He's not.
A blast of blinding light envelops Cobalt's old character and replaces him with me, a robot girl with long hair a light #999999; my eyes are #FF0000 (left) and #22EE22 (right). My entire body from neck down is plated with iridium plating, with mechanical joints visible.
He'll be playing as me. My name is Miki, although you may still refer to me as Cobalt as I am technically one of his subordinates, and yes, I'm a robot.

Prepare for chaos~
I force nulitor and BioShock to get along by forcing them into a quest together.
Part 1: Escape from Chamber
Both players find themselves randomly teleported into a massive reinforced fused beryllium steel quartzglass chamber reinforced with 10,000 test-giving Scantron Reality Anchors and 10,000 Nuclear Questgiving Taco Shells. They must distract all the Scantron Reality Anchors and Nuclear Questgiving Taco Shells and, within the 0.2 seconds for which they will be distracted regardless of what shenanigans are pulled, escape the chamber. Reinforced fused beryllium steel quartzglass is harder than rhenium diboride and blocks all teleportation. And when I say the chamber is massive, it's massive on the outside but leaves only 50 cubic meters of space on the inside because the walls, ceiling and floor are just that thick. Did I mention the floor and ceiling are made of reinforced fused beryllium steel, with a hidden Teflon-coated layer of fluoroantimonic acid making up most of the floor and ceiling, and are each 50 m thick including a 49.6 m thick layer of fluoroantimonic acid? Good luck escaping with your life.
Part 2: Pi Recital
They then find two omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient nuclear quest-giving tacos guarding the exit to the room. The Scantron Reality Anchors and Nuclear Questgiving Taco Shells are still in the room, forcing them to be quick to avoid death by quests and tests. To get past the nuclear quest-giving tacos, they must recite pi to five hundred octoseptuagintillion (on the short scale; thus, one octoseptuagintillion is 10237) digits. Any other attempts to get past the nuclear quest-giving tacos will result in instant spontaneous combustion and/or vaporization. In addition, reciting any number incorrectly or going slower than 100 digits per second will also result in instant spontaneous combustion and/or vaporization. To make matters worse, every number must be enunciated clearly. Mumbling or otherwise not perfectly saying the numbers will result in instant spontaneous combustion and/or vaporization.
Part 3: Iridium Landsharks
nulitor and BioShock then find themselves in a massive pit with a hundred trigintillion iridium landsharks. They must defeat all the landsharks in fifteen seconds with nothing but their bare hands. The landsharks wear highly protective laser shields and are immune to punching in the eyes. In addition, they are highly aggressive and cannot resist a good meal, but are programmed to never eat other landsharks. Teleportation, polymorphing, or otherwise circumventing the challenge results in being covered in mushroom sauce by a random portal before being eaten by another fifteen quinquagintillion landsharks. Did I mention the landsharks are nigh-invincible, do not have HP bars (instead, they have nuclear quest-giving tacos for HP bars that give quests out), and can fire player-seeking missiles out of every orifice of their bodies?
Part 4: Radioactive Space Pirates
The two players, after finally defeating the landsharks, must now escape Graham's number of radioactive space pirates armed with identical perfect unjammable copies of an AWP variant that only fires highly radiotoxic polonium-210 and has infinite ammo and a fire rate of the Planck frequency (despite the fact that this would probably break at least ten laws of physics). Did I mention the bullets don't disappear after being fired, they have perfect aim and thus never miss, the bullets penetrate everything except the walls of the chamber they are in, and they don't need to breathe? Right, I forgot to mention that the chamber they are in has an atmosphere consisting entirely of carbon monoxide? Good luck getting out of there! The radioactive space pirates also travel at the speed of light, explode upon death and have spikes all over their bodies. And you can't ride them or they explode, killing you. And the space pirates must all die before they can leave the room.
Part 5: Googological Memory
They must then play a modified game of Simon. There are 50↑10050 square buttons, each measuring 0.02 mm on a side, each lighting up at the rate of one every Planck time. There is only one level, but the sequence of buttons is 100↑400100 presses long. Pressing an incorrect button results in the entire sequence restarting with a random sequence and every button firing deadly nuclear lasers at everything in the room? Oh, and they can't get out in any way unless they beat the game! And while they're trying to memorize all those buttons, a trillion nuclear quest-giving space landshark pirates are chasing them around the room. Getting caught by the nuclear quest-giving space landshark pirates is an instant death by spontaneous combustion, and getting shot by them has the same effect. Oh, and it's also raining fluoroantimonic acid.
Part 6: Boss Battle
They must then fight a Minor God of Nuclear Quest-Giving Tacos. The Minor God has three attacks. The first, Restart, forces them to restart the quest with every number adjusted to make it about 40,000,000 times harder. The second, Quest, sends them on an infinite quest. The third, DEATH... is an insanely deadly attack. Oh, and did I mention the Minor God has a passive that duplicates itself every Planck time and causes every copy of the Minor God to send the players on a quest every ten seconds? And the Minor God has MAX_INT HP and MAX_INT defense. Good luck.
Upon completing all parts of the quest, they instantly spontaneously combust before being teleported back to the battlefield.
