Huh. We've been getting a good bit of news lately. We now know that USUM will be the last main series titles for the 3DS. That they will be a tribute to everything that they've done on this great system.
Fun Fact: this is the first time entirely new Pokemon are being introduced in the middle of a generation.

Actually, I haven't heard anything about any leaks.
The whole game was leaked, i like the new UB and the move tutors gave defog to many new pokemon,the ones that outstand on that are Gliscor and Rotom.

So, it's that Time again. Leaks for Pokémon gen 8 have started. this time around it's the starters
So first, we appear to have a water-type started. it appears to be based on a coral polyp. as for behavior and traits, it seems to bury itself in the sand to sleep, and relies on it's antenna to stay balanced.
Secondly, we have what appears to have some form of bio-luminescence which it uses to imitate an intimidaying face
Finally there's the fire-type which is based off the horse. and while we have had Ponyta and Rapiddash for 20 years, the horse is part of the Chinese Zodiac.
As for how possible they could be... i'm calling 50/50. they look like they could be real, but at the same time we don't know anything about gen 8 to base them on

Gentlemen, Disregard the last post. Because it happened early.
A couple of things I would like to note
First, I'm hearing people say that this isn't the main-series game, that's coming *next* year. This is a transitional game for the *huge* pokemon Go! fanbase.
Second, The avatars have actual facial expressions, so it's an improvement.
third, we see new and returning mechanics, including follow pokemon, and pokemon that wander around the world
