white mask with no nose or mouth to hide his face, but most of the time he relies on skinflex.
Bio:
Many years ago, there was a very successful gang simply known as Eden. They were very wealthy, and were known for their strong presence in the black market. One of the many things they sold were artificial humans, created in vats that were stolen from various companies. The artificial humans were designed to do various things for potential buyers. One of these humans was Wilson. He was designed to be a spy.
Eden edited the memories of their creations so that they wouldn’t question anything and potentially be more loyal to a buyer. Because of this, Wilson believes he was abandoned by his “parents” because they were too poor to raise him, and the gang that bought him, known as the Red Giants, took him in and raised him. They even went as far as to give him a handwritten note to him from his “parents.” To this day, he is unaware that he was created in a vat and sold. He instead feels grateful that the Red Giants “rescued” him and raised him. He also never appears in any official list, due to the fact that he was never registered as a citizen.
They trained him since he was a child. He eventually learned how to hack, use his skinflex, persuade people, and more. When he was older, he would be sent out on various missions for the benefit of the group, from stealing information to sabotaging computer systems. At first he never questioned what he was asked to do, but as he got older he started to question if what he was doing was morally right. Eventually after a long discussion with the gang leader, he reluctantly agreed to do one more mission. That mission was to infiltrate a SolTec research facility and steal some technology.
Wilson snuck into the facility by hacking the lock on one of the doors, then proceeded to sneak to the computer room. He had gotten the password out of someone by disguising himself as one of the new recruits. (Bear in mind that he also has linguistic augmentation.) While he was looking for information on the technology, he was horrified as he stumbled across a few of the files that revealed the truth about SolTec. He stored some blueprints for some upcoming technology as well as a few of the files about the truth on a flash drive, then left the building and got to a transport vehicle that was driven by a Red Giant member. What they didn’t know was that an employee had discovered that one of the computers was stolen from recently. The security cameras in the parking lot picked up a car driving away from the facility. Only vehicles with proper authorization were allowed to park, and the car was not one of them. A group of SolTek troops were sent to track it.
Shortly after the two returned to their gang’s hideout, the troops came in to reclaim the information that was stolen. A firefight soon followed. The Red Giants were quickly overwhelmed due to their inferior weaponry, and Wilson was forced to flee. He was the only survivor, due to the fact that he was skilled in stealth. He was forced onto the streets, and spent the night hiding in an alley and sleeping. Before he slept he disposed of the flash drive in fear that the SolTec computer had planted a bug in it.
He awoke to a message he received on his hacked smartphone. He was shocked at first, because he was certain that it was altered enough so that nobody without the proper authorization could contact him. The offer seemed a bit shady at first, but he knew he would need a place to stay and some protection. He got the coordinates from the message, deleted it, and started walking.
Other: He owns a smartphone altered for closed communication and hacking, a butterfly knife for sneak attacks, and a black synthetic hatchet used for utility purposes as well as head on combat. He has never actually had to kill anyone so far, however.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I apologize in advance if I don't post on an RP for a while; I'm still sorting things out.
No worries, in fact, I'm the one who's sorry for being gone recently.
Yeah, now that holiday's are over, I have less time to do RPing, but I'll still try to do a post at least once a day, and am still more free on weekends.
Pro, that sounds good. Maybe all of us can roleplay as guards as to what they were doing and feeling, and their reactions to the infiltration. Not as a specific one, but rather just most in general.
