So is this like thé official poni thread on Minecraft forum? I heard somewhere that it was supposed to be úbber big, but honestly I've seen a lot bigger than this. (Having a hard time finding stuff on this forum)
I return once more. I got distracted by stuff, and Terraria (a friend gifted me terraria on steam right before the 1.2 update, and now I have almost 100 hours logged into it) Went to a brony convention, that was cool. got to see the author of the Pirate Dash tumblr, Pixelkitties, one of the artists from the MLP comic, and 7th element (I would have met Chain Algorithm too, but he didn't show up for the musician's panel ;- Oh, and some of the people behind Starswirl Academy
Oooooooooooooomg, I wanna play this so bad (don't worry, there's no shipping):
I got to see this trailer before it ever went online. AND I got to play a demo of this. I totally lost it when I found out his name was Tom Stone. Btw, to those interested, a demo should be coming out soon, if you don't already know.
Hello, bronies! Just recently, I have decided to check out MLP:FIM for the first time, to see what all the craze is about, and I am quite pleased. I did not expect for the characters, plot, ect. to be as good as it is. I'm a bit late to the party, and you could say I'm jumping on the bandwagon, but nonetheless I believe I shall be joining you soon.
P.S. I've made it up to Season 1: Episode 6. Have some catching up to do...
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I usually have a neutral/undecided standpoint on things. And yes, I am part Swiss.
You know, you didn't need to advertise it. I was considering stopping it once and for all because I was sick of the issue of people being inactive. Better to move on, anyway.
I drew again, for anyone that cares. Faloxx (old member that left) asked for Rainbow Dash, so I sketched this:
Which (after a 5 hour period) turned into this:
Here's the page. I uploaded an 8k version; it has 16x the pixel count of 1920x1080.
The art's really good, though the only thing that's a bit off is that Rainbow Dash looks a bit like a...balloon. She appears way too shiny on some places; maybe shading would be better.
That's just my opinion. I don't think I can draw that well on a computer, so disregard my criticism if you like to.
Personally, I don't like the show, although when the Fiery Joker does a review on one of their episodes, it's hilarious how he uses his powers of all-consuming logic.

Ahh, yes, the Fiery Joker. One of the best youtubers in my opinion.I wish he was a little more active though.
For what it's worth to anyone here that still reads fanfics, I'll be reading Background Pony soon. Doesn't see like the usual adventure/epic fanfics I generally stick to, but it's said to be good. I wonder how someone made an enjoyable 432k story out of Lyra being largely forgettable.

Thank you (and to everyone else that complimented). I'm aware that she looks a bit like shiny plastic. I tried adding some deeper shading to make her contours and body seem more natural, but when I originally began drawing I set out with a cel-shaded cartoon-esque look in mind. I'm not particularly good at shading yet, either. Currently I'm drawing to practice smooth lines and shapes. I plan for my next drawing to have some better shading though.

I see things about that, or concerning it, crop up from time to time. But I haven't set out to read the fic in full. I think I saw a few pages of a Background Pony comic on Derpibooru a while back.

Generally I find that when doing the body coat it's best to not add highlights at all, or if you need to: harsh highlights such as that. Dramatic lighting on the body would best be done over the mane, where at least any shiny-ness could be attributed to natural oils up in the hair.

Thanks for actually checking it out! Glad you like it, I love seeing new people still. You haven't even hit any of the REALLY good episodes yet, actually, so maybe you'll like it even more soon.

Would be better if Shout Factory would stop claiming that MLP belongs to them.

That story is depressing and filled with purple-ness (especially later on). I never finished it though. Apparently it's filled with plot holes, but I didn't notice because I was trying to hold back tears most of the time. I think the 8th or 9th chapter just killed me. That's about the time I stopped reading fanfics in general. I keep meaning to try to read it again, but it's been a year and a half now. I'll have to start over, which I guess I might as well do. I've got Thursday and Friday off school, and I need to read something other than what my English teacher tells me to read. Guess I'll be joining you.

I tried looking that up, but the artist's DA account is gone. I looked on Derpibooru though and it looks like he did as he promised and finished the first chapter, but that is good cause the story was originally going to be just a one-shot unless it got enough support (which it quite obviously did).
Remember around a year ago when the first alicorn Twilight toys started showing up? Well I present you!! : Alicorn Fluttershy toy! http://www.equestria...l#idc-container inb4 ragestorm.
Warning: Meme-storm imminent.
I noticed how the drawing style looks a bit like Andy Price's; probably just because of the eyes.

There's a joke here somewhere and I'm sure Derpibooru could find it.

And then this one. But such has died out on these forums. People move on, get tired then move on, or just do not care anymore.
Good luck finding stuff on these forums, Search is iffy at times.

Considered, or considering. But I got enough on my plate at that moment.
Could join in when the MUN RP crashes and burns.

An alternate timeline emerges.
However, we must first start from the beginning...

Sort of like your own, in some cases.

Oh wait. Also the same as Pony Beserker's.
Better to have low expectations and be pleasantly surprised than having high expectations and be disappointed. ;3
Lol... not sure if bootleg or stupid marketing.
